Ventajas: After we bought waters through the gate, we had to throw them out before we got on the plane. Then every time we would click the button for a flight attendant to come over to give us water, it seemed like an issue. We got maybe a single gulp in every cup. It got to the point where they ignored us.

Desventajas: The flight attendants. The food. Being able to bring your own water after buying it THROUGH the gate. Everything.

Ventajas: Flight departed and arrived at the prescribed airports; nice crew.

Desventajas: Pretty much everything else. Severely limited beverage offering: Forget alcohol of any kind, there are only four choices: coffee, water, coke, and sprite. Check the baggage fees!! Even on international flights Aerolineas Argentinas sees a need to charge baggage fees, even for the first bag.

Desventajas: NOT BROKE BOTH OF MY LUGGAGE NEXT TIME, if ever I have to use that airline again. They destroyed my luggage and didn't recognize a thing.

Desventajas: Extremely tight. I'm 5.7 and 130 pds and could barely fit. Will definitely try to purchase an emergency exit for my return. That's the not upgrade possible. No business available. No free refreshment, even the water was for purchase only.

Ventajas: The crew that we had direct contact with were nice. The baggage screeners are misinformed.

Desventajas: We were removed from our flight to bariloche because of an issue with our checked bags. The issue was that we had some AAA alkaline batteries in our bags. We were told this is in violation of international standards. It is not. We missed our flight because of this.

Desventajas: El precio del equipaje, es un robo lo que cobran, ahí desaparece todo lo barato del vuelo, debería ir incorporado en el valor del pasaje el equipaje y no encontrarse con sorpresas despumes de comprar.

Desventajas: Abordaje no es por una manga sino por un bus y luego a pie por escalera al avíon. Hay que pagar hasta por un té durante el vuelo.

Ventajas: We were able to get to our destination safely without incident. Plenty of space for overhead baggage.

Desventajas: The boarding process was confusing, no announcements in English, so we didn’t understand what was happening. Land crew was great, but the flight crew passed over us for drinks, never came to pickup any trash. Seats were terrible, very uncomfortable for a 3.5 hour flight. Flight delayed 30 min. too.

Desventajas: I AM STILL IN BUENOS AIRES BECAUSE MY FLIGHT WAS CANCELLED AND THEY'VE BEEN RUNNING US AROUND LIKE RATS IN A MAZE WHILE WE TRY TO GET ON A FLIGHT.

Ventajas: El vuelo salio con un retraso de 5 horas por problema de computadora del avion. La tripulacion entegaba informacion confusa de la situacion.

Desventajas: Crew did not tell us local time, or at least not in English, when landing. The time on my watch and phone matched what was on my itinerary for the layover. But we were actually 2 hours late! Missed my connection due to this hiccup. Pretty sure such things are WHY they always announce local time

Desventajas: Check in process was a nightmare. Staff was rude and unhelpful. Flight was delayed and staff mis-informed.

Desventajas: The American Airlines flight was delayed by 1hr. When landing in SFO we waited on the strip for 20mins to get to our gate.

Ventajas: Seats very comfortable with plenty of room. Crew very friendly and helpful.

Desventajas: The little crackers they serve taste like cardboard.
