Habitación limpia y muy bien reformada. El precio del aparcamiento es muy caro y no nos informaron de ello ni durante el check-in ni a la salida.
Lugar agradable, buen precio, excelente servicio y ubicación.
Bien limpio!!! N/A
unique character in an old bank building. very nice, spacious rooms.
The Hotel is a Historic bank building. The lobby is decorated beautifully with murals throughout. The lobby consists of a cozy bar a restaurant and a coffee shop. Very elegant. I realize it is downtown but to valet park was $42/night which is more than I have ever had to pay to park anywhere downtown Denver in the many years we have been there.
Valet attentiveness. No amenities for a family. No pool. No coffee in the lobby. $37 a day for valet when nearby parking only $15 a day. Very small room. Had to call for housekeeping to clean the room at 5:00 pm. Very lacking customer service and friendliness.

Clean and convenient. Staff exceptionally friendly and helpful. No. 10/10.

Great atmosphere in the lobby. Comfortable bed. Average small hotel room. I got stuck in the elevator. There was a smoker on my floor and the air circulated through my room.
Location and renovation of an old bank with character.
The duvet cover did not have any fastenings, and so the comforter inside kept sliding out.
Really cool renovated hotel Staff was not friendly. Our room was not clean. Staff had no knowledge of the area. If this hotel had a better staff as far as professionals and it was clean it would have been amazing. But the staff where rude and dirty and no where near professional.
Lobby and the rooms were really nice. The only problem was the beds were so amazing you didnt want to get out of them.
Unique concept would travel them ALOFT A Lot all over. A really cool option if you are planning to spend a weekend in Denver. I enjoyed the indoor pool especially! Also was given a nice view and the place has a modern art motif goin' on. I would stay here again great amazing value right by sams diner #3 a new favorite and the grass roots hats store!
Liked having more room than just a bedroom and bathroom. Breakfast was good, and free. Windows could open. Rooftop patio was nice. Staff was helpful. Location was just a couple of blocks from 16th street mall. Restaurants within walking distance. Guess I've been spoiled by other Residence Inns. The smell was very disturbing even with windows open. Furniture was worn out and dated. Carpeting was bad. Kind of sketch area even for a downtown felt barely safe in the evening or very early morning which is a shame if you like to walk places, though it didn't stop us.
The rooms are nice, had a kitchen, very comfy beds and awesome breakfast No swimming pool, have to use key to get to room, $27 to park car [horrible]
This was my first time staying at the property and I would stay there again. It was a comfortable stay, the room was clean and it was a good location. The only issue I ran into was a delayed check-in but I was still in just before the 4 pm check-in time and there was an error programming my card causing me to have to go back downstairs to reprogram my card when I couldn't get into my room aft the first day.
Great location within the city, and the room was comfortable and well-appointed. My particular room was sandwiched between the elevators and the hotel gym-- lots of thuds from banging weights. Gym should not be adjacent to guest rooms, sharing a thin wall. Also, complimentary breakfast ended super-early-- should be 10:30, not 9:30.
Very Clean hotel - Convenient for Downtown activities - Very good breakfast Buffet Couldn't apply my Marriott Rewards bacause I booked thru a 3rd party? Sofa bed couch was poor.
Room was HUGE, gorgeous full kitchen, gorgeous lobby, free popcorn in rooms, amazing breakfast...one of the best hotels I've stayed at and i travel once a week on business around the country. This was for leisure but my boyfriend and I were very happy. Thank you!!!
The REsidence Inn Denver City Center is in a fantastic location right near 16th st. It is perfect for a weekend / week in Denver because it has a fully functioning kitchen, which will save you LOTS of money on food if you do some grocery shopping cook in the room! It was clean and pretty spacious. Take advantage of deals on this hotel (otherwise it is too expensive in my opinion). I found a king 1 bedroom (not studio!) suite on Kayak for $103/night. Otherwise, this room is easily $150/night and up, which may not be worth it (you'll save money elsewhere). No pool
We came for a hockey game and this hotel is in a great location. Room was comfy, bathroom well equipped. Breakfast was mediocre. 16th St. mall is only 2 blocks away and Denver public transportation made it convenient for everything.
This was a GREAT find for our family located VERY conviently in downtown Denver within a 2 block walk of the central part of the 16th street mall and therefore ALL of downtown. The staff was terrific, hotel was clean and our room was FANTASTIC. It was clean and comfy and had a terrific view of the mountains and court house. The pool area was nice and we had a great stay.
The staff from the time we drove up to Valet, to check in, and any questions we had were answered in a timely and professional way. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay in Denver and would not mind staying at the same place again, whenever I do make another trip out to Denver.
