Ventajas: Air France has the best crews! They really go the extra mile.

Desventajas: My skis were lost on the way to Riga and had to be delivered 2 days later to Vilnius. That said, the situation was handled very professionally.

Ventajas: Left on time. No turbulence.

Ventajas: Great food options, very tasty. Crew was attentive, polite and professional.

Desventajas: Crew were very impersonal. Didn’t seem to care about the needs of the passengers.

Desventajas: They lost my luggage during the tranfer in Frankfurt. They did return it however within 24 hours.

Desventajas: We couldn't sit together as a family despite having seats assigned together to begin with because they reassigned our setas to someone else

Desventajas: Check in REALLY slow. Seat space unacceptably too small. Couldn’t hear entertainment sound over engine noise with earphones so could not use entertainment. Need better earphones. Chair wouldn’t recline.

Ventajas: Everything was great!

Desventajas: The overhead bin space of this airplane was too small. My suitcase, which fits on every other type of plane, could not fit on this one. I had to check it and then go grab it at baggage claim, therefore having to go through security again. This was not the most convient for a tight connection.

Desventajas: There needed to be vegetarian options.

Ventajas: It was just a stress and hassle free experience.

Desventajas: Nothing really.

Ventajas: KLM was a great experience compared to Airitalia. The food was good, the flight attendants were very helpful.

Desventajas: The air conditioners fan was bad and they had to fix it in London which took over 40 minutes off travel time...we arrived much later than expected in Lagos

Ventajas: Super professional, comfortable and on-time service with both Swiss and Lufthansa.

Desventajas: Clear up-front notification about extra charge for first checked bag on both ways of the trip ($60 each). I couldn't find that information at the time of the booking.

Ventajas: This was years ago, and yet I still remember how comfortable I was. The waiting facilities were nice and the airplane service very client friendly. Air Canada was definitely the best flying experience I have ever had.

Ventajas: The flight itself was fine but AC could splurge for a gate rather than bussing our to the tarmac

Desventajas: The enertainment system was down for over half the passengers and only returned to spotty functionality two thirds of the way through the flight. I gather after some other passengers disconnected. Clearly the system didn’t have enough bandwidth to support all 350 passengers. and why no wifi?

Desventajas: Almost missed my conection. Never on time.

Desventajas: Really was unsure of why I had to purchase a ticket as I was able to pick my own on the way to Billund

Ventajas: Crew was amazing, seats were comfortable with enough leg space even without choosing extra space seats. It was my childhood dream come true to fly with KLM. It was really an exciting trip for me, just that it was short.

Desventajas: Well, for me everything was on point. Those who have never travelled with KLM, I would encourage them to do so and I’m sure they will not regret.

Desventajas: My suitcase wasn’t in the plane. 8 hours in the plane and no one offered us water. We had to look for flight attendant. Entertainment wasn’t great not too many choices and quality of screens was poor

Ventajas: Amazing crew. Took care of people in every possible way and were concerned about their comfort. The food and drinks were above and beyond. Other airline CEO’s should fly Lufthansa and find out what they need to do to impress their customers. side pockets beneath the windows are great to have.

Desventajas: The only thing I can say is the seating on a long flight needs a little more room. When the person in front lets their seat back it gets to be a little cramped.

Desventajas: He option to split groups of travellers.

Ventajas: We upgraded our flight from Frankfurt to business class--so worth it.
