Desventajas: A little bit chaotic when they loaded two planes at the same time in a very tight space in Amsterdsm but this was most likey an airport soecific design issue and not a KLM issue. The flight was as good as can be expected fir an international flight. The staff was great

Ventajas: Flight was on time.

Desventajas: Staff: from check in to landing, they could at least smile. Baggage claim was a nightmare, 6 Schengen flights in the same belt.

Desventajas: All of the less than good, obvious!

Ventajas: I was sorted on Row 3 and the drapes kept hitting the back of my head.

Desventajas: Move the drapes a few more inches back.

Desventajas: I like everything about the flight

Ventajas: The Capain kept us well nformed

Desventajas: 4 hours trip, international, and only food to purchase.

Ventajas: Great crew.

Desventajas: The breakfast scone was disgusting but dinner was great!

Desventajas: Food service was pay only on a 3.5 hour flight. This meant there was a good cart blocking the aisle THE ENTIRE FLIGHT! Nobody could get by to use the bathroom or to walk around. There was almost always two people in each direction blocked by the cart. From what I could observe, the cart wasn’t even stocked with the items people were ordering, as a flight attendant was CONSTANTLY running back and forth to the galley to get items that weren’t on the cart! The setup of this food service was HORRIFIC even for me who didn’t order anything. They never even were able to take orders from everyone- never even asked if I wanted anything. I don’t think I will fly British Airways again.

Desventajas: Even a small coffee/tea service would be a nice addition.

Ventajas: Crew was great; super easy boarding process; flawless take off and landing.

Desventajas: N/A

Desventajas: Check in (i could not do it online) and the 82 chf cost to check a suitcase

Ventajas: The fact that we had dinner and a snack was great! The crew were fantastic!

Desventajas: It was a bit cramped but overall it was a wonderful experience

Desventajas: I was in Business Class. The pillow appeared to be used on the flight from London to Antigua so i threw it on the floor in front of me. You would think with coronavirus it would be sealed like on American Airlines. No sandwiches or anything except some nuts and a small diet coke. I had to ask for a second one. It appears they only care about the people from London. Deplaning was from the middle door and it was a free for all. They have no idea about service well at least not in this leg.

Ventajas: Plane was clean

Desventajas: Food could be better!

Desventajas: Keep the temperature at a more reasonable level. Blankets + two layers of clothing was definitely not enough.

Desventajas: No todas las películas tienen subtítulos.

Desventajas: When its rain we shouldn’t walk to the air plain

Desventajas: The ear plugs connection to the screen was not working 100%. Overall good flight, better than any of the American carriers,

Desventajas: Food service was awful. They ran out of options and only had one choice by time got toward middle /back of the plane. This happened both ways. So if your seated toward the rear bring your own food and snacks if needed.

Desventajas: Checking in was quite annoying because BA canceled our return and over the phone but we still had to transfer all our information upon checking. Boarding rather chaotic. Random searches were not organized. Seats were okay. Food just edible. Mostly the staff was polite and there was one attendant in coach who was very pleasant. Shoulder length blonde hair, she was genuine and cheerful. It was an okay flight, but my experience was more comfortable and the feeling of being dealt with as a person was more evident on my flight to London w BA. I appreciate that the flight went well but American Airlines still has a long way to go in customer genuine service and experience.

Ventajas: The socks offered in business were comfortable and nice looking. The red wine was good.

Desventajas: The food was just average and the seat not too comfortable

Ventajas: The crew from Kili to DarEsSalam was tired. A fresh crew worked from DarEsSalam to AMS and they were great.

Desventajas: The boarding process was chaotic. The passengers in the first boarding group had to fight through the crowd because there were no boarding lanes.

Ventajas: I was sorted on Row 3 and the drapes kept hitting the back of my head.

Ventajas: Pumpkin soup instead of a heavy entree was welcome and tasty. Breakfast yogurt portion was generous, the granola less so. Accompaniments were good. Butter was not ice cold, thank goodness.

Desventajas: Inbelievably chaotic boarding process for Kili to Dar leg. No boarding lanes so had to fight through the crowd. Was able to observe cleaning process at Dar stop, which was cursory and am sure there was no cleaning of seats of those who boarded at Kili.

Ventajas: The fact that we had dinner and a snack was great! The crew were fantastic!

Desventajas: It was a bit cramped but overall it was a wonderful experience

Desventajas: Bathroom faucet awful. Seats in premium economy not comfortable.

Ventajas: safe trip

Desventajas: no entertainment, no food, would like to be aware no food

Desventajas: nothing flying wise, but airport is kind of a maze, if is any short connecting flight and late arrival, you have to run fast.

Ventajas: Fast boarding

Desventajas: Slow in refuelling, got us delayed for 40-

Ventajas: Great atmosphere, crew was excellent!

Desventajas: I’m 6’5”, so legroom can always be a complaint, but this wasn’t too bad. The plane appeared to be fairly old and didn’t have WiFi. Entertainment also was on an older screen which was navigated by using an old in-seat phone.

Ventajas: Yes

Desventajas: Nothing. Flight was amazing

Ventajas: Although there were some problems with the arrival of the flight into Gatwick, the captain came along the cabin explaining the difficulties and offering his sincerest apologies (although it was not his fault, nor the fault of BA). This was truly a British response to something like this. Also, I paid for a seat with extra legroom and the space I had was massive - well worth the investment for a 12+ hour flight.

Desventajas: Boarding was chaotic in Lima. It really can't be that hard to organize different lines for different parts of the plane.

Desventajas: Surprise that British Airways does not have internet access on its transatlantic jets. Delta and Swiss air both had the last time I flew them.

Desventajas: We were flying from JFK to heathrow to Tel Aviv. Israel declared that they we’re going to mandate all persons coming in for 14 days. British Airways did not cancel our flight and would not give us a refund. They would only rebook our flight to several weeks later. We booked our flight months ago because the specific time we booked was convenient for us. Our new flight is not convenient for us and we don’t want to go to a country that we will have to be quarantined in. We were very disappointed.

Desventajas: Plane is super old and outdated. Comfort seat is not, comfortable, very tight. TV screen is not good quality, with the old controls on a handset. No touch, no 1/8 inch audio jack (it has the old 3 holes one). Wifi for streaming freezes every other second. Just make a face lift to the plane, everything else is good.

Desventajas: I paid for the preferred seat .and i found that people beside me didnt pay anything when i asked them ,

Ventajas: Terrific hot breakfast in bus. class

Desventajas: Window did not darken like the others.

Ventajas: En Amsterdam cambiaron de puerta de embarque varias veces. Al salir del primer vuelo Bilbao Amsterdam nos dijeron la B30; alli no era y en los monitores vimos la B06; luego al ver que 30 min antes de salir nadie se movía en el embarque. Vimos que se cambió a la B34. El vuelo se retrasó 20min.

Desventajas: Ya que existe la app de KLM debería actualizar la puerta de embarque para evitar confusiones y stress. Y siempre la megafonía de los aeropuertos. No comprendo que con todos los adelantos que hay en audio, sigamos escuchando tan mal las megafonías y aquellos que hablan tengan tan mala dicción.
