Desventajas: The bathroom basin clogged a bit, it took quite a while to drain the water every time after I washed my hands. As a person who pay attention to details I also noted the pencil provided in my room had a broken lead. I had no intention to use the pencil at all but I reckon such issue maybe regarded as a cons for some others.

The next morning, cleaning staff knocked on my door super early despite me having a sign up that said do not disturb. Ventajas: The breakfast was great, the steam room was really hot. The hotel was very accommodating for my special requests. Great amenities in terms of the pool, fitness center, etc. There is also a great coffee machine in the breakfast room. The staff were relatively friendly overall. Housekeeping staff were so friendly and funny. They could be working the front desk!
Desventajas: The WiFi was basically not working at all unless you were in the lobby. The pool had no shallow end so not good for children or short people. The shower in the ladies locker room was broken. The pillows were not comfortable at all. The mattresses are firm which wasn’t good or bad. I wasn’t keen on the mojito my bartender made me either. I would absolutely stay here again but these were the things I didn’t like. I wouldn’t recommend eating at the hotel but the kids menu is good for kids (I have a 20 month old)

I asked for a high room and got it no problem - there's a load bar across the road and I didn't want to listen to the people outside all night. The view was great. It is clean and well maintained. Desventajas: Breakfast was pretty tepid. Why can't you keep hot items properly hot? And why are crispy fried foods kept in a closed container so they just go soggy and greasy? I don't know why London hotels only offer English breakfasts too; the rest of Europe manages to provide a whole range of fresh, healthy choice and for much better price.

Desventajas: noise isolation is not the best, it's a good thing it's in a quiet location , but still work in the street ( garbage disposal or something ) in the street outside woke my wife up some days ( we were in the 4th floor) mattress was a bit too hard for our taste ( we didn't complain about any of these to the hotel staff ... it could be that they could have done something not sure)

Desventajas: They have 2 breakfast options: continental or hot English. We had a continental included in the price. There is a special person that instructs each guest on which breakfast they are entitled to have and that the hot breakfast is extra. Not very classy... I have a feeling they spend more money doing that and creating a negative vibe, as opposed to letting everyone have some scrambled eggs (how much can they cost?) and a good impression of the hotel.

Nice coffee pod machine in lobby for guests was appreciated. Staff were kind and helpful- yes, if staying in London, I would book again. Easy access to Paddington station- it's a moderate 10-15min walk, but lovely to see the beautiful potted flowers and gorgeous bulidings on our stroll. Metro(underground) and busses also easliy accessable. I found it really expensive for single trips on the Metro, so invest in a Oyster card if staying for more than one day.

Ventajas: This is THE hotel to stay if you don’t want to deal with hassle of getting to/from Heathrow. Take the express train to Paddington and you are steps away from the hotel!! It’s the perfect location if you want to explore Notting Hill. We stayed here for the second half of our trip and had already seen the city center, Soho, etc.

On a Sunday morning when you people tend to sleep late, a member of staff knocked on my room door at 9.30 to slip the checkout express paper when he could have just slipped it without waking me up. The cushions have a bad smell.

Desventajas: When I was there, around 10 am there were announcements made over and over again about there’s an emergency and we are required to evacuate. I waited for a while as normally when there is one there would be people coming and checking on the occupants and that time there were none. The announcement did not stop so I decided to evacuate my room which was on 7th floor. I didn’t see anyone evacuating during that time. Upon reaching the ground floor I didn’t see anyone except one guy in a safety vest and hard hat. I asked him, were there a fire drill or real fire? He said yes and I asked where are the rest? Then he led me to an exit which leads to Paddington station. He asked me do you know where you are... I said of course.. Well obviously there’s no drill or fire. No one bothers to inform me. Please inform your customers’ accordingly as I don’t want to evacuate my room unnecessarily especially when I have to go down 7th flights down.

Desventajas: The vent was always on, which I presume is to ventilate the room considering it was on the basement floor. So although it did no bother me, a light sleeper might find it slightly noisy. You can hear the tube from outside when it passes by, and the room shakes a little when it happens, but again it did not bother me.

Fuimos con la familia y en las otras 2 habitaciones a pesar de estar en el sótano no se escuchaba el ruido.

The staff were so friendly and really couldn't have done enough for you. Although the room was slightly smaller than expected with a view of the back courtyard and neighbouring houses the room facilities were good with Elemis toiletries as an added bonus with our room upgrade. The location of this hotel is ideal with 2 tube stations only a 2min walk with Lancaster Gate and Paddington station only a 2min walk away. Loads of lovely restaurants and pubs round about and the area as a whole is very relaxed and feels very safe.

