Mejores opciones a poca distancia a pie.
Ubicación, comodidades, servicio Gran hotel corporativo, normalmente evito.
Muchos lugares a poca distancia a pie.
No tenemos ninguna queja.
Buen personal, buen servicio, buena habitación, buen restaurante...
Bar encantador! Bonito restaurante. Pide prestado un paraguas en recepción! No tienes que traerte el tuyo...
la ubicacion el costo
historic hotel; restored- excellent job on restoration- well maintained- very friendly & personable staff; in the heart of downtown location n/a
There was an old musty smell
Beautiful well kept property in great city location. Wonderfully friendly and helpful staff. Plus "Oliver's" bar makes the best Martini's in Seattle. Nothing
Awesome hotel close to Pikes Place Market. Easy walk to restaurants. Macy's (hotel discount) right across the street. Friendly, helpful staff. Will stay again.
The vintage quality throughout
Location was superb and easy to reach by Light Rail from airport. Hotel is charming and staff friendly and accommodating. It was the hotel of choice as we knew its reputation. Room was small but the price was very good for DT Seattke in summer. No view but we only needed a place to sleep for a few nights.
Everything. From the moment we arrived, the Valet was superb, the doormen were excellent, the front desk staff were fantastic, and the room was great. Every touch point with the staff was top notch. No
No tea coffee making items in room expensive to buy a cup of coffee
everything first class
friendly staff too expensive
The large TV was awesome The view of the stadium was cool Good proximity to the stadiums Wifi sucked Bed was not the best pillows were really soft Slightly noisy with the trains running by and the hallway noise
Super convenient for going to the Sounders game. Staff was friendly and helpful. Clean and safe place to stay. The bed and pillows were not comfortable, so we both slept terribly.
I liked the location (for the game) And I liked the restaurant and bar. I liked the pool and spa on the roof + extra towels. The staff seemed to be professional and courteous (except in one case) I didn't like the fact that a staff maintenance person barged into my room without notice or knocking then came face to face with me and backed up apologizing out the door without an explanation for the intrusion
Friendly helpful staff. Very clean. Very convenient location. We were able to leave a day early. I would have appreciated the ability to cancel the second day myself instead of going through kayak. That became a bit of a hassle but staff tried very hard to accommodate us.
Rooms were clean, updated and quiet. Little expensive.
YOu can't stay any closer to the stadiums. It's close enough to downtown to walk anywhere, or catching a bus is easy. I was able to watch some of the pre-game activities at SafeCo field from my room. They upgraded me to a King Suite with a view for free (I booked a reg. King Room), the room was spacious, had everything I needed, and overall was very good for being one of the less-expensive rates I could find near downtown. I had to mark things down just a little bit as the drain in the bathroom was clogged just a little, so some of the water would accumulate. There was also an extra bathtub with a shower head (I was in a suite), so I just used that. Not a big hassle. One morning I was working from my room, and they had a fire alarm test at 11am. Not a big deal, but it was a minor annoyance as I had to rush to put clothes on, and scramble out of my room, only to run into maintenance who told me there was no emergency.
Loved being able to walk across the street to safeco field. Our room was on the rotgut floor over looking the freeway and Piaget sound. A little noisy but not bad at all. Jacuzzi room was great! Liked it all. Thought the valet fee for the car park was a bit high. But not worrying about the vehicle was nice.
View and room was very nice. Great service. Bedding is not very comfortable. Feels like all you have is a sheet on your bed. Super short bath tub.
Nice rooms and common areas Hotel is very large and because of on going conference elevators very slow
Fantastic and clean rooms, and amazing staff. Would love to visit again.
The room was very nice and modern, bed was comfy, and the workout facilities were excellent! Nice to have a Starbucks, deli, and sushi restaurant attached to the hotel. Didn't like that I had to pay for access to the internet. $10/day for low speed, $15/day for high speed. A nice place like this shouldn't nickle-and-dime its customers, especially when even the cheapest Motel 6 usually offers free wi-fi these days.
Clean, comfortable, and spacious room. Courteous enough staff. Impressive building, with great location. Despite the high price of the room, they nickel and dime you for everything. Parking is not included in the price, even though the Hyatt owns the adajecent parking garage - hotel guests pay the same rates, if not more, than the general public who uses the same garage. Not a single movie channel (hbo, etc), so that you will have to buy their on demand movies for $20. Room service is overpriced and mediocre, with small portions.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. I reserved a king suite and the bathroom and tub were amazing. I also liked the push button shades that allow you to completely darken the room. For breakfast one morning I ordered room service and it arrived on time and was delicious. The pillows were comfortable. Starbucks is located right downstairs! Two of my "clean" towels had a lot of hairs that were not mine. In fact one had a big hair ball folded in it. That was kinda nasty to find after taking a bath. The bed was not very comfortable and made my back hurt. I thought since it was firm that my back would love it but I was wrong.
Nice quiet room, large very nice bathroom, helpful friendly staff, overall an excellent 4 star hotel. Winter rates are very reasonable, summer not so much...Good food and shopping with in walking distance, all except for breakfast, never did find a "good" breakfast despite paying $45 for two. I'll be back. Parking. Valet $45 / Self $30. Saturday nights self parking is full.
Should provide free drinking water
Want a spa on location
Clean and comfortable room and conveniently located next to Seattle University. The hotel staff were friendly and efficient! The free shuttle to points in downtown provides access to great restaurants, shopping and landmarks.
I liked the friendliness of the staff! They were always there to greet you and help you with any questions. The entire hotel was very clean!! Very comfortable as well! You feel comfortable and cozy as you walk in. The great thing about this hotel is the free shuttle service downtown! Very helpful for a tourist! Also there is a town car service which can take you to the hotel for 40.00 flat rate. The location of this hotel is AMAZING! There are great restaurants and a great nightlife a few minute walk away. Great hotel! Great stay! The pool was very dark! I recommend that you add some more plants and more light. Not very welcoming.
