Bastante limpio y buen servicio.
We stayed here for one night prior to our flight to Jamaica the next morning. The hotel was clean enough. The beds were very comfortable. The restaurant has alot to be desired, food is nothing to rave about. BEWARE: IF YOU ARE PLANNING ON FLYING OUT OF THE AIRPORT AND YOU DRIVE TO THIS HOTEL THEY DO NOT HONOR THE COMPLIMENTARY PARKING IF YOU ARE NOT A REGISTERED GUEST. THE WEB SITE FAILES TO MENTION THIS, JUST THE FACT THEY HAVE COMPLIMENTARY PARKING AND A FREE AIRPORT SUTTLE. WE WERE VERY DISAPPOINTED AND HAD TO DRIVE TO THE ARIPORT AND PAY TO PARK THERE ANYWAY on top of our room rate. Next time we will definitely saty at a hotel that offers park and fly!!
I arrived hungry at the hotel at 10:32 PM. Resturant and Lounge were closed for the night. Great breakfast though.
-We checked in an hour early. The room wasn't cleaned yet. It was taken care of easily. -One of the ladies at the front desk is great! -Small but comfy rooms. Sliding door lets fresh air in and if on first floor easy loading of car. - Buffet not worth your money. Service is SLOW (and they just bring silverware and drinks!) and they wanted to charge us 23.00 even though its like a continental breakfast. Oh and on here it says Free Weekend Breakfast...not true. Ours was only free because the room wasn't clean so we got coupons from the front desk.
My stay was fine. The only critique I have is about the pool. The pool and the room was not properly maintained.
OVERALL, I WOULD GIVE THIS HOTEL A C+, WHICH PUTS IT ABOUT THE MIDDLE OF THE ROAD. JUST NOTHING TO REMEMBER THAT REALLY SENDS A SPARK. THE STAFF WAS SO-SO AND EVERYTHING ELSE WAS THE SAME. LIKE I SAID, NOTHING SPECTACULIAR, BUT BETTER THAN OTHER HOTELS IN MY EXPERIENCE...
Best place to stay near the airport. Everything in the hotel is set up for the travelling public including computer area where you can check email, print boarding pass, and check your flights. Numerous seating areas to stretch out and relax while you watch a little TV and have some popcorn or have something to eat from the kitchen or bar. Relax by the pool. Work out in the gym. It's all right there. Wish we had had more time!
Hotel was clean and comfortable. Pool area was well maintained and quite enjoyable. Staff was generally courteous and when we needed assistance in our room, we got it efficiently. The bed was incredible! Wow! Great night's sleep -- extremely comfortable. Very reasonable price and I would recommend this hotel for the two night's my daughter and I were visiting Philly.
Very nice spacious room for one night about ten minute commute from downtown Philly. Indoor pool was great retreat from heat and patio area very comfy. Didn't have free breakfast but there was a Wawa store just up the street with good affordable breakfast. Hotel had washer and dryer but took a couple times to dry clothes. Overall hotel was good for the night and no noise from airport
My husband and I visited Philadelphia to attend the Penn Relays. The hotel was in a great location which was only 10 minutes away from the Campus Park and Ride parking lot, where the bus dropped us off less than a block away from Franklin Field. The hotel room was cozy, the bed was comfortable, and the staff were very helpful.
I would like to have had a little more time at this hotel. The lobby is a group of personal living areas where you can sit and watch TV by yourself or visit with others. There's also a small, but adequate dining area and bar. Fresh popcorn all the time. Best of all was the boarding pass availability. We had been in a very expensive hotel earlier in the week and couldn't get anything printed. This was so easy. We felt very comfortable. Almost like home.
It was the best night stay ever. The beds were so wonderful and soft. Would love to get the same bed at my house. Would tell everyone that needs to stay in philly to stay at this place.
the comfort of the bed--nice mattress. In general the room was very clean and new. The staff was very polite and helpful. The free transportation to the airport as well as the train station was a bonus. The train station is also an easy walk. Breakfast was little.
The actual room was not bad in all fairness. Families beware. Children are NOT welcome. There was parties being thrown at night. When I arrived with my child there was an argument between two men who were NOT hotel guests. The receptionist asked them to keep it down. The were fighting curse words at each other and seemed to be from the neighborhood. At breakfast my daughter and I could not have a meal because there were so many people at breakfast that were NOT guests. Parking was atrocious again because the parking lot was full of people who were NOT guests. I was fooled by the reviews left. Room was NEVER cleaned. Stayed 2 nights Hotel has scary characters allowed in Someone asked if I wanted to buy drugs And was yelling at another room if they needed marijuana Look at instagram under the hotel location posts and you will see the true nature of this hotel
The service was amazing. The man at night was extremely welcoming and answered all my questions. Then in the morning I needed a few stamps to mail some important thank you and birthday cards before international travel a few hours later and the woman at the front gave me her stamps. On my way out she asked if I wanted to give them to her as they had a load of mail going out soon. These were small gestures but made a huge difference to me Breakfast is a little blah, but expected.
The hotel was available and the staff person that checked me in was wonderful. . I drove to Philly for my aunts funeral. The outside door of the hotel was locked when I arrived which indicates the area is not safe. My son needed cover because it was not in the room. When we called, he was told to come down stairs and get it. The next morning, when we went down for breakfast, there were muffins that were dry and hard, and packaged oatmeal. There was no juice only coffee. In addition, the smell of marijuana filled the hallway. When we went back to the room, I called the front desk for an iron that was working as the one in the room was broken. 20 minutes later, after we were dressed, the iron arrived. If I had a choice, I would not stay at this Extended Stay again.
