Aparcamiento gratuito. Desayuno gratuito. Las habitaciones están muy bien!
Todo, desde la limpieza de nuestra habitación con el servicio amable.
El desayuno es excelente.
Pam at the registration desk was friendly and professional. Great first impression! I did not receive the complimentary breakfast that was advertised; confusion about a coupon. I was a bit disappointed in this.
Warning: Parking is NOT free at this hotel, not even for guests. You'll be forced to pay $20 to park per night! This made for a very obnoxious surprise during check-in.
Rooms are spacious and clean. You have to pay for almost everything else; internet, parking, breakfast.
Love that every room has their own balcony for fresh air. Great ammenities down stairs and friendly staff! I always enjoy the excellent customer service here. The location of the hotel is convienent, close to restaurants, shopping, and airport. Going in and out of the parking lot became an issue. At the Doubletree guests have the option of valet or self park (you are charged a nightly fee per night). We chose to self park, upon entering and exiting guests must use a parking ticket to do so, the parking meter ended up not working so we'd be stuck for 15-20 minutes along with everyone else trying to get out. They should use room keys for this versus paper tickets that eventually get bent out of shape.
Very friendly staff. Nice breakfast. The hotel nickel and dimes you. $2.50 for bottled water, $19 a day for parking, expensive breakfast and dinner.
The room was clean and tidy. Very simple, no art or decor to speak of. The lobby looked new and modern. Staff was very professional and nice. The HHonors floor was still in carpet from the 90's. Very old and out-dated. The room was very dated as well. My daughter who is 5'4" could press on the ceiling tiles, they were so low and old.
I was charged twice for parking at the hotel. We were not allowed in/out entry into the parking area with our room keys. I was charged for parking at the parking gate and on my final bill. I called the hotel for REFUND and I haven't seen the refund on my bank statement as of this moment.
The airport shuttle was terrific to have.
The close proximity to the light rail and bus stops ,with very friendly and helpful staff Only two sachets of coffee left in room to use which meant after a night cuppa nothing left for the morning. When I left a note to the maid asking for more only one more sachet was left ---barely adequate for two people!!??
Great room overall, clean hotel in excellent location. Close to shops, food, and activities. Great service and friendly staff. Convenient parking (though it costs extra even without valet) garage connected to the hotel. Only a block away from Original Joe's. Despite a few quirks, I would stay here again. Charge for WiFi (unless you are an Elite member), ridiculous prices for snack shop food and goods ($5 for a Dairy Milk candy bar, $6 for an Odwalla Smoothie!), $45 for a t-shirt! Also, the hotel smells like the air freshener they pipe in at many of the Las Vegas hotels (could be a plus if you like that). Also, the choice of "aromatherapy" soaps are awful--why not go the clean, fresh scent of soap instead of burned wood?
Pay WiFi with speed tiers.
Room was very quiet, even with all of the airplane traffic on approach to San Jose Airport.
Had a problem with the first room but they helped me switch rooms no questions asked
Top notch hotel. Clean, newly remodeled, all amenities & on site restaurants etc The valet. He did not specify pricing of valet vs self park or exactly where self park was located.
The valet service was overwhelmed since the hotel had no self park option. Plus, the valet was serving guests who weren't even staying at the hotel but attending a concert or conference in the area. It's a bit ridiculous that it takes 20 minutes to drop off a car with valet and another 20 minutes to pick it up.
Excellent location, top choice for San Jose. Walking distance to major attractions and night life in the area. Excellent VTA transit access as well. Also consider the Hilton and Fairmont nearby. Valet parking is $29 with in/out privileges. This is a reasonable price for the area.
I really Liked its location, we were attending a event at the convention center and the hotel is actually leads into the convention center. That was great! We didn't have to walk at all. All staff members were extremely nice and willing to offer any help that they could offer. The hotel was very busy due to the event, but the staff still dealt with customers in a very polite and friendly manner. I also wanted to say thank you to this hotel for not treating us any different than there other guest, we have been to other hotels and due to our ethnic background have been treated like we were some how less. This hotel did an excellent job treating everybody well and respectively Thank you so much! Some of the things that we weren't so pleased with that room service had certain hours and that it wasn't 24 hours and that the rooms were a little smaller than what we excepted. But overall we had a great experience
Staff incredibly attentive The shortness of our stay
Everything from the room/bathroom was spotless incredibly clean . beautiful place to stay. Absolutely no negative comments to say.also GREAT STAFF! Very helpful and on point..even if I have to go out of my way to stay here again it would be worth it.very quite also.no traffic noises etc.will be back for another stay asap!!!
