It is very obvious this hotel is in the process of renovation, and when it is completed, it will be beautiful. The main room was very clean, well decorated, nice flat screen TV. The sheets were horribly scratchy on my first night, but great the second leaving me to believe they are cycling out old linens. One of the beds had collapsed in. I only needed one, and I'm sure if I had called they would have fixed it for me because the staff was amazing! Also, you can tell they are still fixing the bathrooms because mine was awful! But in a "we are fixing it up" way. Old shower head with new curtain and curtain rods, broken tiles in the wall but new tub. You can tell they are doing things little by little.
Location is great Bathrooms need update
Location is great ! Staff is great ! Rooms are clean ! Don't go during spring break! To much partying and noise. We stay here often and love it never been this loud before.
Price was great and nice pool area. Very short walk to beach. Beds were comfortable Room was extremely small w no balcony. "Breakfast" was bare scraps of oatmeal, fruit cups and coffee. Hotel is out dated fridge was rusted on outside and smells like pee all over property including our room.
The main objective for my stay was to photograph the Daytona Beach Pier at sunrise. The inn is just a short walk to the pier which is easily visible from the pool area. Hotel fees...
Location was great. Beds are too small. Room was too close to ice machine. We were woke up at all hours of the night by the ice machine. Otherwise, this is a decent place to stay.
Location was great. Within walking distance from everything. No need for driving once you get there. Beds are old. I didn't rest well. One bed was good and the other one you could feel the springs.
Pool was amazing Door was hard to open and close .balcony light had no bulb
I liked that it was ocean front. The hotel is outdated and I heard the people next door to me talking while I was trying to fall asleep.
Nice...somewhat clean...they have their old furniture sitting right up front of hotel, kinda ugly. I had no shower curtain. The ac was made when the parted the red sea Not really nuch i f was plain nane
Clean Didn't have no coffee in the morning or in my room
Staff is very kind and caring. And the cleanliness of the hotel is shocking for the price. The room has flat screens, a nice pool, and is right on the beach.
The location was what I liked most. The mini fridge. Access to the beach. The management was nice. The price. The beds were too small. The sink and mini stove was outdated. not enough parking for the number of rooms.

Great location!!! Right on the beach and very accessible to town. When we first got there our TV didn't work, the owner himself made a point to come fix it and had a wonderful conversation with our 3 year old. Awesome Service!! Parking was a little tight, and the coffee pots needed to be deep cleaned out. You could tell they had been cleaned, but they were still dirty.
To be perfectly honest the only positive about this hotel is that it is on the beach and free parking The hotel is very old and dirty very thin sheets which was gross and didn't even offer shampoo. I was uncomfortable with the quality of guesses next to me. The key to enter the room was an old fashion metal key which made me uncomfortable.
Staff is freindly Its a older motel. Needs updates.

Despite showing signs of, all can be forgiven as the location is excellent. It is right on the beach and also has a welcoming swimming pool. The rooms are adequate and decent size with a small balcony with a couple of chairs to sit and watch the sea. There are no restaurants in walking distance so you have to drive for food. The room doors are old and could do with attention of a good carpenter.
This is an older property. Based on price the property more than exceeded my expectations. Owner was friendly and went out of his way to make sure we were satisfied. Pool was nice, parking is a bit of an issue (limited), location was great. Room was clean Based on price and location I have no complaints.
Close to the beach Checking in and being told I need to pay extra $10 per kid per night. Blood on the bathroom wall. One light working in the room. We were not expecting the ritz we knew that, we wanted to walk from our room right to the beach it could be clean at least.
although an obviously older hotel. The room was immaculate, the pool was sparkling and the beach was right down the steps and close to local dining. The cost for a weekend was a definite plus
The staff was very friendly and accommodating .the location was within a mile our two off almost everything one could need. The beach was also a short distance. I also liked that there was an area set up outside each room to sit out in our case bring young kids to let out energy at the end of the day.l Keeping in mind the low cost of this place especially last minute arrangements during a popular week this place was money well spent.muy complaints would be that it could use some serious updating as well as a coffee maker. My real issue would be that me and my granskids were waking up with bug bites every morning.I talked f to the staff/office about this when I noticed that mattresses were being brought out off the rooms and lasted out on tables. My concern was bed bugs and after looking into it further and making calls I did what was recommended to minimize bringing anything home and only time will tell.
A good deal for the price....but when I asked about staying an extra day they wanted to raise the price 30%...not cool. I checked out and went else where.
Absolutely nothing!Or maybe that there was a room available with a roof obver my head for the night. but, that is about it. It's old. outdated televisions as well.
Nothing. Everything, the guy that owned the place was a jerk, and a rip off.. do yourself a favor stay somewhere else.
on the beach. nice arrangement with patios and pool. good tv and wi-fi. full size frig. mold in shower. greasy kitchen cabinets. greasy blinds. filthy floor. mattress like a hammock. killed a palmetto bug as it crawled up my leg. bedspread and sheets had holes in them. killed a couple of small beetles and one bed bug before it got a meal. apply insect repellent before you tuck in.
