Desventajas: Ya a las 5 pm los del restaurante te echan de la pileta y sacan todo, no se puede disfrutar de la pileta como cualquier otro hotel.

Ventajas: Great service great staff in general, many thanks to Mr. Ashraf front desk supervisor. Good breakfast many choices, one of the breakfast restaurant staff Yosef he was very nice he know how to deal with gust, try his food suggestion! you will be immersed. The hotel very Clean you will not find any hotel in this level of cleanliness. The connected mall "the 1st mall" very good and many brands store they have sales! Good for shopping there is banks and ATMs you can exchange your money 24/7 using ATM. in the mall there is good salon for M and F. Also the gourmet cafe and restaurant in side the mall nice. there is pianist start playing piano around 7:30 PM good to have coffee at that time.

Desventajas: Very small lobby Some of the services slow Concierge services not very well. They need more training, FS Concierge worldwide better than this you can depend on them. They don't know what is Concierge! They don't know how to find solutions you must tell them what to do, then they MAYBE do it. I put don't disturb sign but some one ring the bell, also I ask call center to DND on calls but i received calls!

Ventajas: It was a great experience staying in the four seasons, the staff were very attentive, helpful and friendly. It was a beautiful building with amazing facilities which was perfect for our short stay. I definitely recommend checking out their pool area, spa and their 24h Caesars Casino !

Desventajas: We had an incident where other guests were smoking in our non-smoking floor, but the hotel management where very prompt in resolving it. They brought us beautiful flowers and chocolates as an apology which was a very nice gesture.

Ventajas: I stayed here many times before and it remains my favorite hotel in Cairo. Everyone is very friendly and helpful, and the premises well kept. The rooms are large, with a very comfortable bed and white fluffy sheets. Something you dream of after a long day out int he city. The bathroom has is well equipped with luxurious toiletries from Locitanne and the Verveine scents. The breakfast is perfect and including local dishes makes it extra special. The location is great and relatively less noisy than other hotels on the Nile.

Desventajas: Minor. The housekeeping is not consistent. Every day one thing or the other was missing.

Desde la recepción, Ramy nos atendió maravillosamente, y al ser un viaje muy especial para mi pareja y para mi nos realizaron un upgrade en la habitación Maravilloso los detalles que tuvieron durante toda nuestra estancia, no puede haber un hotel mejor en el Cairo para poder estar. El desayuno fue estupendo, completisimo, y la piscina es espectacular. El personal superagradable. Si venis al Cairo, no os lo penséis, este es el mejor hotel

Ventajas: The service was absolutely amazing! The staff were friendly and attentive to all our needs. The room was clean and the view was picture perfect! The breakfast buffet had so much variety. I would recommend it to everyone who wishes to visit Cairo.. 10/10!

Ventajas: • The location is great and the Nile Panaromic Rooms really does offer beautiful sweeping views of the Nile and city. • The breakfast buffet is the best we've encountered in the area. Great selection and quality. • The property itself offers lovely amenities such as a fitness center, pool overlooking beautiful view, spa, restaurants, and bar. It was nice to relax here on days when we weren't exploring.

Desventajas: The communication with staff was unpolished and even unprofessional at times. This isn't like other Sofitels or chains like the Four Seasons where the management team will give you the white glove treatment upon arrival and go above and beyond to cater to your needs. It felt like they were doing the basic minimal effort needed. We also encountered a really awkward ordeal during check out that caused delays to the airport. This is specific to the front desk. The housekeeping and food service staff was very kind and polite. It's a beautiful property and if they invested more in training customer service to be more polished and meet international standards, I would consider this a world class property.

Desventajas: The hotel is getting on in years and it is time to renovate it. Everything looks old and locked. The rooms are felt to be 20 years old and urgently need to be renovated. The pool landscape and the building have been severely worn out for an intercontinental hotel.

