They didn’t have the car that we had reserved, so we had to take whatever car they had. I turned the car in the next day and went to Hertz’s because we needed an all wheel drive to get over the mountain roads. Very disappointed in the customer service from Enterprise.Opinión del 17 dic. 2022

The Woodkand, CA Enterprise staff went out of their way to accommodate us after a glitch occurred in the location of the rental versus the airport where we landed. They weee most cordial and scrambled to get a car ready in spite of not having our reservation. They treated us like family—we loved that! Nothing could have been better! Didn't have a car resembling the type I had reserved. Outlandishly high rate for collision-damage waiver: approximately 3 times the standard online rate (which I tried to buy but the website malfunctioned). Agent was condescending, and tried to persuade me that Enterprise's insurance was somehow better than the standard insurance available, which is absurd.Opinión del 10 oct. 2022

My reservation was for 9 am but my car wasn’t ready until 9:45. Car was in very poor shape: or ver 60,000 miles, lots of dings and scratches, noise under the hood, broken key fob, missing fuse box cover, key battery failed and I had to replace it during my trip.Opinión del 5 ago. 2022

I couldn’t pick up my car because the location closed at noon and our flight arrived at 5pm. This was Saturday and the location didn’t reopen until Monday. Non-refundable and non-changeable. I will only book directly with the rental company. I will not use kayak. Cost me $1400 for a car I didn’t get to use!Opinión del 4 jul. 2022

Be prepared - know what your options are (add-on insurance, what car you're ok with, etc.) because things move pretty quickly once you arrive. I did notice a lack of gender diversity - staff was all male.Opinión del 24 may. 2022

Ventajas:The gentleman who helped us when we went outside to pick up the rental car was particularly helpful.Desventajas:The guy at the desk steered us to upgrading to an Audi Q3 from a standard SUV. The Audi was okay but too small.Opinión del 18 may. 2021
