Desventajas: Habitación pequeña sin ventana, desayuno caro que sólo se puede describir como aceptable. La palabra para este hotel es utilitaria

Ventajas: Staff is exceptional! Wine & Cheese every evening is a great treat.

Ventajas: La habitación era para una familia. Una cama al entrar con una smarttv muy grande, y subiendo unas escaleras la otra cama con una TV igual. Un buen baño. Y limpio. Te dejaban todos los días una botella de agua en la habitación. Al lado de una estación de metro y muy cerca un supermercado y una cafetería estupenda para desayunar.

Desventajas: A bit on the noisy side room on basement level and you could hear the trains. Advise to wear ear plugs if a light sleeper.

Ventajas: Location was perfect for me

Desventajas: Room was insanity small. I usually stay at M Hotel a few doors away but couldn’t get a room. Z Hotel was an option close to where I needed to be. The value of this room is similar to what I pay at M Hotel. Not good value and I won’t be back. That room size was ridicules.

Ventajas: Very conveniently located close to Old Street station. Very clean and modern. Complimentary wine & cheese! Comfortable beds. Terrific value. No fuss check-in and check-out. Super quick.

Desventajas: Rooms are a tad small - but they are well designed.

Ventajas: La cama y las almohadas de 10. El servicio siempre atento a nuestras necesidades. Y poder tomarte un vino con queso por las tardes, todo un acierto.

Ventajas: The location is good.

Desventajas: Rooms are very small with rock hard beds. There were clumps of hair in the shower and blowing around on the floor. There are no phones in the room so I had to dial using the external number to contact reception. I can't recommend this hotel at all!

Ventajas: Hotel muy moderno

Ventajas: Nos gustó mucho la decoración de la habitación y el baño. Disfrutamos mucho del desayuno. El personal en la recepción era muy amable y efectivo.

Desventajas: Wasn’t cleaned properly

Desventajas: Mi habitación estaba al lado del ascensor y había un ruido constante 24/7.

Ventajas: Close to train station, close to music venue and in amongst a lot of shops/restaurants.

Desventajas: Had to send my burger back one night because it was bright pink. Room service was definitely not as good as it could have been. Ordered a pizza the night after and it tasted too strongly of parsley. That would be my only issue.

Ventajas: La amabilidad del personal de recepción y como siempre la ubicación.

Desventajas: Nada serio, pero me fue asignada una habitación para personas con dificultades de movilidad y que por ende tiene una ducha adaptada y el lavamanos muy bajo entre otras cosas, Luego me cambiaron a otra habitación que tenía problemas con las luces y me trasladaron a otra habitación también para personas con problemas de movilidad ( ya no dije nada para no causar mas molestias) en la cual pasé mi última noche en el Hilton. Por lo demás todo bien aunque le falta un poco para justificar la relación calidad/precio. El minibar de la habitación estaba completamente vacío y solo cuando me hicieron la habitación al segundo día me dejaron un par de botellas de agua complementarias que se agradecen en días de calor y que hacen falta por lo menos para preparar el café El desayuno podría ser un poco mas variado. Todo lo que había esta bueno y solo la observación de la variedad de la oferta.

Ventajas: Bed was comfy and location was good

Desventajas: 90% of staff were foreign and not a welt helpful , says there’s free WiFi but only if u sign up to there app and pay £12.99!

Desventajas: The staff didn’t know anything about the ringgo app or how to sort the parking payment, you are meant to get a reduced rate when staying there..... Breakfast service didn’t have enough staff for non Hilton honours members, it wasn’t our servers fault she was brilliant and doing her best, but cleared the table while we were waiting but left food waste and actimel containers in the floor

Desventajas: No hay aire acondicionado, pasillos y habitaciones muy calurosos. El ventilador de la habitación nos ayudó un poco, pero todavía hacía calor

Ventajas: The reception were delightful and helpful! They kindly moved me to a quiet room off the main road at my request. The room itself was basic and clean, but that's all I wanted and the price was right for it! My friends were staying at the Rosewood for our friends Wedding. I don't see the point in spending hundreds of pounds when you are hardly in the hotel room anyway.

Desventajas: I didn't like not having a bath. But for $100.00 per night for a few days, I survived this first world problem!

Ventajas: Muy limpio, personal muy servicial y localización perfecta para nosotros, que visitamos a nuestra familia a solo dos manzanas

Desventajas: Habitación pequeña-, cama incómoda, alfombra deshilachada. Habitación ruidosa debido a la familia de al lado. Cuando se fueron mucho mejor

Ventajas: Good value . Great to have a swimming pool.

Ventajas: The staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The location was excellent with really good food options within a five minute walk. Particularly the street vendors.

Desventajas: The noise in the late evening and early mornings under the hotel entry canape

Ventajas: Facilities are awesome and well maintained.

Desventajas: Bath Towels were stained. And had some dust on bedsheets. Rest All Good.

Desventajas: Location is a bit out of the way. Check out and check in process is needlessly long whether it’s their system or pace of staff. Steam room was out of action with no prior notification. Staff lost my luggage when I stored it with them

Ventajas: Staff were lovely and the facilities were great. Only 10 minutes from old street station and some great restaurants and bars nearby.

Desventajas: Nothing!

Desventajas: We asked for family or adjoining rooms( as we had 3 kids with us ) 9 months in advance. Was informed straight away there was no adjoining rooms but they would do their best. So I rang again a week before I arrived to check again on rooms together. When we got there our rooms were not together and they said there was nothing they could do as they dont have many family rooms and they are not together. But looking at the map of rooms I didn't see a size difference for a family room to regular room. So was disappointed.