Beautiful grounds Nice rework of what was there previously Nice pool and hot tub Good lounge Ample parking Comfortable bed Difficult to get to (in the middle of a neighborhood) Staff wouldn't print me a receipt (big issue on business travel) Pool / spa could be open later
Used condom wrapper in the drawer. Need i say more.
I had called ahead to make sure I coukd check in late, but when i got there, I couldn't find the front desk person (or anyone) for 5 minutes, then when I finally found her, she found my reservation, but couldn't tell what rooms were available & so had to call her manager, and long story short, it was just over half an hour between when I walked in the front door and walked into my room. She said it was her second day, which I can only imagine is really overwhelming, so I was trying to be patient, and I've had good experiences every other time I've stayed there, but i have to say, this one left a sour taste in my mouth.
We stayed here 1 night in room 121. It was a suite with easy access to the swimming pool. The back door lead right to the swimming pool. The pool looks bigger in the picture but it's still a excellent size. The staff was great and Sunday brunch was delicious. Good hotel to relax and get away from the regular 9-5. The only thing I can critique is we were there on a Saturday and there's was nothing special for dinner. The bar food was ok and room service food was ok. No restaurants walking distance but no big deal. Everything was releasing
Driving up the residential street and coming upon the entrance for the 1st time gives you a feeling of stepping back in time to another era. The attention to detail and the beautiful wood trim all around gave a feeling of a very special place. I had only one night to explore the mansion and surroundings.
The grounds are really nice with a large and comfortable patio seating area and swimming pool. The furnishings in the room were old, old, old, and poorly decorated.
Great grounds and plenty of character; a relaxing venue with history and luxury.
The staff was very helpful when it was found out that the website I had booked through hadn't communicated with the hotel fully and they had to go digging for my reservation. But I got a room, it was very nice, even if a bit cramped, but that didn't detract from my stay. The grounds were very nice. I enjoyed their exercise room, it was more filled out than most hotels. I just wish I had had warmer weather to enjoy the pool and more time to enjoy every other feature of Hayes Mansion.
The bathrooms were well furnished... Better than the actual rooms. The staff was very friendly. True price I paid was not worth the room. It was a very crampt room with ancient furniture. The rooms were a boring shade of beige and our window view was another building being constructed. It's layout seemed more that of a comfort inn with a price tag of 90 dollars a night rather than 150. It's not worth the price, if you have a car go to a comfort inn and save some money cause got the same experience.
We loved the late night pantry
room service was delicious and fast. Stay was very comfortable. Beautiful large bathroom. Great location.
The newly renovated rooms and baths are simple and elegant. The Hedley Club lounge serves good food & cocktails. Conveniently located in downtown San Jose, short walk to Convention center. The room lacked many standard amenities: 1) password protected, high speed Wi-Fi (Wi-Fi was free, slow and unsecured) 2) in room safe large enough to fit a laptop 3) stocked mini-bar (empty mini-fridge provided but there were no vending machines or in hotel shop to buy snacks & drinks) 4) in room guide/magazine with local/city info
I love the rooms. They are clean and well maintained. I feel comfortable in every room I've stayed in. The service is wonderful. The staff is friendly and helpful. I enjoy coming back to this Four Points time and time again.
Hotel was clean. There is a good restaurant and a bar inside the hotel. There was no mini fridge or microwave in the room. a lot of empty space in the room which needed some furniture, perhaps an extra chair, or a small table. e
The fire alarm went off at 2:00 a.m. This wouldn't have been a problem in and of itself; however, there were NO STAFF MEMBERS around to direct guests or inform guests on when it was clear to enter. The only person around to answer questions was a security guard with an unbuttoned shirt. The next day, I expected some type of acknowledgement or apology for the inconvenience. Nothing. When I checked out a few days later, the front desk attendant laughed about it. The staff here is probably the most apathetic group I've ever seen at a hotel. The bed was LUMPY. No matter which way I positioned myself, there was a lump in the mattress. The shower drain was slow to clear. Overall, I wish I had stayed at a different hotel.
The breakfast was bomb af and they gave us a late checkout which was so clutch. The Sheraton is where its at! I didnt like how hard it was raining but theres nothing the hotel can do about that.
It is in the ghetto. Don't plan on leaving the hotel at night.
They actually have great cable, very friendly staff, just overall a great experience!
There was a large party going on in the banquet rooms, which you heard throughout the hotel. The worse part was when it was wrapping up. not sure what was being moved...i.e.: large furniture or equipment... But after 11 pm, it is inexcusable. I would definitely not use this hotel on Friday or Saturday night due to the noise levels.
