Ventajas: Cheap flight

Desventajas: Not charge for cup of water, sheesh

Ventajas: The crew was helpful polite and professional

Desventajas: Could stock up on snacks. Offer bottled water free.

Ventajas: The crew did a great job and the plane was clean

Desventajas: Spirit will do ANYTHING to make an extra dollar out of you. They wanted to charge me $65 for an additional bag that was the size of a grocery bag. It’s very excessive and the flight was not completely sold out

Ventajas: Crew was nice

Desventajas: Seats are small

Ventajas: Funny crew, cute pilot

Desventajas: It's bare fare so be prepared for no luxuries

Desventajas: Not having to pay extra fees for a cary on. They should include it in the ticket. At least the one you take with you.

Desventajas: We had the best flight attendant, Nina. She seemed to enjoy her job so much that I couldn’t help but to feel as if Spirit has to be an excellent place to work.

Ventajas: Short flights are doable. Do not fly for long hauls.

Ventajas: SMOOTH AND COMFORTABLE FLIGHT

Desventajas: FREE SNACKS AND NON ALCOHOLIC DRINKS ON A LONG FLIGHT TO LA WITHOUT HAVING TO PAY $3.00 FOR WATER.

Ventajas: I got a free coffee in the terminal which was pretty cool. I definitely needed it. And I've never seen a plane with TV channels. I liked that alot.

Desventajas: Nothing I can think of

Ventajas: Power at the seat was great, just wish there were three outlets instead of two for three seats. Entertainment was good. Snacks and sodas are always good.

Desventajas: Not sure why the TV controls weren't on the armrest next to the window where my neighbor wouldn't accidentally bump the controls with her elbow. Super annoying issue. Seems odd that there are two outlets for three seats.

Desventajas: The tv didn’t work well making it very hard to enjoy any programming

Ventajas: It was ok...I always find paris-jeddah better than Frankfurt-jeddah (in food service, plane size, entertainment...etc)

Desventajas: Food level need to improve...The chicken meal was not well prepared, and the chicken needed to be cooked well... flight attendent was nice and switched to a beef meal.

Desventajas: Crowded and no food

Desventajas: Boarding procedure was a mess.. onboard headset plug didn't work

Desventajas: There were delays (3 times)

Ventajas: Yes, the seat was good. The crew was good. The food was average.

Desventajas: Diversity (for the food) and free alcohol (1-2 drinks are reasonable for 11 hours flight)

Ventajas: Everything was great

Desventajas: Had the seats in the emergency exit row had liftable handles between the seats, it would have been more comfortable... the rigid seats where not easy on my hips for a 9 hour flight

Ventajas: The crew was ok, very uncomfortable seat, I had an isle seat and everyone bumped into my shoulder. I never had to pay for checked baggage in a transatlantic flight, it’s not my first time flying. I was also asked to check my carry on, to what I declined for personal reasons.

Ventajas: The crew was pleasant and helpful

Desventajas: No free snacks just drinks! Its a four hr flight. We left late due to slow boarding and they were slow to load baggage. The legroom is just too small for a flight over 2 hrs

Ventajas: Movie options were good. Nothing else.

Ventajas: We got here

Desventajas: Not being 2 hours late
