The room view, the central location, the availability to order food delivery. The bed and pillows menu. It was our wedding anniversary so they upgraded our room.
The staff in the hotel not very cheerful only the restaurant staff but reception and lobby don't seem too happy. They had shisha available while it should be banned due to Corona situation. The room service menu is extremely expensive more than anything I have ever seen in Egypt! And value for money is not that high!

I have had an extra £36 debited from my account over a week after I left the hotel. The management are yet to get back to me so I have had to raise a query with my bank. Air con in the room was terrible. Staff were rude. Food and room service way overpriced.

The location, breakfast, the full view of the Nile, the staffs. The room size is big, everything.
For the special moment of covid19, the swimming pool, spa facilities, and the gym are closed but this is not their fault :)

I had ordered a king room with full Nile view. The view was not at the front where I expected. I also did not get the special Lanvin amenities which were advertised with the room. I called the reception to ask for this and they had no idea what I was talking about.
The price of alcohol was out of control.
