Ventajas: Really nice apartment, especially bathroom.

Desventajas: Big kitchen but no plates at all!!! And it wasn’t a mistake. Do not dine there, the most expensive food of all the island. However breakfast ok.

Desventajas: Que nuestra habitación no tuviese bañera.

Ventajas: We loved the buildings and the grounds, they were beautiful and had options for swimming in the pool, lounging around or even riding bikes down the scenic roads. Staff was very helpful and charming. It was a peaceful and quiet setting that was very comfortable!

Ventajas: Breakfast was excellent and a wide range of options. Swim my pool also excellent.

Desventajas: Bed was very firm. Step down in room 7 was tricky especially for 15 month old toddler

Ventajas: Breakfast was delicious and our bedroom was very spacious, clean and comfortable.

Ventajas: El alojamiento al completo está totalmente cuidado y todo el personal, especialmente el dueño, muy amable. Lugar totalmente recomendable.

Desventajas: Nada a destacar, todo fue estupendo.

Ventajas: Location is peaceful and calm. The old style villa is absolutely charming with so many beautiful details. Swimming pool and area around it is gorgeous and there are usually very few people using the pool at the same time. Breakfast has lot of variety. Evening dinner that is optional may seem a bit expensive but it is definitely worth having at least once during your stay. Both food and atmosphere are really nice. Both owners of the property and entire staff are very warm and caring. Beaches close to the property (10-15 min ride) Cala Blava and Cala Pi are nice. We recommend restaurant Bella Italia in Llucmajor and Es Rebost and carrer de Rambla en Palma. Great food and decent prices. For people with kids we recommend Marinen Land and Katmandu Park that are 30-40 minutes ride from the property. All together we enjoyed very much and looking forward to come again in future.

Ventajas: Amazing finca tucked away from the crowds. Lovely staff who offered to iron my friends’ and I dresses as we were attending a wedding later that day.

Desventajas: Nothing

Ventajas: the staff and the owners are really wonderfull people

Ventajas: I liked the general ambience of a peaceful country house hotel. There were no notices up, so you felt like a guest. The owners knew your name and greeted you personally when you arrived.

Desventajas: As there were no notices up you did not know how much you were paying for drinks from the bar etc. It was also extremely difficult to find.

Ventajas: Great venue, warm atmosphere, great people and very nice food! We enjoyed the peace and quiet, and it takes only 20 mins to get to Palma, so you have the best of both!

Ventajas: Extraordinariamente acogedor. Viajamos con una niña pequeña y tuvieron muchísimas atenciones. El entorno es perfecto para quienes buscan tranquilidad, campo y relajarse. Muy recomendable.

Desventajas: Nada que decir, más allá de que viajamos en invierno y no lo conocimos con mayor ocupación (estuvimos solos). Están muy adaptados al horario alemán (que son quienes más les visitan) así que se cena pronto. Para nosotros no fue un problema, pero conviene saberlo.

Ventajas: Spa and room

Desventajas: Lack of profesionalism of weiters.

Ventajas: Todo el hotel, incluida la habitación es impresionante. Todos los empleados son muy agradables y eficientes. El desayuno es muy abundante y variado.

Desventajas: La ubicación: por falta de información nuestra desconocíamos que el hotel está situado en una zona muy masificada y preparada para el turismo extranjero, sobre todo alemanes. Esta playa es muy estrecha y lo demás está plagado de bares para alemanes. Los buses a Palma tardan más de lo esperado (unos 50 min) y pasan con poca regularidad (cada media hora aprox).

Ventajas: The room was nice and beds very comfortable. We had a lounge with kitchenette and fridge which made our week long stay more enjoyable. My partner found the cooked breakfast selection to be excellent. There were also cold meats and cheese, muesli, fresh yogurts, fruit, cakes and good selection of breads available. The TV channels available were good we made use of BB1 & BBC2 plus the german Eurosport which meant we were able to watch US Tennis open late in the evenings. The outdoor pool & the Spa facilities were very good. We were able to play tennis and mini golf free of charge equipment provided by the hotel. Short walk to seafront, and stops for express bus 25 into Palma ( 1Euro 50 cents) and express bus 21 bus to airport (5 Euros)

Desventajas: No poached eggs available and no cereal flakes - So for me breakfast was not so good. The pool was only open 10 am till 6pm - If you were out sightseeing there was no opportunity to use the beautiful pool. We did have a problem with the air conditioning not working correctly in our room, fortunately they were able to provide us with another room of the same standard on the second day of our stay. Breakfast can be eaten outdoors but can be spoilt by people smoking on the table next to you - it may be that a designated area for smokers is required. For some reason the other UK channel available on the TV was Radio 2 red button with no sound a total waste of channel option - Hotel needs to supply a different genuine UK TV channel.