Desventajas: Only one thing which was in checking out who’s in the reception and his asked me to return the keycard back, and I told him stayed at this hotel more than five times this year and this first time some body in 5 states hotel asked me that and I used to keep it for my travel memories, and he took it from me.

Desventajas: Room service delay...sometimes just coffee or ice...& it’s 40min... Note: sometimes...but overall am 100% satisfies.

Truly a 5 star experience.

Desventajas: El entorno es feo. La impresion inicial al entrar no es muy buena pero las habitaciones son amplias y limpias

Ventajas: We picked this hotel because of its location. We were not expecting much. Breakfast is basic but Ok. Our room very large and amazing views. The Receptionist was great, he could not be any nicer. A really cool lad! Thank you!

Ventajas: Great location overlooking the Pyramids and Sphinx. Nice breakfast with fresh omelette. Helpful staff with good English. They have a self serve drink station set up. Highly recommend.

Spend the extra cash and get yourself a room with a view of the pyramids, and experience the constant presence of these amazing monuments from the foot of the Giza Necropolous! The rooftop also gives you an elevated view and great photo opportunities!

Ventajas: I enjoyed my stay very much. From the outside the hotel is being remodeled but inside everything is perfect. My room was big, the bed was comfortable. The breakfast is good, and I had unlimited water, which is great. The staff was very nice to me and they helped me. The view is AMAZING!!!

Desventajas: The sound of traffic is way too much and too loud. Even on the 8th floor with the windows closed you could hear it. The worst is if you stay at the pool, then you cannot hear anything.

Desventajas: It was a very basic room — functional but spartan. I was expecting a little bit more based on the rating. More importantly the hotel placed us in a smokiing room on a smoking floor. This was quite uncomfortable.

I was also given an unexpected room upgrade and late checkout complimentary as I had a late afternoon flight. The hotel exceeded expectations & I will return & recommend to friends & family.

Ventajas: Staff were incredible!! So attentive. In an area where many are trying to scam or hassle you, this hotel is an oasis. Kind and attentive to every possible need. Food (breakfast and dinner) on the rooftop is great as well. We had two rooms (pyramid view, and suite) and both were great.

Desventajas: Awful. I was charged twice!! Four nights, I was given a room with heavy building work all around, I was woken and disturbed by this very early morning and it did not stop, so I had to ask to change rooms. I'm not fussy with travel so for me to say unacceptable means really unacceptable. I was delayed in arrival, I contacted hotel to say I would be one night late, they did not respond despite my efforts to reach them, so this night was left on my booking and when I checked out, they would not remove it and wanted to charge me more, without explanation. I then had two nights in an average room, really not like photographs or images online, not spacious, not high standards, feels needs refurbished and cleaned. So I had two acceptable, disappointing, but acceptable nights. Rate on booking.com 9634 GBP (450 USD), for four nights. One I was not there and I told them but they were unresponsive, second I was in unacceptable building work noise banging all around and not pool access, it is beside pool, not like photographs at all, its basically no privacy and poor view, not pool by room as photos suggest. I then had two average, disappointing standard, nights. On checking out staff were not kind or helpful when I asked why there were charged when I did not have a night there at all and why there were charges when I had only a few hours sleep then found myself with a headache in a building work site and therefore not adequate basic service. Checkout staff were not helpful and were upsetting to me. So I left the hotel charged full 450 USD, thinking never stay there again, awful experience. I then checked my credit card statement a few weeks later and see that hotel has charge me a further 680 USD, around 15000 Egyptian pounds!

Ventajas: The buffet breakfast was amazing..quality, variety and organization. Orla (lady in red) was extremely helpful in sorting out some issues with our room.

Desventajas: Carpets in room were very old and dirty. Our room on check in needed to be changed (low floor, noisy, poor outlook), and we were told a higher floor would be investigated. The communication was very poor, until we provided feedback via a survey, then Orla took action.

