Desventajas: Magnífico. Vaya allí

Ventajas: El hotel estaba bien ubicado. A pocos pasos de la Puerta de Brandenburgo, la Embajada de los Estados Unidos, la Embajada de Francia y la estación de metro. Cinco minutos a pie hasta el Reichstag. El hotel tiene un encanto y una elegancia del viejo mundo. Las habitaciones son espaciosas y hermosas, con detalles en madera oscura. El personal era extremadamente servicial y agradable, desde el portero hasta el conserje y el recepcionista de registro.

Desventajas: No me gusta mucho. Este hotel es el hotel ideal para la realeza (Reina de Inglaterra) y el presidente de Estados Unidos. Tiene un precio acorde, así que si te alojas aquí, estaría dispuesto a derrochar.

Ventajas: Servicio amable y una ubicación estupenda.

Desventajas: Las camas eran incómodas, especialmente para un hotel de 5 estrellas. El desayuno es muy caro y mediocre.

Ventajas: La ubicación y la amabilidad de los servicios de conserjería y... hotel histórico

Ventajas: La atención al detalle. El desayuno-almuerzo diario (incluido en mi reserva) era espectacular, la comida no sólo era abundante, sino también deliciosa. Para mi cumpleaños, me sirvieron champagne con el desayuno. El personal. Cada miembro del personal fue muy amable, atento y lo que es más importante, dedicado al servicio. Si no sabían la respuesta, la averiguaban. El spa. Después de mi conferencia pasé un día en el spa, los masajistas y las personas que daban faciales eran terapeutas profesionales, muy capaces y era agradable pasar el tiempo con ellos. La comida. Los restaurantes de la zona tenían una cocina que me pareció excepcional y el servicio era igualmente bueno.

Desventajas: Me quedé en el hotel por 5 días/4 noches. Nadie repuso el contenido del mini-bar durante 2 días. No había toallas (que los estadounidenses usan); sin embargo, pude obtenerlas en el spa. Cada día tienes que crear una nueva contraseña de acceso Wi-Fi.

Ventajas: Es verdaderamente un hotel de 5 estrellas, lo que te hace la vida mejor!

Desventajas: El Bar (en sí) en el vestíbulo podría haber sido más lujoso, el hotel tiene un magnífico vestíbulo, pero el bar está bien. Ritz Carlton tiene un bar mejor (americano)

Ventajas: Las habitaciones lujosas, muy cuidadas. Baño espectacular. Todo con una decoración clásica. Muy limpio todo. Desayuno increíble con todo lo que se pueda desear, incluso caviar y champagne. El personal de recepción,solicito,educado, muy profesional. Atento a resolver nuestro ingreso/ egreso en forma rápida. La mejor imagen del hotel. Cabe mencionar también el personal del comedor, a la hora del desayuno. Amables, simpáticos, atentos a todos nuestros deseos. Tanto el personal alemán como extranjero son excelentes profesionales. Especial mención a la Sra. Berta, que supo orientar y comprender nuestros pedidos. Nos hizo sentir muy bien, como en casa.

Desventajas: El resto del personal. Frio, distante, poco dispuesto a escuchar o tener paciencia a quien no habla bien alemán o inglés, en especial algunos integrantes de Conserjería.

Ventajas: El lujo, la clase y su buena ubicación

Desventajas: Los chalecos de los conserjes estaban sucios

Ventajas: Room very confortable, even if in need of some furniture renovation. For the rest, all was as expected, very good value.

Ventajas: Very elegant and the staff go out of there way to ensure you enjoy your stay. It is central and walking distance to everything.

Desventajas: Breakfast had a lot of selection but not what I was used to. But what I did eat was delicious.

Ventajas: La ubicación. Comfort de las habitaciones.

Desventajas: Coincidimos con la preparación de un gran evento y quedamos privados de salas habituales de desayuno y lobby. Estuvieron dos dias preparando fotocalls, focos.... en fin se perdía todo el encanto de un hotel de esta categoría.

Ventajas: La hospitalidad y proactividad del personal en un marco edilicio de excelencia. El buen gusto en todos los detalles de la estancia. Y la Conserjería, que se lleva todos los premios!