Ventajas: Our room was immaculate and opened to the pool. The staff was super friendly and polite. The spa was more than amazing. The many options included with your room rate in the spa are beyond expectations. I have never felt so relaxed in my life. Also there is a grocery store right down the road, 4minute walk, to get any needs. And the beach is a 7-10 minute very safe walk. At no point did I feel unsafe or scared and we were walking at 2 in the morning some nights. The hot buffet breakfast was more than just your normal buffet it was out standing and so plentiful we never had lunch.

Desventajas: Absolutely nothing. We had the best time

Ventajas: The hotel and facilities are great. Breakfast up on the roof, swimming pools, spa, clean, chilled, great location not far from the beach, very nice and helpful reception staff. Highly recommended.

Desventajas: The food service from the bistro bar during the day was awful, we had to wait over an hour for a a sandwich on 3 occasions.

Ventajas: The hotel is situated in a calm area 5 minutes from the beach. It's beautifully decorated and has a really luxury feel. The pool and pool area are wonderful. The breakfast and dinner were great. A lot of choices for every palate. The personal were very friendly and helpful in every situation. A 5 stars for sure!

Desventajas: If I have to be picky I would say that the scrumbled eggs during breakfast were often cold. But the omlettes that the chef makes in front if you were great!

Ventajas: Instalaciones, el spa, la piscina y la ubicación en una zona muy tranquila. Se aparca en la puerta. Habitación muy cómoda, colchones y almohadas muy buenos.

Desventajas: Falta de atención por parte del personal. Limpieza de las habitaciones(no es de un hotel 4 estrellas) La calidad de los productos del buffet es mala.

Ventajas: We received all we expected and paid for. Nice and clean rooms, good selection of food, friendly staff. Luggage locker and a common bathroom to serve early arrivals and late departures.

Desventajas: La cena terminaba muy pronto. A las 21:00h. No había nevera en la habitación.

Ventajas: The location was ok. The two pools one on the roof and one on the main floor were good. However the water was cold.

Desventajas: When we checked into the room, we smelled a sewer like smell. The lady at the desk said she would change our room. They ever did. They told us they had no more rooms. They told us they would try to fix the problem but it really never went away. The staff was very unfriendly. We had to give a deposit for the tv remote and the pool towels. Keep the receipt or you won’t get your money back. The room we had there was no separation between the room and toilet except for a glass door. So it makes for no privacy at all. The food was just ok. The selection is great but it was all over cooked. So not very tasty..

Desventajas: The hotel was very basic, didnt have a fridge in the room or even a bottle of water on arrival or even a bin?! On arrival we left our cases in the safe room before checkin as we was early, when we returned my hand luggage case had been opened and been routed through!! The staff wasnt much help as theres no cameras and they hadnt been paying attention with who goes in and out!! We also bought drinks from the shop next door and when we asked the hotel just for some ice to keep them cool they said no go buy some next door

Ventajas: Upon arrival, the receptionist Alicia was very welcoming and friendly. We arrived late but were still offered dinner. Breakfast and dinner included in the price was fantastic and the food was great (selection and taste). The relatively quiet location was good for people of all ages.

Desventajas: Aquí quería llegar, soy español lo pongo con mayúsculas, es vergonzoso que la hora de la cena finalice a las 21:00 mediados de septiembre y español, quien narices cena tan pronto, pues los giris, solo cene el primer día que llegue cansado los demás no llegamos a tiempo, lo dicho una vergüenza, lamentable no repito y tenía la cena incluida

Ventajas: Very clean, the staff very nice, great value for the money, the breakfast and dinner were superb. I truly recommend!

Ventajas: Very friendly and careful staff. Every day cleaning. New and modern hotel with 2 swimming pools.

Desventajas: Small room. No locks on shower and toilet. Our little child could oper door when I was in shower or in toilet. No fridge and tea pot in the room. It was a problem for us. Because we need to make meal for our little child and every time I had to go to the restaurant and ask for hot water or put or get something like milk into their fridge.

Ventajas: We were on half board, had late arrival and they left the restaurant open with a plate with a selection from the buffet that you could warm up after, that was a great thing! both breakfast and dinner are of an amazing selection. Staff is a 10 so nice, and smiling all the time , few minutes walk to the sea front and nothing to complain about, I would definetly repeat

Desventajas: If I have to say something, pillows, but it is very personal so maybe someone else loves them!

Desventajas: El hotel no tiene parking y la zona es malísima para aparcar 80% carga/descarga, bus y vehículos especiales. Ruido del aspirador a las 7.10 de la mañana limpiando la moqueta del rellano.

