Clean and spacious, this is one of the best Bed and Breakfasts in Denver. Rooms are well decorated and clean, breakfast is first class, and the grounds are well kept. There are good restaurants within walking distance. Mediocre Wi-Fi, limited off street parking, and the front door is confusing and difficult to open.
The staff was friendly and helpful. In addition, the breakfasts were delicious, though served in a rather disorganized manner. I appreciated that they had a parking permit arrangement with the local gas station as the neighborhood was one in which it was hard to park. The building is not in great condition. There are water marks on the ceilings and drooping tiles. In addition, some of the amenities are lacking. Our sheets had holes in them, for example. The breakfasts were good, but the breakfast room is cluttered and disorganized and not as polished as most B&B consumers are accustomed to.