JUST A QUICK TRIP TO DENVER FOR BUSINESS. THE STAFF WAS VERY COURTEOUS. GAVE ME A ROOM CLOSE BUT NOT NEXT TO THE ELEVATOR (NICE FOR SECURITY). VERY, VERY COMFY BED...AND THE TOILETRIES SELECTION WAS NICE. (WHY DO I NEVER REMEMBER MY OWN SHAMPOO?)\n\nQUICK WALK TO 16TH AND ALL THE GREAT RESTAURANTS. HAD WORKING BREAKFAST IN THE HOTEL RESTAURANT. GOOD FOOD, UNOBTRUSIVE STAFF WHO KEPT THE COFFEE FILLED! FRONT DESK STAFF HELPFUL IN GETTING TRANSPORTATION OR INFO WHEN NEEDED.\n\nWOULD DEFINITELY STAY THERE AGAIN WHEN I'M BACK IN DENVER.
The beds were very comfortable the pool and spa clean. The hotel was in a good locatoin to most city center activities. I would stay again for any football or basketball games or any city center activities. I would not use this hotel if I had a car, there is no parking
We were given a very luxurious two bedroom, three bath suite with wet bar for our family of four....what a GORGEGOUS room!!! We had a wonderful time...pool and fitness center are nice, as well.
Didn't spend a lot of time in the hotel. The hotel fit my needs.
Central location to downtown area made walking easy, exploring fun. Coureteous staff, quick check-in and out, and comfortableclean rooms makes this a hotel on my 'stay again' list. Great Cobb salad in the bar too!
Very nice hotel with VERY comfortable beds with down pillows, comforter, and mattress pad. You won't want to leave your cocoon of down. They delivered a mini fridge to our room when we requested it. The staff were courteous and friendly. Good location, only 2 blocks from the 16th Street Mall.
Enjoyed our stay very much. This hotel had everything we needed to enjoy a family getaway! The hotel was clean and the staff was very helpful and cheerful. 16th St. Mall just a couple of blocks away. Nice casual restaurants close by so we didn't eat at the Marriott restaurant. Would definitely stay again.
It's not really a hotel. It's a condo building with full time residents. There is a guy there who leases several of the units and rents them out through web. The problem is, is that the Brooks Tower staff have no idea what this guy is doing......Checking in took me more than two hours....continued to be bad for the rest of the time there.
Very convenient location, very clean, I’d recommend it without any hesitation !!
Easily the worst experience ever..................
If you approach this like you are borrowing your Aunt Rose's apartment for a few days rather than an getting a hotel room, you may be prepared for the disappointments and get to enjoy all the benefits. There are plenty of both. First the bad. This is not a hotel room or a hotel. No one ever came to clean, replace towels, or take out the trash. I never did find an iron or ironing board. The refrigerator did not have an ice maker and when I called the owner he suggested buying a bag of ice at 7-11. The internet was down when I arrived and I was told to call customer support. The reading light in the headboard of the bed works when you twist the bulb in just enough, but then it is hot as Hades to try to turn back off. The refrigerator had left over food (and beer) in it. For the good... great location. Right downtown for about the same price as the pricier hotels. The place is bigger and nicer than any hotel room could be with a full kitchen, full dining room, leather couch in the den. HD...
This place was a great find! It was well maintained for the most part. We had some difficulty obtaining more than one key for the condo, but got by with leaving a key at the front desk with staff when we each left. We did have a small issue with the toilet not filling and flushing properly, but we just filled up the tank occasionally with a pot full of water from the bathtub. It really was worth the money to have a full kitchen, spaceous living room/dining room and private bedroom. The balcony was nice and had a beautiful view of the mountains/sunset. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it!
I found this hotel last minute for the GSA Convention. It was great, a one bedroom apartment for the same price and in some cases much less expensive than other surrounding hotels. It had a beautiful view of the Front Range and was very quiet. Only 4 blocks from the convention center, 1 block from the performing arts center, and 1 block from 16th Street. Very easy to get to from downtown Denver. Keep in mind there is no breakfast place in the hotel, no concierge, and no one to carry your luggage. Everyone at the front desk are very nice and no need to worry about security.
I was surprised by the one bedroom apartment I had and it was the same price as the higher end hotels in the area. There is a full kitchen, dining room, living room, bathroom, and bedroom. There is not housekeeping but I don't need it. It appears to be someone's apartment that they rent out.
We stayed here last week in a one bedroom while attending a nutrition conference. We hit the jackpot with this condo!! The front desk was EXTREMELY helpful and understanding, and it's within walking distance to the Convention Center, 16th street mall, etc! The views from the balcony were amazing and there was great security. It's surrounded by restaurants that are great to eat at (looove 24 hour leelas!!). There was free wireless internet which was great since all of us brought our computers. This was a million times better than staying at a hotel because we had a lot more room. In the one bedroom (not the penthouse) there is a full kitchen with fridge, dining room, desk, sofa bed in the living room, balcony with an entrance from the living room and bedroom, a queen size bed in the bedroom, tv in both bedroom and living room, and bathroom with vanity. Everyone was really friendly and we loved to use the fitness room. The only problem we had was that it was hard to find a nearby grocery...
