Ventajas: Entire crew members, food, drink, hospitality & aircraft.

Desventajas: I am diabetic & would have been better if I could get a aisle seat as I requested otherwise I didn’t have to wake up too often my both side passengers!! We were few Indian passengers missing our Hindi movies...

Desventajas: Siting at exit row gave more legroom thus more comfortable and more sleep. Disadvantage is that apurar must be stowed in bin overhead which is not within reach. It’s a bit of inconvenient and feeling insecure for important papers and $ inside.

Desventajas: Old Aircraft Interior, could be more comfortable

Desventajas: The flight with United Airlines was horrible. The seats were small... leg room not the best. The flight attendants were terrible. I called 3 times to get headphones and they never came to give me any. The food was dry and we were only fed twice. I’m vegan/vegetarian so there wasn’t any options.

Ventajas: Everything.

Ventajas: They let me sleep and didn’t wake me for food or beverages.

Desventajas: Boarding was down a jetway, down a light of stairs, stand around in the heat while they get the busses to the bottom of the stairs, and then cattle call onto the jet. Other than checking IDs and boarding passes, there was no organization to the process at all.

Ventajas: Basically what you would expect from a budget airline flight.

Ventajas: The crew was bilingual and very friendly.

Desventajas: The TVs did not work. The sandwiches we had for breakfast were underwhelming, especially after having a 4.5 hour delay prior to boarding

Ventajas: The plane was delayed 1hr and 30 minutes and I have to run to catch the connecting flight. I had to ask people to let me pass them at the police control in foreign country

Ventajas: Seats were comfortable in economy and entertainment system was excellent.

Desventajas: Crew didn’t seem happy to be on board. Baggage was substantially delayed and both take off and taxiing after landing were delayed by approximately an hour each.

Desventajas: You expect more from business class

Ventajas: in the AUH-MAD leg, i thought the headrests were great—perfect for sleeping

Desventajas: in the MNL-AUH leg, the touchscreen entertainment system didn’t always work

Desventajas: They should learn from Emirates or Qatar Airways on how an airline service should be.... never again, sorry Etihad...

Desventajas: The seat was incredibly uncomfortable.

Desventajas: We waited THREE HOURS just to check our bags; we didn't have time for a meal prior to boarding as a result. Were told in-flight that they should've given us vouchers, and now we'd have to pay for something to eat. Our luggage was lost and took four days to be delivered.

Ventajas: The crew was amazing

Desventajas: The 60 euro bagage fee for just checking 1 bag was excessive. There was no obvious way to pay on line or with the app

Desventajas: Announcements at the gate: there were none. The flight was slightly delayed and there was not a word from BA agents.

Desventajas: We didn’t travel to Detroit... we were re-routed 3 times and our luggage is lost, some really helpful ppl along the way (thankfully) and some really crummy ppl too... no in between... still not to our destination

Desventajas: Seats are small, touch screens dated. but that's on the airline to update and the seats won't get any larger as long as money is being made.

Ventajas: The attentions to the passangers are much more friendly than the ones offered today by the american and european airlines, which are today getting more and more cold and unfriendly.

Desventajas: The second food service.

Ventajas: The flight attendants were so awesome and beautiful! Food and snacks were great and the amount of time we were fed. They came around in a timely manner to get trash and ask what we wanted to drink.

Desventajas: More variety of options for the vegan meals...

Ventajas: Crews were friendly and helpful. I never had economy seat that goes as flat as theirs. I liked the safety instruction video.

Desventajas: They seemed to run out of food options quickly. Wasn't a problem for me. But, they should know better.

Desventajas: Overall no complaints but the landing in Tokyo was a little rough. Pilot seemed to descend quickly which hurt my ears but otherwise, smooth flight.

Ventajas: Crew was nice and friendly. Food came in a paper bag but still was good and plenty. The plane was an Airbus-330, it's a smaller plane for shorter routes but the seats were actually more comfortable than the newest Boeing 787-9 they use for long hauls.

Desventajas: Don't bus the passengers to the plane and make them climb the stairs. It's almost 2020.

Ventajas: The service and food are always fantastic. The staff really goes out of their way to make you feel welcomed and comfortable. The ticket price was fantastic too!

Desventajas: I have to wait 5 hours for a connection flight. I was not happy with. Other then that I had a great experience with Turkish Air lines

Ventajas: Another fantastic trip with Turkish Airlines. Everything from their membership in Star Alliance, to their awesome customer service, to their fantastic tasting food.

Ventajas: Nos quejamos muchos de los pasajeros de los modos de las azafatas. Algunas de ellas sobretodo la que estaba en nuestro sector que creo se llamaba Esther. Mi grupo éramos 3.mi hermana Susana, y mi prima Angélica. Creo que podrían ser más amables que no cuesta nada tener una sonrisa en el rostro.

Ventajas: Check-in for bags was fast and the staff was very friendly.

Ventajas: I had 3 seats to myself, and I was able to curl up and get a good 2 hours sleep without being disturbed. Thank you ANA. Crew was lovely and friendly.

Desventajas: Well they could have given me a free upgrade but I can live with a row to myself, kidding. When the ticket counter opens the agents stand in front of the podiums and bow and say a greeting (I think it was in Japanese). They need to get their timing better. So not much.

Desventajas: - The plane was set to a freezing temperature all the time made it really uncomfortable flight for most of the passengers. - Etihad mostly runs short of veggie food and passengers are asked to go for non veg option. Not cool.

Desventajas: Amount of food was not enough from Hong Kong to Abu Dhabi.

Desventajas: crew and knowledge on parent control for video, kids safety jacket not distributed and no knowledge or help on connecting flights and no knowledge on car seat use in flight (i was told it was NOT safe to have the child in the car seat for take off and landing)

Ventajas: The seats were comfortable, entertainment during the long flight was very good.

Desventajas: Do not show options with a connecting flight boarding before the first flight has arrived. My family had to run a long distance from our arriving gate to the departing one in the Munich airport, which is not a small one!! Luckily United was holding the plane for us!

Desventajas: No meals served, and no beverages, unless you are willing to pay inflated prices for garbage. They will give you tap water if you ask, and that's that. I still find this approach despicable and unnecessarily stingy, especially since this is BA, not a lowcost.

Ventajas: The crew were all nice.

Desventajas: Aircraft VERY aged--NO charging ports?! Entertainment screens tiny and old touch screen interface, slow to respond. Remote control on arm rest=accidental volume changes and such. Do NOT get the veggie pasta, it's terrible. Overhead bins do not hold large bags correctly.

Desventajas: Checking, boarding and overall experience

Ventajas: Not amazing...rather lack of attention.

Desventajas: It was 20 of us in the cabin. Better attention? More alcohol?