Ventajas: Al llegar le dijimos a la recepcionista que estábamos celebrando nuestro aniversario de boda y al día siguiente, al llegar a la habitación, nos habían dejado una botella de Proseco y bombones.

Desventajas: Las habitaciones necesitan un lavado de cara, no están mal, pero se ven un pelín antiguas.

Ventajas: Nice breakfast & not bad location & good spa facilities.

Desventajas: Room had a strange smell & very small for standard double room also parking is charged at 30 pound a night which is a lot.

Desventajas: La habitación estaba bien, limpia pero con un fuerte olor a desagüe y a moho. El vecindario era tranquilo, aunque las paredes eran finas y los suelos chirriantes.

Ventajas: La atención de la anfitriona del alojamiento es excelente, muy atenta y amable en todo momento. Es muy agradable el trato recibido.

Desventajas: Muy bien para lo que queríamos, pero quizás se podría mejorar las limpiezas en los baños. De resto todo excelente.

Ventajas: The location was very good for us, with quick and easy access to Camden and Holloway. The breakfast was better than adequate and we didn't expect luxurious surroundings for the price we paid. The lady in charge was very pleasant and willing to be of assistance.

Desventajas: Once we had set our budget, our expectations were tailored accordingly. So, for that reason only, there's nothing we didn't like.

Ventajas: Nothing.

Desventajas: Everything was terrible: staff, communication, location, hygiene, rooms... they were so tiny that you could wash your feet, pee and brush your teeth at the same time. No communication whatsoever, no answer to our complaints. Nobody at the reception during opening hours. SHAME. Never again!!!

Ventajas: The bedroom was lovely comfortable bed and lovely cotton sheets to sleep in

Ventajas: Great location in North London. It is 5 minutes walking from Tufnell Park tube station and 10 minutes from Holloway road where you can get several buses to the downtown. The staff are very nice and friendly.

Desventajas: The wifi might work better and the water pressure of the shower should be stronger.

Ventajas: The hotel is a 5-minute walk from a black line of underground called Tufnell Park. The breakfast is very simple white or brown toast, butter, Nutella, jam and 4 kinds of cereals, available cooked breakfast contain eggs, bacon, and beans. The room was very clean and was cleaned daily. We left every day in the morning and come back in the evening, so we really did not spend much time in the hotel. There was one lady doing everything from reception to cooking breakfast, she was really kind and nice.

Desventajas: The only thing was that the wifi really wasn't working at all, we are at the first floor so I am not sure if there were many people on it although the location was very good and reception strong or they just turned off because around 10 am when everyone was gone, wi-fi worked perfectly. We were on the 1st floor so, in the morning, you could smell toast from the toasters.

Ventajas: From the Hotel Room you could see a super cute Fox!

Ventajas: Having read some bad reviews I like to make my own mind up , The property was clean , the lady was friendly and made conversation not at all rude , she clearly works hard . The room was a good size and very clean , beds comfortable , shared bathroom was always clean , hot water and good pressure , the breakfast was fresh and hot . I would stay again , location is good £7 Uber to the city center . I send this as a work with my family coming up for the night , it was safe and quiet , my little boy thought the lady was lovely .

Ventajas: Close to underground. Local to Sainsbury's.

Desventajas: Overall, our experience was very negative. We were left outside the B&B for about 20 minutes when we first arrived after ring the bell a couple of times. I assumed no one was in, so I called the number provided by the hotel on my booking confirmation. I got through to the manager who told me to ring the bell again and that he would contact the receptionist who was in. Rang the bell again, and the receptionist answered. Everything was fine, she then got a call from the manager while we were checking in. Her attitude completely changed when she got off the phone, and wouldn't listen when we said we were ringing the bell for 20 minutes and that's why we called. She told us we didn't ring the bell. My partner apologised to keep the peace and off we went to our room. On the final night of our stay, we wanted to make a mug of tea in the kitchen. My partner went to make it and found the receptionist was also in the kitchen. He asked if it would be alright to make tea, and she was very dismissive and rude, saying it wasn't allowed and only at breakfast. She was very unprofessional in how she addressed him and made him very uncomfortable. Once she "gave us permission", my partner had gotten the hot water and was looking for the milk. He asked her and she kept saying that she "told him already" and that it was upstairs at reception in the machine. She raised her voice at him and at this point, he just returned to our room without milk as he felt very uncomfortable about the whole confrontation. If guests aren't allowed in the kitchen during the day/night, why not just place a kettle in each room? We felt so unwelcome and unwanted at the Five Kings Hotel that we were excited to check out. It impacted our trip a lot and I hope the hotel use this review to improve the conditions of the B&B. We do not recommend this B&B.

Ventajas: It was cheap for being bank holiday in London and the location was good, 20 min walk to Camden and the bus stop about 5-10 min away, the area was lovely

Desventajas: The shower was inside the room and the toilet room was very small. The doors were always slamming even when you didn't wanted, walls a bit too thin. If you lose your key the amount that you need to pay I personally found it a bit excessive £100. Breakfast it's ok, I would might, reduce the basic breakfast and improve the full English as it was bacon ,eggs and beans (not very form them) and they didn't asked you if you wanted the eggs in any way, they were dry everyday. The reception wasn't open 24h, it isn't a problem but it would be helpful. However, it's alright for what your pay.