The staff were quick with recommendations and very friendly, the hotel was clean and comfortable, and virtually everything I wanted to do was within walking distance. Capitol Hill is a great area with lots of bars and restaurants and not too bad of a walk to get downtown or to Pikes Place (if you're looking for a good hike). Otherwise they offer a free round trip shuttle to a few other central locations.
Good room size, friendly staff, comfortable bed and room. Nothing
Hotel has all needs covered including shuttles and secured parking. Location is not horrible but is out of the way of you want to walk to anything
Shuttle driver gary was nice and helpful. A sauna would be nice. Tv channel menu on tv very cumbersome. Bathroom kinda small.
great location in walkable neighborhood with light rail from the airport an easy downhill walk to the hotel. Helpful staff. Room amenities superb: empty refrigerator for foodstuffs, restaurant leftovers; microwave; double socket outlets for charging at each side of the bed.
Great location in Capitol HIll in a quieter section. nothing
Personal, camas y ubicación
Gran ubicación, una cama cómoda y buena televisión. No hay gimnasio
Gran ubicación. La cama era cómoda. Personal muy amable y servicial.
Muy agradable y amable. Gran ubicación! Extremadamente limpio. Perfecto para nuestro viaje!
Kimpton hotels have yet to disappoint me. It costs more, but is sooooo worth it! They have small details that make you feel welcome and that they are truly glad to have you. Just the price. But it's worth it!
The rooms were pretty and very spacious. My friend and i went on a weekend girls trip and it was very central to all of downtown. Room was clean and neat. It took us 2 hrs to get our room. I got a text in the morning from Kayak saying the room will be ready for check in at 3pm. We got to the hotel a litle before 4 and they said theyre backed up and it'll be roughly 20min and they'll call us when its ready. My friend and I leave our bags to go grab food at Pikes Market and come back because we had a 5pm rental car. We didnt get a call til 5pm that it was ready. I didnt appreciate that the room wasn't ready by "check in time" because that's 2hrs of our money wasted away in rushing and waiting when i could be in my room already...
It was clean and accommodating. The staff was friendly and helpful - we would stay here again.
I loved the decorations and the comfortable "living room" downstairs. We sat and read while the kids played chess for about an hour. They also have a wine happy hour but we were always out. We received an email the day before we checked in giving us some choices on room location, early check-in, bed size, etc. One of the choices was "spacious room" which we asked for because there was 4 of us. We weren't expecting an upgrade but sometimes some of the rooms have a little more space than others. We literally got the smallest room available. There was this big huge wall right next to the window. The other rooms had two windows and the additional space. We really wouldn't have thought much of it except for the fact that we requested a spacious room when asked. My point is, don't ask me and then give me an even smaller room than normal. The other problem was there were only 3 towels in the bathroom. Again, there were 4 of us…We called twice to request additional towels. Finally, my husband found a staff member in the hall and asked them to get us towels. The next day the cleaning person left us 3 towels again. Called to request towels AGAIN, no towels. Found the closet in the hall unlocked and got some towels out of there. I also don't like the fact there is no coffee maker in the room. I don't want to have to get dressed to go down and get coffee. For the price, I would like to have someone respond to my requests.
The staff was great and the hotel was perfect. The only issue was that I purchased the breakfast package for our room. The hotel resturants was being remodeled. So the hotel staff said you will just get it to your room, which I thought was great. Well it wasn't I played phone tag with room service for about an hour and every time I called front line staff they said they will have them call us. We received one call and they hung up on the other end. So we didn't get breakfast, but the hotel did comp valet parking because of it so still worth it.
From start to finish Ethan and the team at Hotel Monaco were phenomenal. They made my girlfriend and I feel like the most important people to them. Nothing. It was all great.
The place was clean and beautiful... staff was friendly and informative... free wine was the highlight :) food was delicious and well worth the price... it was a really amazing stay and they had lots of extras if you chose to get or do something more I was really looking forward to sleeping in since the check out was noon... but the maid service started its duties at 9 am... so there went my sleeping in... also... my staying in (do not disturb) card got put under the breakfast menu and I had the cleaning crew come in into my room before I could stop them... even though I had the tag of "conserve and decline maid services" hanging on my door
I loved the very friendly and helpful staff. The food in the hotel restaurant was very good, and quite affordable. Also liked the option of opting out of housekeeping, I always feel I need to pick up all of my things to make their job easier. Was great to just let it be, more relaxing! I would definitely stay there again.
We paid for an upgraded room on a high floor with a city view but our only window faced an office building about 50 feet away across an alley. We could see nothing else.
I enjoyed the friendly service, fast elevators, starbucks coffee in the morning, and the over all cleanliness of the room. I also enjoyed how quiet everything is from the a/c to the bedroom door to the elevator doors in the hallway. Everything was quiet. The mattresses could have been better quality. The linens were nice upgrades but the mattress felt like a cheap budget line mattress. Also, the robes that were offered in the closet were gross to the touch. They should be replaced immediately with new plush robes. I mention that because plush robes are advertised as one of the luxuries of staying in that room.
Everythin was perfect, decoration, staf, location everything
The staff was extremely helpful, friendly and welcoming! Even though we arrived very early in the day, they were very accommodating by handling our luggage and making some excellent suggestions on nearby things to do and see while we waited to check in. I really, truly cannot say how absolutely impressed we were with the staff, their positive attitude and attentive nature. It was perhaps one of the best hotel stays we've experienced and it was all because of the people who work here!
The size of the room was good and the decor was young and hip. Also the hotel staff were all friendly and helpful. Perfect for travel