I was very please with the easy check in and check out process. The room was very clean, the bedding was very comfortable. The pool area was very clean and my family enjoyed night swimming as the pool was heated. It's near shopping and eating and the parking was easy. The only thing that was slightly uncomfortable was the airconditioner. It's so close to one of the beds that the air is blowing on you the entire night.
great service and excellent hotel
Our bed was comfortable and room was clean Requested early check in and rooms close together for our group. We were late for our function due to late check in because of hotel and weren't even given rooms on the same floor as our friends. Staff said they were giving us an upgrade for our inconvenience and didn't. We were very disappointed in their failure to accommodate our only two request!! For that reason, we will not stay at the Sheraton again!
We had an early morning flight from SJC so needed a place to stay nearby. The hotel was comfortable and had a nice shuttle. The hotel is off the beaten path and there isn't much nearby. We ended up needing to eat at the hotel bar (which turned out to be acceptable).
Room was clean. Most of the staff was friendly.
I've always thought La Quinta's were great motor hotels, but I was not expecting to find such a beautiful modern style design, like other boutique hotels. The room was clean, the hotel staff were great. Access to WiFi was easy. And It took me less than ten minutes to get to the airport. There are not a lot of dining choices near by, but it gave me an excuse to explore the city. I found some great restaurants about ten minutes away.
The beds were confortable and the rooms clean. They changed me to 3 different rooms in 5 days because of several issues so I get the chance to try several beds. The staff was friendly. The outside of the building looks more like a motel and the carpets looks old. In my first room, the AC was broken and it was 80F. They moved me to another room the next day just under the construction. The renovation was going from 8:30am until 6pm weekend included. Add the noise of the airplanes taking off, this hotel was the noisiest place I ever stayed. The hotel is directly under one of the runaway of San Jose airport and not next to it so the noise is higher than any airport hotel I stayed in the past. The food was terrible. I ate outside after my first breakfast there. There is no restaurant on-site or nearby. Their parking shares the parking of a fastfood but I don't call this a restaurant to eat. The neigborough was really not nice (industrial looking). I would never come back here.
The evening attendant arranged to have a cab waiting at a specified time. Just as promised the morning attendant reminded me of the arrival time for the cab. a few minutes early - ghe cab appeared. Very satisfactory for my late arrival and early departure.
clean quiet room bed too soft, and too high off ground
The room looks clean and nice (1) The materials for bathroom and bathtub look very cheap...like Motel 6 (2) Soap scum were very where inside the bathroom, around the walls, in between the tiles, on the floor...yuck..yuck...yuck. (3) Dust was very where inside the bathroom, on top of base board, surrounding water faucet... (4) Faucet inside the bathtub was rusty and dirty. This should be easily to take care of with $10 spray paint for home depot. (5) Rest room located on the first floor was not clean or not being cleaned regularly. Trash was overflown and just can't believe this happened at the Hyatt hotel. I would never come back here again.
Breakfast Small room, no pool or spa
Me encantaría volver.
Nothing There was mold in my shower. I had to change rooms. In the room I went to there was no remote for the TV. I made a reservation with my company Ltd and wanted to charge that card. I have them my personal card for incidentals and they charged my card. So the HD to refund my card and charge my company card. What an inconvenience I have to wait now 3-5 days for a refund when my card shouldn't have been charged in the first place. The furniture is outdated and old. I wanted to have a nice evening with my girlfriend for our anniversary and it was bad from the beginning. I also missed the world series because I had to wait 30 mins to get a remote.
Could hear everything outside my room. Sounded like a zoo outside my door. Accidently booked the wrong Four Points my Sheraton. Would not move my reservation to their other hotel.
Much cheaper than many other hotels in the area but with the same quality. Not within walking distance of much. Need to drive everywhere.
The room is clean and bed is comfortable There is no toopaste (mouth wash instead) towels are a bit rough and there is no fridge
Beds were comfortable From our room we could hear music playing on the lobby all night long. Fan in the bathroom was incredibly loud and came on everytime the bathroom light was on. Very basic. No fridge, not enough outlets. But, it was clean, safe, and they had a room available.
Front desk staff was very friendly, very large hotel, long walk to the room without any short cuts. Lots of traffic to airport on Monday morning
The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable Kayak says there is an airport shuttle. The fine print says there is a surcharge for one. Turns out they don't offer a an airport shuttle, paid or free. We booked this hotel for the shuttle. When we talked to the manager, they used the excuse that there was a surcharge and we had read the description wrong. They did nothing to help. Poor customer service. Not at all impressed
Nothing Hair in the bathtub, old beds, in need of new paint, stained carpet, paper thin walls where people talking all hours of night keep you up, only one functioning elevator, no choice of restaurants nearby. I would not recommend this hotel.
