Ventajas: The crew was friendly, neatly manicured, and smiling. They made sure I was comfortable and answered any questions I had.

Desventajas: Make sure to repeat announcements in English if possible for non-Spanish speaking passengers

Desventajas: there was a bug on my pillow. i took the bug to the flight attendant and took care of it and they will contact the co, that provide the service. they was a delayed a tire need it to be changes. overall flight was good.

Desventajas: Boarding was inconvenient and the plane was half empty, leaving the majority of the passengers in the back. I’m sure it’s because of weight distribution but it’s still kind of annoying.

Ventajas: Great crew. Falafel meal was delish.

Desventajas: My seat was broken and didn’t recline. I booked first class bc of a bad back, so I count on that. Salad was wilted and gross. Plane didn’t have plug ins for phone! Entertainment system didn’t work well- movie kept buffering. Sky texting wouldn’t work either.

Desventajas: We were delayed at the gate after getting on the plane. While the crew was communicative it would have been better if we were alerted before boarding

Ventajas: The sandwich but i think its cuz we had been sitting for so long that my body needed sustenance.

Desventajas: We sat in the plane for 4 hrs but i did pay $218 so...the price reflects the service.

Desventajas: Interjet cancelled my previous flight from Cancun to Mexico and not just mine but several otherrs this weekend. I missed my Mex city to Chicago flight because of that reason and they offered me to fly to Chicago in 2 days!

Ventajas: Wine included with meal no extra charge. Thanks

Desventajas: My flights where canceled do to an error that should of been correct prior to 48 hours, they couldn’t do anything for me and just said sorry. And I had to buy a whole new flight. UNACCEPTABLE!!

Ventajas: The worst airline ever. Worst than spirit. Missed my connection because of the airline. Had to pay $370 to get a hotel for the night because the next available flight is not for another 6 hours.