Ventajas: Excellent breakfast, super friendly staff with the exception of the lobby-guards, and amazing executive suite.

Desventajas: Lobby guard was unfriendly and stared as I asked him for the way to the reception

Desventajas: Era un laberinto llegar a la habitación

Ventajas: La habitación es grande, bonito mobiliario, muy limpia

Ventajas: ubicación céntrica en una calle tranquila, arquitectura magnífica y una habitación bien decorada, la habitación la limpian todos los días. el personal era muy agradable y servicial. El bar de mezcla sirve los mejores cócteles.

Desventajas: La calefacción en la recepción y en nuestra habitación era demasiado golpeada, tuvimos que acceder al aire acondicionado, pero en general nada importante de lo que quejarnos.

Ventajas: La comodidad

Desventajas: El precio del parqueo y el desayuno, exageradamente caros

Ventajas: The hotel design, cleanliness, location, staff and everything else was pretty good.

Desventajas: There wasn't any baked beans at breakfast just ketchup and mayo. There were only two english tv channels both of which were news channels.

Desventajas: En recepción y concierge no eran muy top. La recepción no es muy atenta y los concierge no eran excelentes informadores.

Ventajas: We very much enjoyed staying in your hotel. Especially we liked the bed and spa area.

Desventajas: We didn’t like the waitress at Blend restaurant. She was not attentive and we didn’t feel welcome there. Many times she confused our order or forgot at all.

Ventajas: Location is very central at the Zoo, Kudamm.

Desventajas: The driveways in the parking garage are a bit tiny. Of course u cannot change the building, but u can reconfigure the parking spaces so that the drive through will be at the middle and there is more space between the pillars.

Ventajas: The bed and room were very clean and comfortable, and the staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. Very stylish design. Great location for walking to the Zoo and other sites in the Kudamm area.

Desventajas: Was disappointed that there was no iron in the room; laundry service costs were exorbitant; nice pool area but a bit strange that fitness machines faced pool; coffee was provided at the bar in the morning, but cost was high, and for only half a cup

Ventajas: Great hotel with amazing design. The staff is super nice, kind and helpful, the room was always clean. Great location, 5 min from kadawe mall, 5 min from bikini berlin center and 2 min from the zoo. Definitely going to return there on my next trip to berlin.

Ventajas: El hotel está situado justo enfrente de la estación de tren. En una zona muy de moda de la ciudad, con muchos restaurantes. Las habitaciones son estupendas, con todos los servicios que hacen falta. El personal es muy servicial y acogedor.

Desventajas: Nada. Es un hotel perfecto para Berlín.

Ventajas: Breakfast was great with many choices and always full trays. Staff always helpfull and friendly. Location exeptional, you can walk to literary all major points of interest.

Desventajas: Pillows could definitely be better. Bar could feel more like a bar with some barstools I suppose, but that's just a minor detail.

Ventajas: No hay sorpresas, bueno o malo. Muy buena ubicación. Habitación estaba muy bien. Tenía buena presión de agua. "Todo" Internet gratis no es gratis, porque tienes que pagar una pequeña tarifa a menos que sea muy mínimamente usado.

Ventajas: Gran ubicación y atento personal de recepción, y una habitación preciosa. Pero todos los elogios a Sam el conserje.

Ventajas: Great staff that went out of their way to borrow a remote charger for my car that was down to 11% with no chargers for electrical cars within kilometers away.

Ventajas: Rooms were spotless, bed was comfy, staff were friendly and great asset to the Hotel. We arrived early expecting to leave our luggage but 2 rooms were ready and we had a choice of which room we wanted. Free tea and coffee in room. There is a mini bar which had additional charges. Breakfast was amazing. They offered smoothies or detox tea as you walk in. Loads of selections of cheese, hams, fruits, sausages, breads, pastries, juices etc and they make you your egg the way you like it. Enjoy your stay and you will not regret it.

Desventajas: Room service comes in early and once we were coming back from breakfast around 9am and they had already made the bed changed the towels etc.. another time we had to wait for them to finish. But can't complain as they are doing their jobs. Thank you.

