Desventajas: They broke both of my luggage! And didn't recognize a thing!

Ventajas: We got there safe, so pilot was great.

Desventajas: Flight delayed over 2 hrs with no explanation, flight attendants were not attentive when we called for them, food was not good.

Desventajas: The flight was delayed and caused all sorts of problems and headaches. Had to book a new final destination and didn't even make it to my original final destination.

Desventajas: Qué no tengamos que tomar transporte para subir al avión. Muy mal.

Desventajas: Boarding was not organized. A lot of food options but only one dish, missed the salad or other options compared to other companies such as Delta, Lufthansa, KLM and etc.. Drinks were ok, lacked alcohol options compared to other companies.

Ventajas: Nothing much, really.

Desventajas: Baggage handling. They lost one of my baggages and are giving me a hard time to get a refund.

Ventajas: Crew was great! Seat a bit tight, like all airlines In economy

Desventajas: I have flown LATAM several times recently, and ALL the planes are old. They are showing their age. For the prices LATAM charges, they should modernize their dated planes. Also, the food leaves much to be desired

Desventajas: I AM STILL IN BUENOS AIRES BECAUSE MY FLIGHT WAS CANCELLED AND THEY'VE BEEN RUNNING US AROUND LIKE RATS IN A MAZE WHILE WE TRY TO GET ON A FLIGHT.

Desventajas: Check in process was a nightmare. Staff was rude and unhelpful. Flight was delayed and staff mis-informed.

Desventajas: The American Airlines flight was delayed by 1hr. When landing in SFO we waited on the strip for 20mins to get to our gate.

Ventajas: The flight itself was fine. The flight attendants were friendly and solicitous. The food was good on the long haul leg of my trip. The trip itself was nice.

Desventajas: It seems LATAM changed the way they charge fees in July. The ticket for my return trip included no allowance for checked bags, and that detail wasn't obvious on my reservation information. Imagine my surprise when I check-in for an international flight and I'm told I can't check any luggage because it isn't included on my ticket. I ended up paying $210 to check two bags. Also expect to pay a bit more for decent seat assignments. My default seat assignment was at the very back of the plane, right against the rear bulkhead where seats often can't recline. So, another $60 to move elsewhere.

Ventajas: After we bought waters through the gate, we had to throw them out before we got on the plane. Then every time we would click the button for a flight attendant to come over to give us water, it seemed like an issue. We got maybe a single gulp in every cup. It got to the point where they ignored us.

Desventajas: The flight attendants. The food. Being able to bring your own water after buying it THROUGH the gate. Everything.

Ventajas: Efficient flight to Buenos Aires. I was seated in row 4 which helped getting off quickly.

Desventajas: Better communication from airline staff about how to and where to line up by group to board the flight. Passengers were left confused and didn’t know where to line up since staff was at desk and not easily accessible.

Desventajas: Hicieron el verso de que el vuelo adelantó media hora y perdí el avión. Avisaron ese día x mail que habían adelantado el vuelo. Trataré de no viajar nunca más por Aerolíneas Argentinas.