Worked out get at a good price. Also get walking/running path next to hotel
Highway noise and resturant is expensive.
The place was clean & quiet. The front desk lady was rude & difficult. The place is a little bit out of the way from many things like gas stations & other things of that nature
Hotel needs update. Toilets need cleaning. No one seems to care about long term maintenance and it's obvious.
the bed was comfortable and the room was clean, featured a legitimate fitness center.the staff was very friendly, with the exception of the gentleman who checked me in. The place was a bit dated, I travel a lot and have stayed in hotels ranging from one to five stars, establishing realistic expectations is the key to staying sane while on the road. However, the gentleman at the reception desk should not be in contact with hotel guests. I am sure he was having a very bad day and/or was not properly trained but my contact with this individual was a significant turn-off. The friendly greeting i got from cleaning staff the next morning helped to redeem the experience.
Power went out at 2:30 am didn't come back on till 6:00am so alarm never went off late to meeting NOT GOOD!!
Great rooms, nice pool, great restaurant
Staff was friendly and empathetic. Unfortunately this hotel has seen better days and should be closed until safe. It has suffered extensive water damage and there is black mold on stairwells walls and entryways and I'd guess loads more I couldn't see! There's a moldy smell and overall dark and damp feeling throughout this place. Stay away and if you have already booked and find yourself there, demand a REFUND from your booking agent and let them know about the condition. Stay across the street behind Starbucks in a much cleaner, newer and safer hotel. Fa*rfield Inn Ma*riott Even when the Airport Garden Hotel gets the water damage taken care of, this hotel is still worn out and not worth it. Stay at the 3-star chain hotels for this price. You'll get a better nights sleep at these established places- guaranteed!!
Great gardens and pool. Fun relaxed environment. Don't even realize you're in a city near the freeway. Dated decor. No fridge in the room. Bed uncomfortable.
The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful, most of the time. Facilities were easy to move around in, the bed was comfortable. Mostly clean. When we arrived, our toilet was clogged. We called the front desk the following day to have someone come up to take care of it, gave them our room number, and nobody ever arrived. It cleared up on its own, luckily. There was some remaining trash from other guests(like a hair tie) in the room. The smell of the room was a little odd as well, but nothing overbearing. The bar closes at 10:00, which is unheard of for someone from Nevada. It'd also be nice if there were signs indicating there was more parking around the side of the building. Maybe there are signs, but I don't remember seeing any.
The beds were comfortable, seemed to have new carpeting, bedding, and shower curtain. The staff was prompt when we requested bath towels to be delivered to the room. Older motel/hotel, the furniture is dated, old tv, no refrigerator in the room, not much lighting (1 task light above the desk and 1 lamp between the 2 beds.) Our room was only provided with hand towels, we had to request bath towels.
Close to airport. Helpful staff. Excellent value. We needed a place close to airport because we had an early flight out. TV was an old tube type and mounted in an odd place.
Didn't like that there was no elevator & had to carry all my bags up the stairs by myself. Didn't like that breakfast wasn't included. Didn't like that the pool/ hot tub closed so early.
Rooms clean, updated Building is very old , rooms small
I liked the fitness room which was a separate building... great drinking water and fine machines. The garden was pleasant to walk through. The hot tub was nice. My last straw was when the hall ceiling caved in from the leak coming down from the 2nd floor. The light fixture had been dripping all day and I alerted the maid who said she had seen it too and would just then call her manager. I still was the one to place the ice bucket under the drip to try to keep the carpet dry. A couple hours later as I left for an event at another nearby hotel, the ceiling in the hall started dropping and I alerted the front desk. When I returned there was just a 2nd bucket catching the leaks. Parking was a challenge especially at night. A convention packed the hotel and parking. The on-site restaurant only served breakfast and dinner... which was only bar food. There was a constant high pitched whine coming from the restaurant kitchen area that was super annoying especially when trying to relax by the pool. The pool was really cold. I will not be returning... not worth even the good rate we got.
Good location. Furnishings and decorations unusual and attractive. Comfortable and quiet
Next to the light rail That there was no microwave in the lobby.
Stocked clean lobby and comfy Rude check in clerk, wall paper was falling off the wall and bathroom door was of track
Convenient location price
Noisy hotel. Have people talking in the parking lot all night. Windows don't block noise well. $13/day for parking.
Location to SAP center.
Next to the airport. Had a Keurig in the room with a couple decent cups of coffee. Room air conditioner and elevator next door were loud. Food in restaurant was overpriced and not very good. Parking was a big hassle. Shower had very low pressure.
