Good price Location, some sketchy looking people hanging out close to the rooms
Pool and outdoor seating area. Mattress.
nothing about this hotel deserves a compliment The beds were pure torture. Our room did not have any towels or wash cloths when we checked in, and on day 2 had to track down the maids mid afternoon to get towels. Coffee pot did not work, no ironing board, remote for tv did not work, and prices were raised for busy weekend. Not a good deal.
We stayed for 3 days at Medford Inn. It is centrally located from various nice places to visit like Crater Lake, Redwoord national park. The hotel was nice, clean and dirt cheap. It offered great value for money.
Hallway smelled old and smokey
Front staff were very friendly and helpful. Facility was clean. Would stay there again, but would advise they honor their pool/slide hours. We chose this motel for the pool/slide for our son. We were a bit Disappointed in the pool. It would be nice if the slide hours were posted because we were in the pool for 10 minutes then the lifeguard announced he needed to take a break, closing the slide for 20-30 minutes. The pool/jacuzzi hours were posted as 9a-10p, but the lifeguard asked us to get out of the jacuzzi 10 minutes early so he could add chemicals. One morning we had to ask someone to unlock the pool for us, and once again the slide was closed, due to no lifeguard on duty.
The life guard poured chemicals over my son's head while in the hot tub! He was an absolute narcissistic jerk. Will NEVER return here again..
After checking it out I decided not to stay. I did not feel safe or comfortable.
Not much Very old. TV had to be turned on manually. Even though it was Direct TV, the picture was very fuzzy. When I lifted the seat on the toilet, water was every where. It looked like clean water. No Kleenex. The upstairs creaked all night. Doors slammed.
EXCEEDED STAR RATING DIFFICULT TO GET INTO PARKING LOT

very clean rooms and friendly staff. Walking distance to restaurants and grocery store. Mattresses not very comfortable, limited complimentary breakfast options
The price was affordabile and the room was clean. The location wasn't pleasant although it did have somewhat easy freeway access.
The room was very clean, the staff was excellent and went out of their way to make me comfortable.
Ok, this is a one star hotel...but a HIGH 'one'. It's not ultra modern, but it was ultra clean. Bed was comfortable. Room was attractive. I would stay here again...and I don't stay in one-star hotels. Television only had 3 or 4 channels. Shampoo is in a tear-apart foil...so your own shampoo is advisable.
Rooms were updated from photos and the staff was very courteous and helpful. No everything far exceeded our expectations
For a hotel of this star rating, The Royal Crest Motel is well above normal expectations. While simple in decor, the room was remarkably clean and in fine condition, not well worn as one often sees in this class. The front desk service was great as well. No negatives.
It was great! The room smelled fresh and clean, not like bleach. He even upgraded us for free! We will definitely go back!
The room was great. Noisey refrigerator loved it had a kitchen. Location. And free breakfast is a bowl of too ripe fruit and prepackaged sweet rolls.
Leaving Owner tried to be intimidating even though I was polite. Threatened all sorts of extra charges because I checked in late. Found he charged me extra without my permission...that's fraud.
fit the price smell in the room
The room was very clean. Wood floors are much cleaner than carpet. The room had a table and two chairs, plus the king size bed. The bathroom is small, but serviceable. The staff was very helpful, even cautioning us on traffic conditions over the pass.
It was small but it worked for the two days I was there. We had to make our own bed and ask for clean towels.