Desventajas: We were allocated room 118 when we arrived, and we were extremely disappointed with it. There was no chair and no room for one - the room was TINY - my wife was in tears and I was angry to see what I had booked for out anniversary treat. There was a double bed and a single, this a tiny bathroom - but not enough room for two people to pass. I phoned reception and told them that we would check out and thankfully your excellent young lady had us moved immediately and apologised for the room. We were taken to room 131 which was very good (only criticism was the size of the bathroom, but we understand that we were in London, and it was acceptable. We both had the Biriani in the small bar off reception, and it was delicious - also the young man serving us both nights was efficient, courteous, and friendly.

Pero nos dieron una habitación en la parte trasera del hotel donde todos pasaban durante la noche, la gente caminando por nuestra habitación se reían a carcajadas. Ahora normalmente esto no me habría molestado pero teníamos una ventana que no se cerraba bien así que era bastante ruidosa. También un montón de puertas "molonas" en nuestra planta, la mayoría de la noche así que una noche en efecto muy ruidosa. Es una pena porque nos alojamos en este hotel antes y nos dieron una habitación fantástica pero esta vez no fue la mejor.

We only booked the standard rooms, four of them and they were pretty basic and cramped for a hotel hitting £150plus a night. Wouldn’t stay again. I’d probably use some of the other smaller hotels and save some money. Expectations were higher than what was realised with this hotel. Also got woken up at 7.30 with a maintenance person knocking on next door for what seemed like minutes with no discretion.

Just went to the room to sleep every day, we stayed in the Hall the rest of time stayed in hotel. It was not possible to change room; listened other clients also contested some rooms, not know what or what exactly. Our room was 308. We felt discomfortable and thought even to pay and go to another hotel. The other rooms we don’t know how they lol like. Very bad price quality relation.

Ventajas: I really liked the night staff member - Lionel. I came in the middle of the night completely exhausted and his smile, his very warm approach has made me feel welcomed and safe. Honestly, I was a bit scared to stay in a hostel, especially because female dorm was not available at the time of the booking and the room is smaller than it is comfortable. He was polite, fun to talk to and helpful. I had genuine feeling he is a nice person to hang around. I was glad the locker inside of the room was big enough to store a small luggage and that in the bunk bed space you could find a plug, where to charge a phone. The long mirror in the room was also something I liked.

Desventajas: The rooms are uncomfortably small with too many bunk beds. When I wanted to open my tiny luggage, someone would open the door and hit me or someone would come out of bathroom and had to go through me. It was terrible to go toilet inside of the room as you could hear everything from the bathroom cubicle. Also I felt the bed curtains are not being changed after the guests left. There was no space to hang a towel, which is pretty annoying. The room ventilation was awful, there is a fan, which is noisy and terribly small window that opens at the bottom, not at the top - which I do not think is terribly safe or helping to ventilate.

Ventajas: After my poor experience with my room request change, I met Stefano another front desk staff who was pleasant, offered me water for my room, apologised for the inconvenience etc. It was refreshing.
Desventajas: I got a room on the lower floors, the room smelled stale, was a long walk away from the elevator and when I went to request a change I got attitude from the front desk staff Ana-Maria. I literally wanted to cancel and leave unfortunately as I had booked through booking.com I was told I needed to take that up with them. I asked for a room on a higher floor and was told she would only change my room if I either went back up and got my luggage or waited 30-40 mins for a concierge to help me. I was so upset. I went back up, gor my luggage and came back down. PS why dont they keep extra bottles of water in the room for your use?

Que está super cerca de las Baker St.,Hyde Park, Madame Tussaud, y de las principales paradas que conectan con los aeropuertos de Londres. Andando puedes llegar facilmente a Oxford st, y Picadilly circus (4 kms). Tambien como punto orginal que en realidad es un Pub donde sirven buenas birras y desde el que se accede a las habitaciones por una pequeña puerta.

My rromate actually booked from 11-15 Sept but she checked out on the 12 Sept due to the room is too small. Not as per in the picture shown. My room is a Female Room for 3 pax but during the last night.....middle of the night, me & another lady from Brazil were awaken when the hostel staff came in to our room & asked whether we mind having a guy to stay in our room....since it was after midnight & both of us are checking out the next morning...we have agreed but if we were to check out later....we will not allow as this room is stated for FEMALE ONLY.

Ventajas: Lo único bueno es que esta la estación de metro al lado.
Desventajas: La.peor experiencia en todos los años de viaje.Las fotos están tomadas con grado angular por eso se ven de mayor tamaño las habitaciones, la habitación #5 es demasiado pequeña para 3 personas, llega a faltar el aire en las noches. El hostel esta arriba de un bar, debes subir 3 pisos en una escalera estrecha de 23 kg no es fácil. La cama estaba sucia (almohada con manchas) y no tenía sábanas solo te pasan un cobertor . Solo pude estar la primera noche y busqué otro lugar para quedarme los días que faltaban,ya que en esas condiciones es muy difícil estar cómodo.