Ventajas: It is very beautiful hotel the bus stop to Palma is just outside the hotel. The dinner and breakfast was very fresh and good. We want stay there if we go to Mallorca next time We recommend it for our friend. It is about ten minute to go the wonderful beach and the water park is about 15 minute to go. every rum has balkong.

Desventajas: We think every think was ok at this hotel

Ventajas: i liked a small town hotel near the beach 70 m, the food was a great breakfast and we paid extra for dinner because the price of dinner is good 8 e and you get a lot of money for that, the bathroom is great foam in bathroom is greate for shower. Bed is comfortable memory foam. My room was on the 4th floor room 400. I didn't pay for the sea view but I got it partially.

Desventajas: I did not like the street where the hotel was, abandoned and old.And I did not like I also didn't like that you don't get hair shampoo.

Ventajas: Well organised and clean. Friendly and professional staff. The food is testy and cheap. Everything was just perfect.

Desventajas: Very small swimming pool. No walls between balconies.

Ventajas: Very nice hotel, clean, good breakfast and dinner. Confortable beds, nice and clean rooms. Very helpfull staff. Very close to the beach! Only some rooms have sea view, but except for this everithing is great. And the sea tere is clean, not too many waves and very appropriate for families with children (the water is not deep for about 50-70 meters).

Desventajas: The neiberohood is a little old and rusty. But they do have nice restaurans/therases, nothing to be scared about.

Ventajas: The location was perfect - right by the beach and overlooking a lovely marina. There is an abundance of shops and restaurants nearby. While the entire area was quite busy, we did not experience rowdy or disruptive crowds and there was a quieter beach available just round the corner. Our room was comfortable, clean and air con worked well. All staff were helpful and friendly. Buffet breakfast was better than expected. We would happily return to both the area and the hotel.

Desventajas: Balcony railings did not seem too sturdy.

Ventajas: Estaba muy limpio, buena atencion y gran trato por los trabajdorws, buen desayuno, leche sin lactosa, y cerquita de la playa.

Desventajas: La zona para aparcar es imposible. Y si lo haces por las vistas al mar. Son escasas.

Ventajas: Bedroom was really spacious and furnished in minimalistic style. Breathtaking Port and sea view from our balcony. Bed was really comfortable and a real big double bed (not two twins bed together).

Desventajas: Low quality breakfast. Really slow elevator. Room was nice but bathroom was not really comfortable, shower curtain was missing and every time we took a shower, water was all over the pavement. Sink was clogged up. The cleaning lady opened owr room in order to clean it while we were still sleeping.

Ventajas: We had a really pleasant stay at Hotel Gracia. Staff was very kind and helpful. Room was clean. They cleaned it every day. We had a chance to choose from a variety of dishes for breakfast and dinner. Beach is really close to the accomodation. Excellent price-quality ratio. I recommend it! :)

Desventajas: Would have appreciated a little fridge in the room. The neighborhood is a little noisy but with closed balcony doors we hardly ever noticed it.

Ventajas: Perfect location. Great and friendly staff, the room was very small with no view ( but it was the only one available) Room number was 305. But very clean. Great breakfast with great view on the sea. Good value for money. I will definitely book next time, but will choose the room with the sea view.

Desventajas: As the room was super small there was no place where to dry our swimming suits. But we stayed only 2 days, so not big of a deal.

Ventajas: Very friendly and helpful staff . We arrived in the early hours of the morning and the staff at reception were lovely and carried out suitcases up to the room. Room was clean fresh and had air conditioning . Lovely area to have breakfast and chill.

Ventajas: We booked this hotel relatively spontanous. But the hotel turned out to be really cool! In fact we got side-sea view room on the 9th floor - that was stunning, we would be happy to take this view and weather back home! Room wasnt big but El Arenal is also a bit more crowdy, not problem at all. Breakfast was very good, big advantage it was served untill 11 am. The roof top pool and terrace is highly recommened to visit ! Very late check in (after midnight) wasnt an issue too.

Desventajas: All good.

Desventajas: Only one member of staff working past 5pm for the whole hotel and our bathroom flooded and nobody sorted it out

Desventajas: Our view was of slym flats accross the road. Promised a room with a view from their messaging. On booking in the receptionist said xome back in the morning and you can change your room. That receptionist was lovely and helpful, Receptionist the next morning was the total opposite. Cut off mid sentance I was told " you can't change your room, all rooms havethe same view".....

Ventajas: Breakfast was super. Only criticism was the quality of the coffee. Broad range of food. Hot was hot, and selection was good. Also the dining room and terrace were very comfortable. Good time range also, 8 to 11.

