Me encantó la ubicación, las vistas y el personal era muy amable. La comida y las bebidas eran excelentes. No me gustó lo cerca que estaban unas habitaciones de otras. Cada noche mi novio y yo oíamos al bebé de al lado llorando toda la noche. También me habría gustado ver más excursiones.
La bañera de hidromasaje con cataratas era bastante curiosa No había congelador en la mini nevera. El desayuno debería contener Ackees y bacalao.
Beaches are nice. The service was horrible. There were never towels in the room, or by the pool/beach. You wait FOREVER if you ask for anything. The staff is friendly but incompetent. The food is horrible. I couldn't wait to get home. The air conditioning in the hotel did not work in the hallways, it was sticky and humid. Just go to Mexico, same beach but with much better service and food.
I love everything about this hotel. The rooms were clean the property is just breathtaking. If you plan to visit try the French and Brazilian restaurant. The experience was worth it. I will definitely visit again. The staff was very friendly.
Adults only and the staff was amazing! The staff was so kind went out of their way for you and always so sweet. They remember you after only meeting you once! It was mostly couples which isn't a bad thing but could be annoying for some. It's a long way from most excursions. It's not a 5 Star compared to American Standards but for sure a 4-4.5!
My girlfriend and I were extremely comfortable from start to finish. Impeccably friendly staff and delicious food and drinks included in the purchase. BEWARE: the Romantic Dinner, wine, and Spa options are deceptively not included in the "all inclusive" purchase, and prices aren't available until you express interest to the concierge. Awkward to find out when you're there.
The staff was always friendly and attentive, but the quality of the food and drink was erratic. If four people in our group ordered the same entree, two of them would be acceptable and two might be completely inedible. Drinks at the bars would range from completely watered down to so strong that my wife couldn't drink them. This was the theme for our entire stay. Even at the 'gourmet' restaurant, the food was just 'good'when it was executed well and quite bad when it wasn't. Another down side is that there's not much to do if you want to get off the resort property. Just a couple of tourist-oriented restaurants (Margarittaville) and some high-end shops a very expensive cab-ride away.

my wife and I like hotel hopping we visit the Riu in ocho rios , and the jamaica grand only the riu came closed the Iberostar suite is the best.
This resort was everything we expected from a fine hotel. Everyone on their staff was courteous and helpful, they couldn't do enough for you. Excellent room, clean, non-smoking, and all the amenities you would expect. Great food, lots of activities during the day if you wish to participate, live shows every night in the theater. We will definitely be going back.
Lots of water activities at the hotel, great beach. The buffet was amazing in its variety - lots of fresh fruits, fruit drinks, great vegetable dishes, seafood and desserts. Enjoyed the beach, pool and pool bar. Make your dinner reservations the day you arrive as there always seemed to be people waiting to make theirs. The good news is that they spend lots of time helping you, the bad news is when you are waiting to make yours! Not sure why this takes so long? The beach and pool had plenty of chairs. Watched several weddings on the beach. Water was clear and calm - enjoyed seeing 2 rays in the water which I think is not too common. No peddlers on the beach which I appreciated. The staff were friendly and helpful; however, there was often a wait to talk to someone at the front desk. Was told they would get with me in about 5 minutes to check in; meanwhile, others kept walking up with questions - took a lot longer for them to get me checked in. Need to be patient in Jamaica! The staff was very helpful and tried to do whatever you asked. The a la carte restuarants need improvement. The service was slow and they are only partial a la carte. The Japanese restuarant rushed our group out before we could get dessert.
My husband and I stayed at the Rose Hall Suites April 25- May 1, 2012. We have been to Cancun several times, and other parts of Mexico. This was by far our favorite trip!! Other than 1 flight delay and a little bit of rain- we had NO PROBLEMS at all. The resort was excellent, beautiful grounds, great food, great people, the beach was beautiful. We had a great time and really enjoyed every minute of our vacation. We will definitely go back!! Take advantage of the free snorkeling at the resort- we went every day and saw a TON of fish, lobsters, rays, crabs, etc. The free snorkeling gear is only good for an hour a day :(- we would have gone for much longer, if available, but next time we will take our own. We reserved the shuttle for the hotel from the airport before our departure and it all ran smoothly, and very affordable! We had a great time and I would recommend this resort to anyone.
