Ventajas: everything was good, the staff was kind and i didn`t have to wait in lines...that was the best part for me.
Desventajas: I bought the insurance online before picking up, but at the office i was told that it was only for my car damages, it does´t cover the other cars. Maybe there should be more information about it in the web page (or clear and easy to see).

Desventajas: I was not able to rent the car because even though I was on the phone with the credit card company and they said the charges could go through, Alamo was unable to process the card.

Great Experience with Alamo
Ventajas: Nice car - clean and pleasant to drive. Quick pickup, friendly agents, no problems with the car or the service.
Desventajas: LaGuardia is becoming a bigger and bigger nightmare to deal with each year. But that has little to do with the rental or the service.