Desventajas: Lifts were very slow. Brochure in the room said rooftop pool opened at 10 am in one language and 11 in another. On the day we chose to use it, it did not open until 11.16 am. Queuing on the stairs. On checkout day keys stopped working at 11am locking us out of our room. If we had not discovered this early it could have delayed our departure planned for 11.50.

Ventajas: Staff were pleasant and helpful. Nice pool and bar on the roof. Lovely view from the pool area

Desventajas: Room and bathroom were too small . Hardly any room to get into bed. Had to pull bed off the wall. Wardrobe was too small for 2 people.

Ventajas: New and clean hotel. Walking distance to the beach and has a lot of shops and restaurants around. This part of Mallorca is very party-ish but the hotel was nice and relaxing

Ventajas: La atención por parte de todo el personal, tanto de mañana como de noche, muchas gracias.

Desventajas: No dispone de parking, y para encontrar el hotel es difícil ya que no está señalizado y se encuentra en una calle cortada.

Ventajas: Hotel was not so far from the airport and easy ride to get to. The room had an ok view and was ready for my stay when I arrived. The hotel was happy to accommodate me after I arrived at midnight which was very helpful.

Desventajas: The floor was sandy and the sheets had a stain on them which was rather unpleasant. Room was also hot when I arrived, but very quickly fixed once thermostat was set.

Ventajas: The location is in a quite street even the area is so noisy because of teenagers, breakfast was good, reception guys are so nice.

Desventajas: El arenal is so noisy with teenagers, difficulty to park your car, deposit for iron and kettle.

Ventajas: THIS is more like a Nice hospital. THE acoustic isolation is ok. Nice rooftop with beautifull People

Desventajas: The blanket wasnt clean ,the shower had only so much hot water .they couldnt fix it immediatly.the garbage place was under our balcony .they didnt have water heater and tissue for the room.

Ventajas: The food was excellent! The bed very confortable. The facilities good.

Desventajas: Pay for the safety box.

Desventajas: The room was full of ants. While I was changing the room on the reception, the housemaid sprayed insect aerosol in the room and also on my clothes and luggage. Staff proposed me to wash my clothes but I decided to change the place. Near there are better hotels for the same price.

Ventajas: En general todo muy bien el desayuno

Desventajas: La cama no era muy comoda y faltaba animacion en la zona de la piscina. Un poco de musica quizas....

Ventajas: Personal, y ubicación.

Desventajas: No tiene ascensor, si vas con maletas.....y con piernas mal.....no es recomendable.

Ventajas: El personal, tanto el de limpieza como el de recepción, atentos y amables.

Desventajas: La clientela. Jóvenes de procedencia alemana que carecen de sentido cívico, probablemente por estar fuera de su país.

Ventajas: Everything perfect. And personal is really kind. Little balcony, enough space on mattress. Recommended.

Ventajas: El balcón y la localización y las vistas

Desventajas: el baño tenía la taza del WC suelta, además el WC estaba sucio cuando llegamos a la habitación. Y la mampara de la ducha se cerraba y abría a su antojo y era incómodo.

Ventajas: No nos gusto nada

Desventajas: No recomendable, sucio, alquile habitación con aire acondicionando y al llegar nos dieron una habitación sin aire acondicionado, con ventiladores sucios. No recomendable

Ventajas: Desayuno correcto tipo buffet. El personal era muy amable. Bien ubicado para dar un paseo por la playa o cenar/comer cerca

Desventajas: El edificio es antiguo aunque está reformado en parte, lo cogimos de pasada para una noche y tuvimos la "suerte" de que hubiera jóvenes alemanes alojados muy ruidosos, y apenas pudimos dormir. Esta muy cerca de la zona de playa y fiesta. Carece de ascensor

Ventajas: Front-desk stuff very nice and helpful, good variety of food, fish, seafood, fruit and vegetables for every meal available, short walking distance from the main beach of Arenal.

Desventajas: Too laud (all day until late evening party music from the pool area, in the evening drunk screaming), some fruits and vegetables was unfresh or rotten, almost no attractions for children (small pool not suitable for toddlers, play room open only for a few hours a day but in practice close all the time and opened only for a request), coffee from the vending machine and (besides breakfast) available only in plastic cups not suitable for hot drinks. Supper served too late for children

Ventajas: Very friendly staff, very good location, very tidy. The best place to stay here in Mallorca.

Desventajas: Will be better to have one double bed instead of two single.

Ventajas: El trato del personal es impecable. Destacar a las camareras del servicio buffet, en su mayoría mujeres, se mostraron muy competentes, trabajadoras y eficaces. Igual que el personal de limpieza de las habitaciones. La comida estaba bastante bien en calidad y variedad excepto el desayuno que variaba sólo el tipo de fiambre y ya está.

