Ventajas: Flight took off on time. Boarding was organized.

Desventajas: Cabin was cramped. Food quality was so so.

Desventajas: BA business cabin "suite" concept makes the whole thing feel cramped and narrow, not to mention very inconvenient to move through with luggage (or at all). A serious miss from the BA interior designer.

Ventajas: Crew was amazing. Service is top notch. You get to eat whatever you want whenever you want (no fixed time for menu serving).

Desventajas: The in flight internet should be of better value for business travelers. Emirates offers full flight connection for business and first class.

Ventajas: Crew were responsive. 787 has more legroom & better recliner, window shading was amazing

Ventajas: Greece was amazing. Traveling to the islands made the trip worth while. Highly recommend ensuring ferry tickets are purchased 48 hours in advance so they don’t sale out. The food was amazing (especially the homemade Tzatziki sauce). So much to do, plan accordingly!!

Desventajas: Traveling to Greece in off peak season.

Desventajas: Flight was on time and plane clean and in good shape. Crew was very friendly.

Desventajas: Bathrooms not maintained, flight delayed after on plane, and only had water offered 1x on the flight even though we were on the plane for about 2 hours longer than planned.

Ventajas: They let me sleep and didn’t wake me for food or beverages.

Desventajas: Boarding was down a jetway, down a light of stairs, stand around in the heat while they get the busses to the bottom of the stairs, and then cattle call onto the jet. Other than checking IDs and boarding passes, there was no organization to the process at all.

Desventajas: Turn on AC. Bigger seats. Better food. Serve drinks more than twice on an 8 hour flight. Actually have soap in the soap dispenser in the bathroom.

Ventajas: The 777 is way behind the 380s comfort.

Ventajas: Crew we're friendly and helpful. Seats were good.

Desventajas: Old plane so in-flight entertainment systems didn't work properly in 3 of the 4 seats we occupied.

Desventajas: Amazing how little legroom you can get away with, on a 13+ hour flight. You should be so ashamed!!!

Desventajas: Seats in economy section are very close together . There is not enough room for knees...especially for such a long trip.

Ventajas: the crew was wonderful, we got a nice Wrap and water, wine or coffee for free, not all airlines serve it anymore, we were on time and I got whatsapp message with updates of the flight

Desventajas: Don’t pack people in like sardines! Our seats were so close it was in humane! Also we were in the back of the plane and it was uncomfortably hot! Why are there no individual a/c blowers over each seat!! Because of the heat and the cramped seats had to keep getting up and standing in the back because I was so claustrophobic!! Miserable, miserable, miserable!!!

Ventajas: Very old aircraft. Looked extremely run down and many things were broken.

Desventajas: There was a delay of more than 1 hour.

Ventajas: the headrests in the AUH-MAD leg

Desventajas: the touchscreen inflight system didn’t work very well in the MNL-AUH leg of the trip

Ventajas: The crew was good. Loved the mango juice and veg food.

Desventajas: The seats are hard. More leg room please. Better entertainment with more recent clicks required. Toilet seat needs to stay upright. The eating tables should be straight. Should be able to recline our seats more.

Ventajas: Crew was nice and friendly. Food came in a paper bag but still was good and plenty. The plane was an Airbus-330, it's a smaller plane for shorter routes but the seats were actually more comfortable than the newest Boeing 787-9 they use for long hauls.

Desventajas: Don't bus the passengers to the plane and make them climb the stairs. It's almost 2020.

Ventajas: The seat 21A was absolutely horrid inducing claustrophobia due to limited space all around on a full flight long delayed on ground after taxiing for departure.

Desventajas: Etihad needs to be more sensitive of passenger comfort and avoid being so stingy with economy class seats (21A)

Ventajas: They change my seat from middle to window, but that’s all.

Desventajas: Flight delayed. Food was salty and cafeteria like.

Ventajas: Amy was absolutely amazing! She was attentive, knowledgeable, and friendly! One of the best flight attendants l have ever met.

Desventajas: Not force checking luggage. Not loosing tsa pre details between different parts of ticket. Allowing checking to both legs online, not just the first.

Desventajas: Crew should have been proactive in determining passengers' needs, etc. Film choices were poor-- lots of violence, few family-orientated options.

Ventajas: The crew was sufficient and polite. Seats are average. Food was extremely limited. Underwhelmed but, frankly, exhausted with the process of trying to get out.

Desventajas: Communication of flight departure time was not provided causing us to miss our flight and requiring over 2 hours on a cell call to Bangladesh to book a 24 hr delay which was further confused by computer glitches. Poor customer service at the flight checkin desk in Kathmandu who are, apparently, limited in what they can assist with.

Ventajas: Crew were polite. The plane was clean and the seats were roomy and comfortable. Luggage cabins were. roomy. Price was great and no extra hidden charges.

Ventajas: Crew was friendly and online entertainment system had a lot to offer. Online check-in does save time, it's a shorter queue & you just have to drop off your luggage.

Desventajas: Eithad charges for seat selection now! Not seats with extra legroom or any other perks. But any seat in Economy if you select it 24 hours before departure, anywhere from $25 to $45. Seat selection is free if flight departure is less than 24 hours away but available seats are all random.

Ventajas: Absolutely nothing.

Desventajas: They should learn from Emirates or Qatar Airways on how an airline service should be.... never again, sorry Etihad...

Desventajas: When I booked my flight I was never asked if I wanted to include a piece of luggage so I assumed it was covered, and then I got charged $120 for it at the check-in desk. No apologies whatsoever from the lady, who was pretty rude. I will never fly with them again since the service is not great and this charge made the overall cost of the trip more expensive than traveling with a better airline.

Ventajas: The crew was amazing, there's one lady crew that's super friendly. Met great passengers too. Was seated at 71 F, the gentleman next to me was great Mr 71 G. Just wished was able to say goodbye to him. Fl EY455 9/3/19. He was heading for Beirut and me to LHR. JUST wish for an ETIHAD CONNECTION. Thanks.

Desventajas: The waiting lounge had no info on the outside. We came early, was seated close to the door and I served as the info person.
