Staff friendly Food pretty good Great location for Excel Room clean and comfortable
Fitness facilities to small for hotel size. Hotel a bit shabby and could do with a redecorating in places.

It is OK if you have an early flight from London City Airport. This is the only reason I would stay in this hotel. Rooms are clean and bathroom is nice.
Typical airport hotel. Nothing special about it. Staff not particularly friendly in general.

We were told via your website that it is a short walk to the O2 but it is impossible to walk as you are the other side of the river. We were very upset by this as it cost us £50 in taxis there and back!!

Beds were extremely comfortable. Warm cookies on arrival were a bonus.
Toiletries were way too small for even one person to use once, had to ask reception for more.