Desventajas: La ducha era ducha adaptada a personas con movilidad reducida. El soporte para el grifo estaba bajo por lo que obligaba a ducharte cogiéndolo. Además tuve que apretar la tuerca ya que se salía todo el agua. El agua el primer día no se regulaba bien, después parece que se solucionó. No tenía mampara, tenía una cortina de plástico que se quedaba a unos 10 cm del suelo por lo que mucha funcionalidad no tenía, salías con riesgo de resbalar. Las camas incomodísimas; en mi caso bien el colchón porque me gustan duros pero la almohada era una tabla de madera. Mi amiga justo todo lo contrario. Colchas y cortinas sucias. Iluminación deficiente, muy muy deficiente. Enchufes había 4 en la habitación. 1 al lado de la cama (yo tenía que cargar el móvil de pie), 3 debajo de la tv de los cuales estaban ocupados 1 por la tv y otro por una lamparita. Teniendo en cuenta que mi amiga y yo íbamos con dos móviles, dos smartwatch y 2 power bank y solíamos secarnos o plancharnos el pelo... imaginad. Eran puros malabares. A pesar de ir con todo incluido el servicio es de pensión completa. No hay servicio de comida 24h. Se sirven bebidas de 11 a 23h. Y las comidas son las 3 diarias con un horario cerrado.

Ventajas: Location super and food was excellent.

Ventajas: Excellent choice - good variety of foods to suit all tastes. Great location close to beach. Short walk to many restaurants and good local shops/pharmacy/tourist information office. Very good local transport links to Palma city, airport and places of interest. All staff very friendly and welcoming providing excellent service.

Desventajas: Everything was good.

Ventajas: Great food and all inclusive. Close to the beach and shops. Nice staff and great themed evenings for children and adults. Good value for money I highly recommend.

Desventajas: No parking spaces when renting a car. Rooms must be refreshed and especially air conditioning

Giid bus connection with Palma, Airport and the Island. Very various breakfast and dinner, in my opinion for the price it was very good food.

Desventajas: It would be good idea to put electric kettle in every room.

Ventajas: A walking distance from the beach, a sea view, great breakfast and dinner (buffet), receptionists (one of them super nice) and other members of staff always ready to help, a pool and a resting area.

Ventajas: Affordable hotel with proper service. Variety of food is good, the hotel is situated approximately 200m from the beach. Good choice for people who want a relatively cheap hotel that provides all the basic services.

Desventajas: I would rate the quality of the food around medium. Breakfast is pretty good, dinner is ok but obviusly not a restaurant quality. Rooms are ok although sometimes you can hear noisy neighbours. Parking is not really possible around the hotel but there is a big parking spot about 5 mins walk from the hotel.

Ventajas: Very nice and polite staff, good food, sometimes they give us paella to the dinner. Breakfasts also were good. Our room was clean, but staff did not change bed sheets. View from the window-to the swimming pool and to the sea!

Desventajas: Que dejan fumar en la terraza de la habitación esto hace que fumen con las puertas de la terraza abierta y el humo entra por los ductos de aire acondicionado y se comunique el olor a otras habitaciones.

Ventajas: Good and varied food, very good for the price we paid. Close to Eroski and Mercadona supermarket.

Desventajas: You have to climb a hill to get to the hotel, hard to find a free parking place near hotel (there is a free parking ~5 minutes walking from hotel)

Ventajas: The hotel is very clean and close to the beach. The facilities in the room were great and we could reach the beach in 5 minutes. Lots of good restaurants in S'Arenal.

Desventajas: Parking close to the hotel is very hard. Parking 10minutes walk away from the hotel is easy to find and the walk is ok.

Ventajas: No me gustó absolutamente nada del servicio que presta este hotel. Al principio pensé que por el precio era una buena opción (algo más de 100 eur la noche), en comparación con otros hoteles que habían en esa misma fecha. Me equivoqué claramente. Ver en el siguiente apartado el escrito de reclamación enviado al director del hotel, que una semana después sigue sin responder.

