Ventajas: Everything was perfect

Desventajas: Apart from the lack of parking - need to advise that there isn’t free parking for everyone

Ventajas: Location was perfect for our stay, room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was everything you need when travelling.

Desventajas: The location of our room was very noisy on the main road with traffic noise. Next time I would request a room away from the street.

Ventajas: The friendliness of the staff

Desventajas: The noise outside my room. I had an extremely bad nights sleep

Ventajas: It was a brilliant stay from start to finish! Good good, great location for accessing central London, very accommodating and helpful staff ! Highly recommended and we will be back!

Desventajas: Although it’s advertised as having parking there are only about 5 bays

Ventajas: Only stayed one night and slept too much, was clean and comfy, and staff were lovely

Desventajas: Not much too not like, handle on door was a little dodgy and forgot to tell staff (room 8) if that helps

Ventajas: Bedroom was spacious, very clean and the most comfortable bed I could wish for.

Desventajas: Nothing really, we had a problem with a TV which wasn't that important, but we had just returned from overseas and were out of touch with news - and there's a lot of it!!

Ventajas: Great location for travelling into london via tube. Free parking was a bonus :) really helpful staff and delicious breakfast

Desventajas: Some stains on wall but overall a great stay

Ventajas: Spotlessly clean with the rooms small but very comfortable and welcoming. Staff friendly and helpful and the breakfast was delicious.

Ventajas: The highlight of our visit to London! We were super impressed with the service, facilities, food and bar. Although just across the road from the train station it was super quiet and very compfortable. We will definitely be back

Desventajas: Our trains were delayed getting there so we didn't have enough time to enjoy the facilities. Otherwise we loved it!

Ventajas: Excellent location. Well furnished and comfortable rooms Food was excellent. Staff were superb.

Ventajas: Breakfast was great. Location was also great - Wandsworth is a nice chilled addition to central London - full of young people looking for an affordable place to live. Would also recommend The Ship pub on the river and the East Hill pub (just up from the Alma) for more food.

Ventajas: Location was perfect for me as family nearby. Train and bus right outside, good shops, cafes nearby, breakfast was lovely. Loved the extras in the room

Desventajas: Room 3 had a musty smell which was unpleasant, I pointed this out when leaving and staff were right onto it.

Ventajas: The whole experience...the hotel staff were friendly professional and helpful made our stay so relaxing wish we could have stayed longer.the room was lovely couldn't have asked for any more and the breakfast was fab .

Desventajas: The location was not ideal for a tourist trip to London as the neared train station was a 20 min walk and there no shops or amenities in the vicinity. There was also no hairdryer in our room

Ventajas: Todo, aunque el precio fue elevado porque no me ofrecieron una habitación standard y terminé en una Suite.

Desventajas: El costo del desayuno es muy, muy caro.... por el precio que pagué por la habitación debiera estar incluido.

Ventajas: Loved the room. Communal areas were well dressed. Breakfast was amazing.

Ventajas: Very comfortable, and enjoyable stay.

Desventajas: Difficult to find, especially in the rush hour in the car.

Ventajas: Staff in bar good. Bathroom good

Desventajas: Carpets in corridors dirty. Taxis took ages to get to property. Would of been nice to sit on terrace but this was out of action. Very hot in property luckily aircon good in room. Could have better view of river from breakfast room

Ventajas: Very clean, great facilities - gym, spa, restaurant. Food was very good. Decent location. Complimentary WiFi.

Desventajas: No cell phone reception in rooms (I stayed in two rooms as wasn’t satisfied with the first, both had no reception) The first room I stayed in was very dark due to dark furnishings and not enough light coming in. Second was fine as it had lighter-coloured fittings. Staff wasn’t honest about availability of river view rooms when I asked to move. Said none available until I mentioned I had seen availability online. He then told me they were available if I paid room difference which was fine. All he had to do was give me the information and allow me decide for myself whether I wanted to pay for the change.

Ventajas: This is a really nice hotel. The staff were really helpful and welcoming when we arrived. The facilities are great.. The spa is open until 10pm! :) Which is great and the actual facilities within the spa are really nice. The bedrooms are comfortable with both a double shower and bathtub with the TV in the bathroom - which I thought was a nice touch. I will definitely return again in the future.

Ventajas: The staff were very helpful and considerate of our change in circumstances. We were able to get a free upgrade to a suit.

Desventajas: The extra bed they brought up was not very comfortable. Our son couldn't sleep on it.

Desventajas: Pese a tener una parada de autobús en la misma puerta, está bastante lejos del centro, teniendo que hacer varios transbordos. El metro está a unos 10 minutos andando

Desventajas: No plug socket near enough to mirror to enable me to dry or style hair using electric item and see in a mirror at same time.

Ventajas: When I arrived at the hotel and couldn't open the lights, the employee can right away to check and taught me how to use it immediately. Very friendly and efficient staff.

Ventajas: Excellent hotel in Putney, very clean and with an excellent location.

Ventajas: Good beds, clean sheets. Breakfast was ok too.

Desventajas: Walls and corridors looked scruffy and needed a coat of paint. Noisy corridors.

Ventajas: Breakfast was good and there were 24 hour check in staff at the property so you felt safe.

Desventajas: In our room the radiator was broken meaning it was on full blast for the entire day and evening. When you are sharing a room it becomes extremely warm very quickly and it was almost unbearable to sleep in. This was reported to a member of staff upon arrival but nothing was done to resolve the problem or help us to change rooms. The mattresses on the bunk beds were extremely old... sunk and full of very painful springs!

Ventajas: It was a cool place to stay with good vibes and a good location.

Desventajas: It was very noisy, windows were open all night.

Ventajas: The staff and the location are the best of the place. Clean blankets and comfortable bed. At the end is a good place to stay.

Desventajas: There is no microwave and fridge. Sometimes people are dirty. It needs bigger lockers and shelfs and at least a bathroom exclusive for woman.

Ventajas: The staff were really nice and the pub it's self was very nice, the rooms were comfortable enough I suppose reviews will differ depending on who you are sharing a room with but I had no problems and would return

Desventajas: The toilet/shower rooms weren't cleaned often enough I went in one morning and it wasn't clean when I returned at 11pm at night the same mess was there

Ventajas: Room is big. Bathroom is clean. Facilities are in good condition. I saw cleaning staffs everyday.

Desventajas: Toilets and showers are in the same space, thus causing bad smell because of others people's use of toilets when I were having my shower. Also, there are just a few toilets that I had to wait for so long in the morning
