Clean room and pleasant staff the breakfest got cold when we had the food at 9:30.
Convenient to the tram to go into Leipzig. Had a place to park, even though it was on the street and not in a lot. Friendly staff and helpful. Room was nice, at a reasonable price. Day clerk spoke very little English, but she was still able to communicate with us well enough to tell us about the trolley, give us a map, and explain about the breakfast room. The neighborhood was run down, but the hotel was nice.
The room was pleasant. I appreciated the hair dryer. The breakfasts were excellent. The staff tried very hard to be helpful, even though the computer was not working and they could not print a receipt.
Hotel owners are very kind and polite, they know well about Japanese culture.
Little far from main city but lavish green and peaceful area around hotel.
The staff was polite and friendly. The building would be good for big conferences.
Nice cozy hotel, easy to reach, close to Leipzig. Excellent food both in the restaurant next building and breakfest in the hotel. Rooms are without air conditioning - good they had some free rooms in the shadow side :)
Close to Leipzig city, by car. Quiet and silent, even though the airport is close. Free parking, more affordable than hotels in the city.
Good service and very nice rooms. The location, while a little out of the town, is very beautiful.
It was no shampoo and no gel shower, or any kind of solid or liquid soap. This is unacceptable. Also, nobody was speaking English.
Incredible large and clean rooms. No reception in the evening-night.
Hotel staff did their best to make our stay comfortable Lack of lighting in room and hot water
Helpful Staff No Minibar
Fonic insulation is poor, you hear every plane starting and landing from the near airport. The hotel info says there is wifi available. In fact there is no wifi available. This is not ok. I would not recommend this hotel, sorry.
In spite of showing the restaurant opened until 22:00, it was closed when I reached around 21:00. The receptionist advised restaurant outside, but it was almost closing. But there was a fuel stand with shop in the neighborhood. It was difficult to find air port shuttle for hotel.