Desventajas: Llegué el viernes a toda prisa porque debía marcharme a una reunión y el trato que recibí por la persona de recepción sinceramente fue algo molesto. Se me exigió, creo con un tono fuera de lugar, que mostrara la tarjeta que utilicé para hacer el depósito, algo que teniendo exactamente 18 tarjetas entre mías y de empresa era tremendamente dificil, finalmente me comprometí a revisarlo en la habitación, pero lógicamente las tarjetas de empresas rara vez viajan todas conmigo, motivo por el que no pude enseñarle la tarjeta e inexplicablemente tampoco quiso el chico que le firmara el recibo. De todas formas es la primera vez que en un hotel, y créame que muchos meses vivo más en hoteles que en mi casa, me solicitan esto. Además de todo esto, debo añadir que ninguna noche he podido dormir o descansar de forma medianamente normal, ya no solo porque las habitaciones no están bien insonorizadas del exterior sino porque hay conductas en su hotel totalmente incívicas y molestas que ni se controlan ni se reprimen. Ayer mismo, tuve que amenazar con llamar a la policia en la habitación de al lado porque tenían la música muy alta cerca de la una de la madrugada, por no hablar de que desde mi habitación la 514, cuando alguien abre un grifo en la habitación de al lado, es imposible conciliar el sueño. El domingo, al llegar de comer, y habiendo salido de la habitación a las 12:10h observé que mi cartel de no molesten, que yo por la mañana había dejado en modo limpiar habitación había sido girado y lo atribuí a que algún gracioso, alguno como los que han picado en repetidas ocasiones de madrugada en las puertas, lo había girado. Me dirigí a la persona de limpieza y me dijo que su horario había acabado y que no era su problema. Mientras yo le explicaba la situación y le hacía entender que no era mi responsabilidad llegó la supervisora y le ordenó a la chica que hiciera la habitación de inmediato. 45 minutos después tuve que ir en busca de la empleada porque allí no había aparecido nad

Ventajas: The hotel is situated 5-7 minutes walking distance away from the beach. The place has a 24 hours reception desk.

Desventajas: The room was cleaned only once during our four nights stay, even though we put 'make up my room' sign twice.

Ventajas: La ubicación, cerca de la playa, de los restaurantes, cerca del paseo marítimo, el desayuno está bien. También hay facilidad para aparcar el coche cerca del hotel.

Desventajas: Del hotel me gusto todo, lo único a mencionar a modo genérico es el turismo de la zona, la gran mayoría son turistas alemanes, incluso había camareros alemanes que no entendían lo que les pedías en español. Nosotros viajamos en septiembre no sé si durante otra época será igual.

Ventajas: Despite the accommodation being a hostel the rooms were perfectly clean and had air conditioning. The breakfast was nothing too special but ok!

Desventajas: Our toilet did not work that well but despite that everything was fine!

Ventajas: The staff at night was super nice guy and very helpful and funny. The breakfast was a bit simple but still value for money.

La mesilla es una banqueta de tiras de tela con lo cual no se puede dejar nada encima sin que se caiga al suelo ! Además, no me volvería a alojar en ese hotel porque no tiene ningún canal de TV en español. Es un hostal pensado exclusivamente para alemanes

Ventajas: We didn't like the fact that the room was not thoroughly cleaned. We also did not like the attitude of 1 employee there, but we loved this Spanish woman who was very kind and helped us a lot!This place is only for 1 night stay,not for more.

Desventajas: Abstenerse de ir españoles, la verdad que desde la llegada daba muy mala impresión, con un monton de gente bebiendo cerveza y dando gritos fuera sin contar con que lo primero que te encuentras al entrar son dos personas durmiendo roncando en el sofa de la entrada y lo unico bueno era que era estabamos en la 4 planta con lo que el ruido de la fiesta que montan abajo durante las 24 horas del dia no se escuchaba mucho. El desayuno muy escaso y la limpieza muy escueta, no barren ni el suelo de arena. Y lo peor es el trato del personal de recepcion que no hablan español y nos dijeron que podiamos ducharnos antes de coger el vuelo y luego fue mentira, no nos dejaron ni entrar al baño solo entrar al hotel a coger las cosas. Por no decir que el guarda maletas es un baño publico sin llave y que si no quereis que os roben no dejeis nada alli ya que a mi me quitaron un sombrero, una toalla y un cojin para el cuello y cuando le pedi explicaciones al de recepcion ni me miro a la cara, me ignoro. Pésimo la verdad.

Yo les digo k de calidad precio noo tiene nada y k lo voy a comunicar x redes sociales y se acerco otro. Señor k supongo k seria el responsable y me dijo k no me preocupase y me me lo arreglarian enseguida y asin fue me. Canbiaron sumier y colchones todo nuevo sin estrenar xq lo desprecentiron delante mia y x la tarde me dejaron una vandeja de fruta y una botella de cava de recompensa. Y la cena del hotel malisimaa no me gusto nada

Ventajas: La recepción muy atentos, así como algunos de los camareros del restaurante, en especial Carmen, quien siempre te atendía con una sonrisa en la cara.

Desventajas: El hotel necesita más de una reforma, las habitaciones se ven muy viejas y desgastadas. Algunas toallas estaban algo sucias. En cuanto al restaurante falta variedad en las cenas, si estás más de 4 días acabas cenando todas las noches lo mismo. La animación de la noche, directamente no anima ni motiva a los clientes a realizar las actividades tipo bingo o karaoke.

