Desventajas: Need longer transfer time in Frankfurt airport. They use buses to airplanes and that eats up time. Also, passport control line can be long. Fights to and fro gave us barely enough time and we were last ones to board
Desventajas: Food is a joke
Ventajas: I was amazed how comfortable we were in economy. Pillows, Blankets that felt like cotton. I would fly Lufthansa over an american carrier any day. We passed through the business class cabin on the way out and I can only imagine how much they were pampered!
Desventajas: Since flying in the US has become expensive and painful I was not expecting much from this flight. They exceed my expectations by so much that I cannot think of anything I would change. (Ok, my chicken was a bit over cooked but that was such a minor thing.)
Ventajas: The crew was amazing.
Desventajas: There seemed to be no leg room. The seat was very uncomfortable.
Ventajas: Crew was fine. The seat wasn’t different than any other seat in economy class. Nothing special and super-comfortable
Desventajas: The seat can be better, I am flying relatively frequently in econom class. It is isn’t getting any better.

Desventajas: Wasn't able to online check-in thus losing my window seat 21A I had selected.
Ventajas: Comfortable seats, adequate legroom; clean aircraft, polite and professional crew.
Desventajas: Super crowded gate -- but that's more the CDG problem than Norwegian's one.
Ventajas: Crew was very friendly. Liked that you can see how far away and how much longer the flight was.
Desventajas: Flights to be more on time
Ventajas: Flight was canceled. No crew...
Alternative: Eurowings via Newark.
And then United to Detroit.
A totally wasted day...
Desventajas: Seats recline too much making leg room more nonexistent than ever
Ventajas: Free drinks. Two hot meals during flight. Lots of entertainment choices. Extra storage bin under window which doubled as large armrest. Ample legroom. Live sports on TV
Ventajas: We had a “light” fare which didn’t include checked bags, but airline let us check our carryon bags for free

Desventajas: Excellent assisted transfer between Austrian Airlines flight and Lufthansa flight to Seattle in Frankfurt. Boarding in Frankfurt could have been handled easier in groups by seating. Friendly stewards, good entertainement and food options. Quiet B 747 plane, spacious overhead stowage.
Desventajas: Luggage was not received. Now being told it will take up to 5 days! Unacceptable performance

Ventajas: The flt attendants were very good but not exceptional. The entertainment screen was the best I have experienced. Coach was as cramped as every other airline I have flown. Seats were not very comfortable. Food was delicious.
Desventajas: Lufthansa, (and all other carriers) need to remove a couple rows of seats in economy class and give passengers the space they deserve. Seats on international flights need to be more comfortable also.

Ventajas: A340-600 is a wonderful plane, but economy is too cramped. The stewards do their job of feeding the "cattle", which lacks any personal service.
Desventajas: The terminal updates of terminal and gate notifications were wrong! If we had followed your email and gone to T3, we could have missed our flight and be worn out from changing terminals.
Desventajas: Excelente fly
Desventajas: I was charged $65.00 for checked luggage; my layover was only 50 minuets and had to rush...last person to board.

Ventajas: Plane from Munich was late coming to Zagreb, so my flight was late because of that and was about to lose connection flight from Munich to Brussels. Then, Lufthansa drivers waited in Munich, put us in vans and drove us to plane for Brussels. Amazing service!.
