Desventajas: Huno un retraso en el vuelo de 11 horas! y perdí mi conexión en un vuelo interno en China. El wi fi no funcionaba y la sobre cargo no de interesó en arreglar a pesar de pedirle varias veces. Pedí una manta y nunca me entregaron

Ventajas: The aircraft in very good condition.

Desventajas: The airport at Mexico city its really bad. Terminal 2.

Desventajas: Salón premier en terminal 2 para vuelos internacionales tiene que mejorar . Buen servicio en el avión pero no excelente cómo ha sido en otras ocasiones

Ventajas: Very good price and very fair treatment and flight. You get a good attention, luggage capacity at a very reasonable price. Will definitely use them again.

Ventajas: Everything was excellent the crew were so nice airplane was organized and clean the seats are comfortable you can watch movies with a big screen right in front of your seat or listen music for FREE and not only that a big plus you can use WiFi to text while you are traveling for FREE !!!!!!

Desventajas: No dislikes

Ventajas: Crew amazing, food really good, I just had a better experience because the lack of leg room, my 3 years old was hitting the next seat so the lady totally ignorant and mediocre was arguing with me.

Desventajas: Entertainment is nonexistent. There was no soap to wash hands in the front bathroom. They stopped serving sandwiches and they only offered beverage service once. I remember they used to offer sandwiches and offered beverage service twice.

Ventajas: La tripulación fue amable y el checking fue rápido

Desventajas: el avión se retardó una hora en abordad y en asiento estaba malo, no podia acostarme y tampoco estirar la piernas

Desventajas: The food could have been better. For a flight over 4 hours they only provided a sandwich and cookies. Also no entertainment!

Desventajas: Fright was cancelled and instead of putting my wife on m next flight they put her on previous flight. Never heard of. And now she had to pay $198.50 to get on next fright. We will like a refund from them

Desventajas: Seating was horrendous. Very tight and uncomfortable. The lights were kept on the entire time as well. Rendering sleep near impossible on a red eye.

Ventajas: Me gustó el segundo avión de Mx a Las Vegas pues era cómodo y con entretenimiento . La atención de las personas de la tripulación.

Desventajas: La comodidad de los vuelos de Quito a Mx En un vuelo por la tarde recibimos unos snack no era una comida buena por la horas de viaje. No tuvimos respaldo de la aerolínea por un error en pantallas de aeropuerto por lo cual perdimos el vuelo con mi amiga, no había atención al cliente en el aeropuerto de Las Vegas de Aeromexico y las líneas no respondían, los costos de penalidad eran absurdamente excesivos y no recibo respuesta por el pago de sobre equipaje por el vuelo que se perdió.

Ventajas: The flight was on time and the crew was excellent.

Desventajas: Better order in seating passengers in both airports.

Desventajas: Honestly, it's definitely not the best airline and if the price difference for another airline is maybe a bit more, it will be well worth it to go the other route but this airline gets the job done with absolute zero amenities and poor comfort besides taking you from point A to point B.

Ventajas: Although the aircraft is dated, the seating was reasonably comfortable. We were fortunate in have a row of 3 seats for the two of us on the way home which made it feel significantly more spacious than outbound. The meals were appreciated and tasty.

Desventajas: The entertainment system is dated due to the age of the aircraft. However, we brought our tablets which is more than adequate. We also had back up portable chargers since there is no onboard charging. Thus, going prepared prevented any issues or concerns.