Ventajas: El buffet es muy completo y variado

Desventajas: The hotel was 90% occupied by groups of young people, mainly German and Dutch, who were drinking all day. We changed room after the first night having been woken at 3am with people returning from night cubs and continuing to party all night. The change in room resulted in only a small improvement as these groups were everywhere throughout the hotel.

Ventajas: The position of the hotel is on silent place what we enjoyed. There was enough meal on the breakfast and dinner. The coffee, beer in the bar was great. The service for storing bikes was also very good.

Desventajas: We were 14 persons and even we booked the hotel 3 months before, the reception has split us around all the hotel and even after one day we had to change the room, next time we want to reside together and not 5 min walk away. We were there as cyclists and the disadvantage was we could not get the breakfast as a package. That would be very helpful if the people are starting very early and do not need to eat at 6 in the morning.

Ventajas: Breakfast was varied and very tasty. Everything was fresh. The dinner buffet was also varied and tasty. The staff at the reception were always very friendly, efficient and helpful, namely Eddie and Patrícia who spoke good English! The room was big as well as the bathroom. On our late arrival we had a meal awiting us in the restaurant, though it was 11 pm! We stayed on the 5th floor which had a lovely terrace with chairs and we could enjoy the sea view. Very close to the beach and a good supermarket.

Desventajas: I was very surprised to find out that the staff in the dinning room did not check who had half board so anyone could use the buffet without being asked about their room number...I questioned the reception and they said the dinning room staff had a list but they simply did not check it...The guests were terribly noisy at night but I can understand it was almost impossible to control them as there was only one security guard and the noisy guests shouting at inappropriate hours were hard to control, as well as their loud music. Back to the guests...there was a sign in the swimming pool area forbidding ball games but some guests simply ignored it and the staff would turn a blind eye on them! On the beach it was very bad as there was always very loud music brought by some beach goers and lots of empty cans and bottles, even if the beach was cleaned every day! Plus the problem with adults playing ball games and hitting you with the ball while you were relaxing in the sun! It was difficult to get out of the shower as there was little room between it and the bathroom door!

Ventajas: The only thing we liked was the shower room which was clean, modern and the shower was vvery good.

Desventajas: Extremely expensive for the standard of the room, which was extremely basic, not even a decent amount of shower gel or shampoo No kettle , beds were small, hard, furniture very basic, we could not leave the window opened because the balcony was accessible from other rooms. The area is horrible, full of louts shouting at night, drinking and vomiting on the pavement.

Desventajas: Cleaning should be done better and the staff should be more attentive at the guests requests. We asked to fix the TV that doesn't work and they didn't do it.

Desventajas: I booked this for my son, daughter in law and my grandson. They said the balcony is way too low and my grandson tried to climb it, they were lucky to be next to him.

Ventajas: Me aloje únicamente una noche en el hotel porque me pillaba cerca del aeropuerto con que no puedo aportar mucho. El hotel estaba bien situado, cerca de la playa y paseo marítimo, simplemente habia que bajar una cuesta. El bufet era normalito, pero incluía las bebidas y el personal era agradable, nos ofrecieron desayuno frío antes de abandonar el hotel a las 6:00. Por lo que para gente joven que quiera playa y fiesta se lo recomiendo, aunque hay que destacar que la zona es 90% extranjeros.

Desventajas: Creo que los baños necesitan una pequeña mejora y esa cortina de la ducha...

Ventajas: The breakfast and the lunch was the poorest I've met in 13 years. The location is too far from the beach, the shutle was with problems, 3 days it was not at all. The phonic isolation of the windows permit us to hear every noise from the street.

Ventajas: Food great, we were all inclusive. Steak/chicken fajitas lovely and nice roast beef with Yorkshire puddings! Also nice local food to choose. Snack bar through the day where burgers etc were cooked fresh. Two pools great. Lovely cocktails, staff friendly and room cleaned every day. You cant fault this hotel for price. Perfect for a getaway in the sun with nightly entertainment and all inclusive drinks until 11pm.

Desventajas: Bed a little hard, no big deal however

Ventajas: The hotel was very comfortable. Beds were comfy. The food was amazing!!! Both breakfast and dinner exceeded our expectations, Dinner had 10-15 dishes to choose and it was different every night. Breakfast also very very tasty. The fruit was always fresh and tasty. Deserts so so various. We never ate better.

