Ventajas: The socks offered in business were comfortable and nice looking. The red wine was good.

Desventajas: The food was just average and the seat not too comfortable

Desventajas: Flight got cancelled

Ventajas: The crew was amazing, flight on schedule and good entertainment.

Desventajas: Space is just reasonable on a long flight, even if there's seats more spacious that you could choose if you pay more.

Ventajas: Lovely staff

Ventajas: The food was great—snacks, meals, drinks—all complimentary!

Desventajas: Less leg room than on other airlines, Crew was noisy, credit card reader was broken so all payments processed manually, maybe they were behind schedule because of this and were rushing through the cabin as a big group

Ventajas: Nada considerando que el avion era un A330

Desventajas: Todo

Ventajas: Basically what you would expect from a budget airline flight.

Ventajas: They let me sleep and didn’t wake me for food or beverages.

Desventajas: Boarding was down a jetway, down a light of stairs, stand around in the heat while they get the busses to the bottom of the stairs, and then cattle call onto the jet. Other than checking IDs and boarding passes, there was no organization to the process at all.

Desventajas: Not AirEuropa’s fault but they left before we arrived in Zurich because Delta flight 66 was so late that our 3-hour layover became the AirEuropa flight left before the Delta flight arrived and deplaned.

Ventajas: the food was really good and the service was good.

Desventajas: the entertainment system for the trip from lhr to acc was a bit outdated

Ventajas: BA cancelled my flight, but did offer an alternate on Lufthansa on same day,

Desventajas: Being notified of the cancellation, instead of accidentally finding out about it. Very poor or lack of communication regarding cancellation due to pilots' strike.

Ventajas: The staff was amazing. Took care of the flight well.

Desventajas: The seats that I purchased were “premium economy” the only thing premium was the price I have flown premium with other airlines and there is a difference in leg room and seat size. There was none on this flight. The seats were the same size and room as regular economy. Not what I paid for. I will never fly BA again.

Desventajas: Old plane

Desventajas: I badly needed more leg room.

Ventajas: We got to London on time

Desventajas: Is an old plane with a old hard product needs to be retired or retrofitted

Ventajas: Crew was very polite & friendly. Chicken & bacon sandwich was tasty, good amount of mayo!

Desventajas: A bit chaotic boarding in Mykonos... not BA’s fault! Bathroom was a bit smelly.

Desventajas: The primume economy was out of date - compered to BA we flew from Telling Aviv to London