Ventajas: The location in garden city is ideal for tourists. The hotel is a nice building (close to the British Embassy) and a short Uber ride from the city tourist sites and bars. Due to the low cost of petrol in Egypt, Uber is the best way to get around, journeys cost £2 for most areas in the city and £4 ($5) from the airport. Upon arrival there is a plethora of staff on hand to assist you. Security is efficient, the bellboy takes your luggage whilst front of house staff smoothly handle your check in. Concierge offer advice for your stay and the Manager himself greeted us. We were guided through all the facilities the hotel had and the bellboy even showed us how the TV, air con and other facilities worked. The rooms are modern (yet with hints of high renaissance from the British/french influence) and spacious with large balconies viewing the Nile. The Pool is very idillic and enjoys excellent views whilst also removing you from the hustle and hustle 11 floors below on the Corniche. The Spa is not co-ed but is included in the price (unlike lots of other hotels where the spa is an additional cost). It has a jacuzzi, sauna and steam rooms with robes, slippers and toiletries all available to heighten the experience. Overall the hotel is a fantastic 5* experience that you won’t get in Europe unless you are willing to pay £500+ per night. It rivals the intercontinental down the road and the staff are simply fantastic. A particular mention to Ahmed for the down down service each day which meant we returned to a clean and cool room after a day exploring the city.

Desventajas: The chocolate lounge and Blue lounge restaurants are excellently decorated and offer excellent options. The buffet breakfast is possibly the best breakfast I have ever had, but comes at a whopping cost of 350EGP. Whilst the hotel has to maintain its 5* experience and the cost of supplying numerous staff to attend to your every need comes at a cost, I feel that this is slightly overpriced and meant we only breakfasted here once. A cafe down the road offered breakfast for 100EGP and was therefore much more affordable. We also took our dry cleaning to a nearby laundrette as the hotel prices were extortionate. Again, this doesn’t detract from the overall experience as most people don’t need this service, but it just seemed pricy compared to other options.

Ventajas: The hotel is very nice, clean and beautifully decorated. The staff were so kind and helpful. When I forgot a bag in the airport they helped me find in and brought it back to me. They even upgraded us to a better room. Really recommend place. Thank you for a beautiful experience.

Desventajas: something to be improved will the the luggage delivery at check in. We waited about 1 hour for our luggage to be delivered but it wasn't so after 1 hour we went down, and our luggage was still at the lobby. called the reception a few times about the luggage, they attended to us but apparently the message was not communicated. That was our only negative experience.

Desventajas: My disappointment begin in the check in, where I discover that there is two building and the one on the site is very very old, they offered me other room with higher rate which was acceptable but still not well finished, I knew that this hotel is managed by the army and the employee did NOT really care about the customers. Then they ask me to sign a paper that The hotel didnt allow food or drinks from out side, so there is nothing around the hotel you have to eat from them no matter u like or not. I went out to finish the day, when I Came back it was the shock there was a wedding ceremony which is fine, but you ca NOT imagine the sound of the celebration, I could NOT sleep until they finished. Over all it was a bad experience that I would not like to live it again.

Desventajas: No added value for residents to enter and book in hotel restaurants,residents are considered as normal guests in terms of booking and minimum spend etc. Services didn’t meet expectations: 1- Luggage took long time (1 hour) to be transferred to the room, also the same during check-out. 2- The room doesn’t have can-opener. 3- I booked one deluxe room and one premiere, there was no difference at all between the rooms in terms of furniture, size, and service. The only difference is that they were in different floors.

Ventajas: Excellent Location at on top of Nile River. Rooms are very clean and bed is comfortable. Great look from my room to the Nile River. Toilet is smoothing else, really nice & spacious with all requirements. the Hotel staff are so cooperative and professional. security is high which is good. i strongly recommend this facility to all.

The receptionist (Mustafa) chose for me the worst room where he gave me a room in the second floor. When I asked him to give me a high story, he answered we only have a partial river view. Later, I discovered that my friend got a high story with full river view. This is not acceptable at all.
