Overall, it was fine. Only had 1/2 tank of gas. In my case it was fine as I wa staying local. Had i bn traveling i would have bn frustrated having to stop so soon after picking the car up.Opinión del 11 ago. 2023

It's extremely inconvenient that they'll only rent if you have a credit card, and this isn't plastered all over the check out page. It's a stupid company that won't take cash on the table, because it's not a credit card. Charge more for non-credit transactions, fine, but to make me waste money on two Ubers just to be told 'sorry, it's in our TOS that you can't rent without a credit card', with no obvious mention of this during checkout is absurd.Opinión del 5 feb. 2023

They did not have a car for my reservation at noon. Was told they likely would within 30 min so I suggested I go to lunch then come back. When I returned was told it could be another hour, but they could not guarantee it, it might be longer because some other employee needed to go to lunch, and blah blah blah. Desventajas:Customer Service at pick up tried every trick to upsell me including blatantly lying. Made re-book twice online or face paying in additional $70. Then he dropped it to $50, then $20. Then finally honoured my agreed upon price. Pick up could have been 5 minutes. Enterprise upsell tactics turned pick up into 45 minutes and me being late to an event.Opinión del 5 jul. 2021

Ventajas:Drop off was easyDesventajas:They charges an additional $50 in taxes, on top of the taxes and fees already in the price. When I called, they said the quoted price was only an "estimate".
