World of Coca-Cola, Philips Arena...
Hotel is being renovated and looks like it will be very nice soon. Our room was perfect for a one night stay. Comfy beds. Hotel was nice to let us check out late.
Convenient to where I needed to work for a few days. If you are happy to stay in a hotel that looks like it comes from a ramshackle 3rd world country, this is the place for you. I just about needed an oxygen mask trying to breath the air in my room. And as for the wall and carpet stains, and the 3rd world staff running the place.... priceless.
Great location, nice staff. They are clearly making an effort to overhaul the place, I couldn't get past the room smellinglof cigarettes. Booked six nights. Checked out after one. i was put in the wheelchair accessible room so I give them props for having those accommodating, it has been decades es since I've known a hotel to permit smoking.
The location is great and very convenient. Not only did we have to change rooms twice due to bugs and mold/bacteria, we also found out that a room with two queen beds was considered at max occupancy of 1 person, so for the 3 others in the room, we were charged $10 per person per night, so in total it cost us an extra $120 on top of the $240 we already paid.
Nothing! To start my bedding was ripped and stained. I had no hot water for my entire stay. My room was on the 3rd floor. Staff told me to use the elevator which had out of order signs on it. Upon exiting the elevator I noticed that it does not come all the way down to the next floor. There is at least a 2 foot step. I could not get an iron. The coffee maker had no filters and it was overall just grimy. I was supposed to stay for 2 days. It was so nasty I just left that morning.
Nothing the staff was not professional for one the rooms was dirty. the bed had stains. the room smells bad. it was not a good stay, the Hotel rate was cheaper then the one i got from on line so don't used this places that set that they safe you money if you book with then don't call the hotel first. you will see how this web site are taking your money.
The location was what we were looking for and it satisfied that requirement. We did not have room service for 2 days and had to be very direct on the 2nd day about the service.
I will never stay her again. The VERY RUDE check in clerk!!!!
N/A Roaches in rooms .
Nothing I liked. Capert was nasty, ac unit did not seem to work, overall condition of the room was nasty and out- dated. Ac didn't seem to work. Had a controlled gated entry to the hotel. Never have stayed at a hotel that you had to get access to go in and out of the gate using your room key. I would not let my worst enemy stay at this hotel..
My roommate and i decided that it would be fun to go to a concert and spend the weekend at Six Flags in Atlanta so we thought that it would be good to get a hotel close to the theme park. This on is VERY close and we were very happy that we were able the find something that was that close! It was only one exit away and we could get to the park in about 5 minutes! Also it was about 15 minutes away from Aarons Amphitheater which is were the concert was! We stayed in room 119. In a HORRIBLE area, multiple individuals asked us if "we were looking to party" and if "we needed anything" (referring to narcotics), also several individuals tried to flag down our car (likely to ask for money, purely frightening). I took several pictures of our room to show how poor of shape it was in: the bed frame was literally broken, the lights by the bathroom did not work, there was left over nachos in one of the drawers, the room smelled of marijuana residue, the safety latch on the door was broken off, the peep hole had been shattered, the sheets were neatly placed on but NOT washed (you could smell the lack of detergent), the lamps by the beds did not work, the shower curtain holder was broken, the bathroom door was literally broken in 2 pieces, the shower itself had fist marks and cracks on it, the entrance was VERY difficult to find due to the orange road emergency signs and barrels blocking the way, and on top of all that even though i successfully booked my stay online in advance for 50 dollars the lady at the front office said that there were no more rooms available at that price tag and thus she was required to charge me 55 dollars for room 119 because it had been renovated and updated and thus was extra money. Room 119 was a complete dump. We were so scared something would happen to us or someone would find out what room we were in and try to sell us drugs again that we skipped dinner and stayed in the room until morning. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE TAKE THE A2C BUDGET HOTEL OFF THE WEBSITE, SOMEONE MAY BECOME ADDICTED TO DRUGS OR GET HURT
The location was close to six flags which was good but in a veru bad neighborhood. Could not check in when I arrived. No maid service, could not even get a new towel from the front desk on my second day. Room had a bed, TV, microwave & refrigerator when I arrived but when I came back the second day the microwave & refrigerator had been removed. One of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in the other did not have hot water.
The staff was nice and did what they could but the room was still not clean and it was in a horrible neighborhood and that is all the nice things I can say about it. The room itself was ok cleaniness wise, the bathrooms are another story, the floor and bathtub were disgusting, it is located in a very unsafe neighborhood, very close to nudie bars, there were street walkers prowling the side roads at night, I cannot stress this enough, even though it is cheap, its not worth it, DO NOT stay here. Go spend a few more dollars and find someplace hospitable. I would not send anyone I know there, even if I did not like that person.
The desk staff was extremely accommodating. We ended up staying in a double with black mold in the bathroom, stains on all of the sheets, and a dented television. The next morning we witnessed a man choke and beat his wife in the parking lot while security did nothing. Onlookers called the police and we were asked to testify. So, yeah, not the best.
The staff friendliness and great service No fridge in the room or microwave. The drug dealers and prostitution going on...and last but not least your lazy maintenance
Nothing No remote for the TV! Staff all smelled like weed soon as you walk in the front. Paint chips falling in the shower. Roaches everywhere. Defiantly not worth 50$ a night. Mayb 20$
The hotel over charged me the initial amount by 20.00 then proceeded to charge me the full wrong amount 3 times and tried blaming it on booking.com. They have refused to refund my money and ruined my mini vacation for my birthday. The hotel manager and front desk staff were very rude and refused to let me speak to the hotel manager. The shower drain was clogged, the walls had black mold on them and because of the over charging i was unable to stay at another hotel.
