Hotel Porta Felice

We got upgraded and loved the size of the suite. It was also well decorated and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast on the terrace was also refreshing despite the fact we didn't get great weather.

The key to the room did not work at times, requiring us to speak to staff at reception multiple times to organise a manual key.

Fabulous location near the port, the station and within walking distance of all Palermo's main sites. Super comfortable bed with lovely linen. Excellent breakfast in lovely terrace room with views of the mountains around the city. Best of all, really calm and relaxing area to stay.

Location was good, walking distance from many hotspots. Area is quite at night and safe. Concierge staff was kind and professional. The view from the hotel is non-existent. Too bad.

Was expecting a little bit of a view from the rooftop, at least, but tall you can see is rundown buildings or straight-up walls (right in frond of your room). Too bad.