Desventajas: When we came to check-in, the Slovak girl was working. She wanted to place us in the hotel across the street that I specifically didn't want so I had to show her all proofs of booking specifically this hotel. She eventually gave us the room on the ground floor, poolside, where people can just enter your terrace from the outside. We really did not want the room on the ground floor since we were robbed last year in Greece (Lefkada, Agios Nikitas, Santa Maria rooms), so we politely asked her to give us upper flor. She understood what we were saying since we are for Serbia (we were not happy the way she treated us), so she was not interested in helping us. So tomorrow we asked a different guy to change our room, which he did (this guy was nice, we called him Antonio since he looked like Banderas). He gave us the room on the second floor, opposite the pool, at the end of the hall. But as it turns out, on that side (opposite the pool), they have the central airconditioning exhaust outdoor unit. This is something that must not be next to the rooms. It was working all the time so so loudly. It sounded like we are standing next to the bus. It lasted all ten days, it was really disturbing. We had to sleep with everything closed and sealed. We really liked the hotel but this noise was unbearable. Be very very careful not to get the room opposite of the pool at the end.

Ventajas: The room was clean and with a lovely view to the swimming pool.The bed was extremely comfortable.The swimming pool was nice and clean with the bar near by were we was able to get nice drinks (one of the best mojito i had ).The breakfast and dinner had a large selection of food that we enjoyed it and the drinks ,even we had to pay for extra they were ridiculously cheap.It was a great value for money I will definitely come back again

Ventajas: Rooms kept very clean. Towels changed daily. Variety of food at breakfast and dinner. Sunbed comfy.

Desventajas: Mattresses for sunbed need renewed. Some loose tiles. Bit disappointed Sun not in area till 11am.

Ventajas: The room was very good, nicely fitted out, comfy beds, nice size and fine shower. Restaurant was very good, loved the fruits, salads and veggies! Pool was good, never busy, same as the sunbeds. Probably cos hotel was quietish.

Desventajas: Restaurant meats were disappointing, hardly recognizable, but tasty. Late night noise from the bar area below our room was a nuisance on a couple of nights.

Ventajas: Nice pillows and clean bedding. Very nice housekeeping staff. Reception staff, not so much. A bit of flexibility with check in time would be good.

Desventajas: The bath was not full size and the water pressure was so strong, when you used the shower, it hit against the wall and passed over my head. So neither the bath or shower were fit for purpose. You had to pay €40 to rent a mini fridge for the week. Also a charge for the safe.

Ventajas: The property was so clean and rooms were very lovely and fresh they were maintained with beds made every day. Plenty of choice for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Lots of drinks included in all inclusive, some great cocktails. Great toasties and pizza slices available around the pool during the day and a choice of two ice creams also included. Pool area was nice and plenty of sun loungers, Outdoor showers and toilets were so clean and spotless. Sun terrace is a nice touch with soft beds and parasols. Balcony was lovely, we had a great pool view.

Desventajas: Very noisy at times, people having loud music playing from their rooms and room walls were quite thin. You can smoke on the balcony’s which is annoying if you are non smokers like us. Sun didn’t shine on the pool area until around 11.30am. Also the jacuzzi part of the pool didn’t work. If you are all inclusive they will only serve your drinks in small plastic cups on the terrace and in the bar area - we did ask for a glass when we sat on the terrace away from the pool but they said only plastic cups are used for all inclusive. You can only have glass in the dinner hall. They allow group parties of men and women so the pool area can get noisy at times. 3 Euros per day to use the safety deposit box in your room and 10 euros deposit for a remote control to you the TV. You only get tiny packet shower essentials , these were not replaced once used during our stay which was disappointing.

Ventajas: They clean the room every day. Nice place, nearly to the beach.

Ventajas: Friendly and helpful staff. Great proximity to the seaside and value for money.

Desventajas: Public toilets would benefit from refurbishing, air conditioning can only be set to a very cold regime.

Ventajas: Lo que más me gustó fue la atención de la chica de cabello largo oscuro que nos atendió al llegar en recepción (llegamos a las 13:00hs); me gustó la limpieza de la habitación, la atención del chico del bar del ipanema Beach que estaba en la noche. Me gustó que podía cambiar de ambiente usando las instalaciones de los dos hoteles. Las bebidas del todo incluido eran de calidad! En general todo cubrió mi expectativa.

Desventajas: La comida era un poco repetitiva, pero no mala. El ruido de una habitación a otra, pues se escucha literalmente casi todo, nos enteramos de la intimidad del vecino. En el baño faltaba luz. NNe gusto que tenia que dejar 10 euros de deposito por el mando a distancia. Me entere cuando llegue a la habitación. El impuesto de turismo lo pedían en metálico.

Ventajas: El servicio era muy amable y simpático y la limpieza de la habitación era impecable

Desventajas: Que solo hubiese un ascensor para todo el hotel y el buffet era bastante simple, se podría mejorar
