The people flying were horrible
Ventajas: The crew did a great job. It was a little slow to board and disembark but again I'm pretty sure it was the people.
Desventajas: One of the crew members at the airport said I had to check my bag but a woman with a bigger bag went on the flight with out having to check her bag. The people flying to Cairo are horrible. Rude, disgusting, disorganized. Took forever to board and disembark the aircraft. If I didn't have to fly to Cairo for work I would never take this flight again in my life. Not much you can do as an airliner though, maybe just warn the tourists about the flight.

Desventajas: Being asked, when other passengers were around me, how much money I cary with me. This is a dangerous thing. I don't know whom I travel with, and I felt at risk knowing that other people know how much cash I have with me. Plus, the money were counted on the passageway to the plane, with people walking by. I strongly believe that you should change the method you ask and check passengers for cash. I heard other details that I shouldn't hear from another women who was also checked. What I ask is PRIVACY.

Desventajas: Plane was very late; boarding late; short flight so no food or entertainment, but not really a problem. Overall condition of plane was mediocre at best -- old plane, not particularly clean. It was actually Air Canada. If that is a partner of Lufthansa, very disappointed. Would not fly Air Canada again, but LOVE Lufthansa.

STILL has physical pain due to injury
Ventajas: the crew was kind and helpful
Desventajas: the head of the crew( the purser) was extremely rude, inppropriate and unprofessional. I had an upgrade to economy premium because of the disaster with the DC to Franlfurt flight but I still experienced pain because I could not lay flat. I feel that Lufthana should give me a free upgrade to business on my flight back to Miami in October. it's the only way they can repair the stress, and emotional and physical torture they put me through in DC