Loved staying at the Iberostar. The staff was super nice, the rooms were fairly large and very clean, food was good, there was a lot of entertainment and things to do. Our brother in law went to Montevideo Bay last summer and stayed at the Sandles and paid a lot more than we did for the same ammenities and same star rating. We can't wait to go back!!
This all inclusive vacation package was by far the best trip ever. The booking was very easy to do over the internet and all we had to do was pack and wait till departure day. After a great flight it was refreshing to find the hotel was only a short distance from the airport and with the expidated check in we were relaxing and on the beach in no time. Our room left nothing to be desired: well appointed, clean, very comfortable bed and pillows, stocked mini bar with an awesome ocean view. By the second day we already knew we were headed for putting on a few extra pounds due to fact that the food was wonderful. Aside from the nightly filet mignon and lobster I enjoyed the selection of local fare which was unique and quite tasty. The staff was so accomodating, always smiling and asking if we were enjoying ourselves or needed anything. We would book this same vacation again and are already planning it.
This resort certainly fits the criteria of 'paradise'. I found it to be just as beautiful in real life as any picture would have made it seem. Both the architecture and landscaping are a sight to see as well as the layout of the pool and restaurants. Most of the staff, as expected, were kind, helpful, and sincerely friendly/hospitable. The service was excellent, which was a relief, because you certainly pay for it! However, for the type of food selection, music, and entertainment that are offered, the price is very reasonable. We stayed at the Beach resort, the most economical resort of the three, with a 3 month old baby, and the setting of the hotel was conducive to our needs as well as the needs of our baby. Everyone made us feel right at home. I truly recommend anyone and everyone to visit Iberostar Resort for an experience that you will never forget nor regret!!!!
My husband and I visited Iberostar Rose Hall Suites for a friend's wedding. We had a great time. The resort is beautiful. It is very clean and the rooms are very nice. The balcony is a nice size and we had a beautiful view of the pool and ocean. The food was ok. The Cajun restaurant was good. The buffet was good if you go during the first few hours but if you go towards the last hour there is hardly any food left and whatever is left tastes like its been sitting out all day. The beach is beautiful and very clean. The resort offers free snorkeling, catamarans and kayaking. I missed my children very much but there is free wifi in the lobby so I was able to Skype with them from my iPad everyday.
This was our 3rd visit to the Iberostar Grand and it was equally as successful as the last two. The hotel strives to make your stay as pleasurable as possible and they definitely succeed. The rooms are spacious and comfortable with plenty of closet and drawer space. The bathroom set up with the 2 sinks also a bonus. Our butlers worked hard to exceed our expectations! The selections at the breakfast and lunch buffets are extensive and delicious and the staff will accommodate any request if possible. The staff is friendly, professional, and truly interested in making your holiday as perfect as possible. We hated to leave but will definitely be back next year! The chair situation remains a bit of a problem. Many guests do save their spots at both the pool and the beach and then never use them. This is selfish rude behavior with no regard to the other guests but it's hard to find a solution to eliminate this behavior. It is more of a problem when the hotel is extremely busy. In a perfect world (!) i would prefer an additional dining option for dinner.
This all inclusive, was top rate. The food, room, and butler service were all top notch. My wife and I, attended a wedding on the resort, and the staff did a great job.
This motel had wonder staff from the front desk to the maid service ! The food was excellent So much to choose from! There were many activities to choose from, pools, beach areas, and fun shows in the evenings. We had a great time!
The hotel was absolutely amazing! The food on the other hand was not excellent, but it wasn't disgusting either.
