Do NOT stay at this dirty nasty dispicable cold dump. The perverted dishonest idiot pictured here, bursts into your room and states at women getting dressed and refuses to leave so you can finish getting dressed, and lies to you saying the door closes on its own (as his false excuse to keep opening it, when in reality, as you can see in the photos, it does not close all the way unless you pull it shut. He lies, calling front desk while he harasses you at your door, saying you refuse to leave, all the while you had already told the moron that youre doing complimentary late checkout, and all the while you hear the unprofessional incompetent bad attitude front desk rep's and lazy housekeeping staff confirm other guests late check outs. There is no hot water in three bathrooms of each floor, even after you let it run for 30 minutes. And the idiotic unethical front desk staff, despite your requests to have someone check and fix the hot water heater as you're standing naked and cold and sleepy; instead tries to send him to your room where there is no shower! The bedding is stained and have hairs. The housekeeper tries to make a false excuse not to replace it with clean bedding. Same with the nasty hair and stained bath towels. The room floors are dirty when youre the first of two beds to check in. The room lockers are dirty and also never cleaned and disinfected. The rooms have no heat. The unprofessional lazy incompetent housekeeping staff yells and argues loud in Espanol in the hallways, disrupting your sleep. And its hard to then fall back asleep let alone have a productive day. The bathrooms are kept dirty, the showers never cleaned. The hallways and bathrooms have no heat. The lobby sitting area has no heat. There are no computers to use. The careless incompetent unprofessionl unethical irrational rude Manager is unresponsive to her emails that she indeed OPENS, at vivita@broadwayhotelnyc.com . There is no water nor tea and coffee for guests.

Room was good size and had a lovely exposed brick wall.

Bathrooms weren't too clean and a bit run down. No coffee in rooms or reception area.....I mean it's only coffee??
