good price, friendly staff, nice room. you have to pay for sun chairs and umbrellas at the beach. only soft drinks at the beach bar.the food was not various.the entertainment is very bad.
motivated and friendly staff main street passing a bit loud
The location of the hotel is really good, just a short walk from the hotels private beach and about 10 minutes by bus to the Cleopatra Beach and to the city center. The bus stop is located next to the hotel. Food at the hotel was good. There should be more entertainment at the hotel. The music in the restaurant and the pool area wasn't any good, more Turkish like music would be nice to hear.
The terrace on the 7th floor is wonderful! Breathtaking views every day while having meal.
It is next to the beach. We were amazed by the lobby but the rest of the hotel was not such great, Great location of the restaurant. It is on the roof with a great view. We stayed only one night in the hotel, but we are so glad it was only one night. I can not imagine to stay here for a whole week. The bar and restaurant stuff was very rude, unfriendly and impolite (bartender was crudely shouting at us: "no glass in rooms",while carrying our glasses from an outside bar to an inside bar, then we had to wait 40 minutes until he will come back and serve us). The staff was eating in the restaurant in the official serving hours for guests. In the evening one bartender was obviously drunk. Food offer was poor and basically there was the same for lunch and dinner. Local soft drinks taste terrible. The services promised were not delivered, when we asked we got an answer that is the end of the season.
The location for beach & easy access to the restaurants & shopping area in the centre of the city. The choice of food for english guests was very poor more geared to germans or scandinavian guests
