Went to pick up the car at the Hertz counter in Buffalo and there were 20-25 people waiting for cars to be cleaned and ready. It would be a 2-3 hour wait to pick up our car. Obviously this is unacceptable. We rented from Avis instead and canceled our rental with Hertz.Opinión del 11 jul. 2023

Used kayak to order a rental from hertz in niagra falls. Somehow it got switched to Buffalo so me and all last 2 other families had to get ubers too and from the rental place that was 30 minutes from the airportOpinión del 3 feb. 2023

We arrived at the pick up location at 4:50 pm and our pick up time is 5:00 pm. However, the store closes at 5:00pm and when we arrived there, the store had closed and we could not pick up our car in any way.Opinión del 12 set. 2022

Car was in rough shape, several issues while we had it which made for a stressful experience. Pick up and drop off went smooth but staff was only minimally concerned about the problems with the rental…low psi on tires, reverse light out, broken seat belt buckle, not filled gas upon pick up. Donna at the Hertz desk (Buffalo-Niagara airport) was AMAZING and very helpful. Unfortunately there seems to be an issue with their vehicle turnover/cleaning/prep workflow as several guests had to wait 45+ minutes for their vehicle.Opinión del 28 jun. 2022

I appreciated the ability to get a slightly better vehicle for the money using the “manager special” option, but I’m also aware that’s a crapshoot and dependent upon what they have available at any time. Although I got an upgrade, it was a smoked-in vehicle, and rags from the cleaning crew were left in the vehicle.Opinión del 14 jun. 2022
