The cleanliness and room design
The hotel is located near the exhibition center and very central with goog access to shopping centers and restaurants nearby. Room was big, very clean and comfortable.
Clean and convenient Room a little small by Shenzhen standards.
Comfortable hotel about half an hour away from the airport. New and luxurous rooms. You may get this hotel at a discounted rate but the cost of drinks and food certainly compensates for that! Above average prices compared to other very good spots in China.
Not quite up to Shangri La standards, but very good.
The room was fantastic!!
The good quality of the rooms No lounge Bar for an evening drink
located in business area of Shenzhen, close to transport. Hotel in modern design, staffs are nice, room is clean. Overall is good for my business trip. A bit small compare to this price, buffer is expensive with very limited food.
This hotel was wonderful, we had a great stay. The manager (Thomas) was very helpful and accomodating. We called earlier in the morning to extend our stay, and started getting phone calls about 11am asking us to check out. We informed them we called earlier, but the language barrier clearly prevented them from understanding our request. They just said "Yes, no problem" and obviously that was not the case. Either way, they were very pleasant about the misunderstanding, so be prepared to speak Chinese to them. Other than that, this hotel was amazing.
location is good lobby design is good, however, in room the interior is not good as 5 star and cost so much. Internet is chargable -- it's not so convenient as a business hotel.
Around 8 minutes work to Metropolitan Rapid transit so quite convenient. A few food stores/restaurant at the side of the hotel. In house service for extra bath towels, shower gel, shampoo were quite prompt and excellent. Helpful staff. Hotel main Lobby cafe, must pay money to sit there. Unable to extend beyond 2 o'clock check out time despite staying there for 4 nights.
Excellent service, new rooms, great amenities, fast service, no complains whatsoever. Try the grand rooms they are truly amazing. A bit far from the metro station, even-though there is a new one opening 50 meters away in the forceable future. (no the hotels fault though).
Lovely decor, luxurious rooms, and fantastic service. Beautiful appointments and open ornate spaces. Although my room rate was quite reasonable (possibly due to corporate negotiations, all of the on site restaurants are ridiculously expensive. Dinner can easily cost an much for one person as the nightly room rate, and it would be impossible for two to eat dinner for less than the nightly rate.
the whole experience was very nice. I enjoide little things they do to make you feel good.
The modern furnishing and the attentive staff. The concierge service was extremely helpful and made sure that you get what you asked for ! I was attending a conference held at the Shenzhen Conference Center. The hotel was not anywhere walking distance to the Center-a statement that was included in the conference information. Anyway, the taxi was not too expensive.
One of the best hotels I stayed in China.
Liked the pricing Service was not great, facilities kind of old and need to be renovated. Anyways, you get what you pay for. The pricing is pretty low for a JW Marriott brand. Perhaps this one was a franchise?
