We were placed in a little house next to the hotel. It was remodeled into a suite. Very clean and a great price! No coffee maker.
The water pressure in the shower. The bed was BRUTAL, it was like memory foam but also had a huge bump on one side. If you laid on that side it was digging into your back. I couldn't walk when I got up in the morning
Room was clean, updated with comfortable bed. Friendly check-in clerk and night watchman, who introduced himself at 6am when I was leaving....asking if everything was ok. Ten minute drive to the London Airport which is why I stayed here. n/a
very friendly staff. They have a washer and dryer room.
Nothing stands out. It was hard to get a hold of the front desk. Door was locked and I had to be buzzed in. Room was very old. Everything was stained. AC was in the wall behind a door so no air flow. Police frequent the parking lot. Not in the best neighborhood.
The only things I did like we're that the unit is stayed in was big and had a comfy bed and is really vlose to bus stops and stores. The service was horrible and no one came to clean a mess in the room. The room telephone wasn't working, there WiFi connection is very poor and the showers are rusty. Wheelchair accessibility into the unit is poor with no ramps, the onlyrics way in is to climb over a cemented area that's got a hole on it. Curb at the entrance door of the room and into the office that I had to get out of my cairns and use my knees to reach the desk. Again very poor veining service because they tell you they are coming to fix it, but never show up even after I called their office over 10 times.