Desventajas: Corto y al pie: la higiene. Aunque en la descripción de servicios ponga “hotel hipoalergenico” no lo es por mucho. Los pasillos y habitaciones están forradas de una moqueta gris llena de suciedad no apta para alérgicos. Los baños, lavabos y duchas, necesitaban una mano de lejía, con el handicap que al ser compartidos te comes tambien la huella biologica de otros huespedes.

We had a quad room for 4 of us which was over the road from the main building - room was bigger than I expected, very clean and quiet considering you are so close to Paddington. Small bathroom but that was fine. Breakfast was back over in the main building (not a problem for us at all) and basic (yoghurt, toast, cereal, cheese etc) but constantly topped up.

Desventajas: We were in room 243. Shower unit base was cracked and didn't look particularly wholesome. The shower overall was OK though, if a little sporadic in temperature. Only small hand soap bars were available and no other toiletries at all . The small cartons of milk were all Full cream and were a bit of a culture shock when we only have semi skimmed normally !. The towel holders in the bathroom should really be secured better to the wall, as they only seemed to be hanging on by a bit of grouting paste!

Sin embargo, me hizo sentir la falta de aire respirable de noche debido al tamaño de la habitación. Yo no soy muy grande y nos pareció demasiado pequeño. Además, las paredes necesitan una mano de pintura ...

Desventajas: El hotel Queens Park es simplemente el peor hotel en el que he estado. Cuando me registré, me asignaron una habitación entre dos plantas, donde apenas podía meter mi equipaje de mano y una bolsa grande. Después de una queja, me dieron una habitación un poco más grande. Sin embargo, todo en la habitación era viejo, era stinky e incómodo. Además, no tenía AIRE ACONDICIONADO, lo que era necesario. Cuando quería comprar el servicio wifi, me dijeron que no funcionaba.
Nunca recomendaría el hotel Queens Park a nadie.

Ventajas: The location is easy walking distance from Paddington Train Station it was a very reasonable price for a London hotel the price also included full English breakfast. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful we arrived at the hotel early in the morning check in was at 2 pm we asked if we could leave our suitcases and check in later also when we checked out we again asked if we could leave our cases and pick up early evening this was agreed so we spent all day seeing London without the burden of suitcases and as we were going on the London Eye this was a great help as your bags are searched. The breakfast was help yourself buffet style which included the full English, croissant, fruit juice,coffee etc all hot nice way to start your day sightseeing.

Desventajas: La habitación que al principio nos dieron no tenía conexión a internet y estaba cubierta de moho negro. Llegamos tarde por la noche y no había ningún gerente encargado de ayudarnos hasta la mañana siguiente los pasillos y las alfombras están sucios, pero una vez que nos trasladaron la segunda habitación no estaba mal.

Desventajas: The property is in need of a little TLC the walls /carpets need painting/ replacing the hotel looks a little tired it is however very clean and bed linen, towels changed daily I cannot offer criticism on the cleanliness of the hotel just that it needs upgrading. I would stay again when in London but I would make further research on other hotels in the area to compare price and facilities.

Desventajas: Old and dirty carpets in the lobby and rooms and in the hall. Bathroom are very old the water presses was not there to wach you proparly. Nothing was as on the photos on the websites. We payed to much for this hotel. Breakfast was a desastre, dirty glasses could koffie.... the furniture are all old and broken.

Desventajas: Las fotos de no son la realidad. Pertenecen a un pasado bastante lejano por el deterioro y la falta de mantenimiento. El ambiente estaba impregnado de un fuerte e intenso olor a humedad. El horario del desayuno era de 07: 30 hasta las 10:30, pero si ibas a las 09:30 tenías que comer lo que quedaba, pues no reponían la comida faltante. Además de tener que armar tu mismo la mesa de desayuno.

Desventajas: Full English Breakfast was suddenly taken off the menu due to it being busy then were told they would cook a breakfast but after a wait of 25 minutes we gave up. The breakfast room was dirty, tables not cleared, tea came from an urn we asked for extra tea bags and were given teabags that were actually used or had been beside other used teabags. Whilst waiting for breakfast to arrive they had gone into our room serviced it move all our thinks like handbag, laptops etc - were not even afforded the courtesy of waiting until check out of 11pm. Hotel has now changed their website to state continental breakfast only as I actually gave the manager feedback on the issues but refused to offer any refund even though we had paid for B& B. So we were out of pocket My overall view on this hotel, they are only interested in your hard earned money and not the customer experience ! I wish I had gone for a cheaper hotel as the service would have been better.
