Close to United Center, Greektown and Randolph St.restaurants. There was construction going on in the parking lot that you see in the picture above, therefore there was no parking on site and the noise from construction started at 7 AM. Way too loud to sleep.....and we requested a late check out so we could sleep in after a Blackhawks playoff game!!!LOL LOL LOL. Couldn't take it and left by 10:30.
Stay here every time we are in Chicago. Nice having a balcony. Parking is $43 per night. Way too high when we walk everywhere we go.
My family and me stated at your establishment for one night on Sept 15. Beautiful hotel, great accommodations and conveniently located. Really appreciate your wonderful service Couldn't stay longer
The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was fantastic, love the balcony. Thank you for a hotel chain finally realizing that not all people are 5 foot 8 inches tall, it was nice to be able to shower without having to squat to wash my hair, kudos for the adjustable shower heads. Having to pay to park in the lot of the hotel i was already paying to stay in.
Loved the modern room designs, layout, and furnishings. Very helpful, friendly staff. Great location to access downtown and the "L" to see the rest of Chicago. The bathroom didn't seem to have a fan to get rid of shower steam.
Service and staff and proximity to grocery stores. Noise from Interstate.
view, walking distance to dining, willis tower rooms are too small, no refrigerator in room, shower water luke warm
Very good service, staff were keen to please. The room was spacious and comfortable. Not in the most glamorous part of the city but not too far from where it all happens.
Convenience to the Medical Center
The location is excellent, being so close to the hospital complex nearby. The restaurant was wonderful, and the morning breakfast room service was on time. The toilet was poorly functioning. The TV remote "worked" but did not actually control my TV. Also many channels were just static. The final nail in the coffin was the mandatory valet, which costs $43/night. That was horrific.
The people who assisted me were all very helpful and friendly. The food at the restaurant was fantastic. I had a steak and burger that were both really good. The room was extremely comfortable. Thanks to everyone there.
Very clean. Friendly staff. On street 24 hour free parking. The bed. Pretty uncomfortable. We slept upside down to avoid feeling like our feet were higher than our heads.
Perfect location close to everything downtown, very clean modern rooms, everyone on the staff went out of their way to make me feel comfortable. I will definitely stay here again in the near future!
The entry was a bit confusing. You enter the building, travel up to the 4th floor, where you either go right or left. One way, you are in the Hampton Inn lobby. The other, you are in the Homewood Suites. After that, everything from arrival to checkout was smooth... ... except the toilet paper and facial tissue, which resembled (what I imagine) what they used in Eastern Europe before the fall of the Iron Curtain. Surely Hilton Worldwide could afford to spend a few more pennies on softer paper products.