Ventajas: Huge rooms, very stylish, at an acceptable price. Well trained staff, very helpful and polite. Gym and sauna area are well equipped and clean. Room service is great, food was delicious. Many beautiful works of art around the hotel, they were tastefully selected and they make the whole very aesthetic. Nothing to complain about.

Desventajas: Good breakfast but the ventilation should be better: a cook making fried eggs causes terrible smell around the entire restaurant. My clothes smell the whole day.

Ventajas: Besides the smell nice and clean rooms. Location is very nice with a little shopping mall next to the hotel (you can also get breakfast or lunch there) and a metro station on little walking distance.

Desventajas: Room that was given to me smelled very strongly like sewer. I asked for another room withouth the smell that they eventually gave me. Furthermore the key cards didn't work properly. To make the key cards work I needed to went several times up and down to the reception.

Ventajas: Everything is new and high quality. The room was spacious. Location is central and close to U-Bahn.

Desventajas: Wifi disconnected every now and then.

Ventajas: the location is very nice. the only positive in the hole experience was the customer service of the staff that they ve done their best in order to overlap all the below issues

Desventajas: the room had several technical issues a) no heating it has a fixed temperature at 22-23c degrees. b) we had a towel with a big hole in the middle c) the shower through water up instead of down d) the breakfast area was cold so much that you couldn't afford it e) the swimming pool also was cold we couldn't swim .

Desventajas: The behavior of the personal at the reception. To be more specific: I have paid the room, the VAT and the city tax before my arriving in the hotel, via booking.com. However, they blocked on my card 50 EURO initially at check-in, after that daily they blocked, without any motivation, some amount of money: first 6 EURO, after that 8.35 EURO, and finally 9,45 EURO. When I asked for explanation, they told me that there are city taxes. So, they asked me to pay for the second time the city tax. After that, at the check-out, they asked me again to pay by cash the city taxes (for the third time!!!). I paid everything, they promised that will immediately un-block my money. We are now 10 days after I depart from hotel and partially my money are still blocked on the card. Strange behavior of the personnel of a very high level hotel.

Ventajas: Excelente desayuno tipo buffet, amplia variedad de alimentos. El servicio de limpieza de la habitación muy bueno, la persona encargada muy amable y preocupada por atendernos.

Desventajas: Un poco de confusión al momento de hacer el check in y check out, sobre todo al momento de hacer el cargo a mi tarjeta de crédito. Al parecer se hicieron cargos de impuestos no reconocidos, solicité aclaración y los descontaron, pero sí fue necesario hacer la aclaración.

Ventajas: Habitacion y Desayuno!

Ventajas: La ubicación excelente, el personal muy servicial y el desayuno espectacular (grandes cantidades de comida, de todo tipo y de muy buena calidad)

Desventajas: La poca privacidad del baño, ya que la puerta era corrediza y no cerraba completamente. Tampoco habían suficientes enchufes para conectar o cargar los dispositivos electrónicos.

Ventajas: Lovely.

Ventajas: Una decoración preciosa y un personal increíblemente amable y servicial - ¡fueron tan buenos para nosotros! Llegamos mucho antes de que comenzara la hora de registro y todavía pudieron llegar a nuestra habitación en cuestión de minutos.

Desventajas: ¿por alguna razón nos pusieron en una habitación con dos camas individuales? Pero, honestamente, estábamos tan rezagados de los aviones que en realidad no importaba. Las camas también eran MUY cómodas.

Ventajas: Beautiful hallway/entrance, quality furniture, fast check in and check out. I definitely recommend spa, very relaxing and massages done by a girl from Thailand were really good. I would highly recommended the spa, also for a hotel gym there is a good equipment too.

Desventajas: We had 3 nights stay and every morning (around 8.30am-9am) we were woken up by a manager and/or housekeeping, especially slamming doors every few moments, hovering. etc (we were allocated on a quiet wing LOL) Also, if you upgrade your room for 44€ each night and they will tell you mini bar is for free and they refill every day, yes it is for free and refilled every day, but there is no alcohol in your mini fridge at all. Room 537 soulless, big hallway entrance but something is missing in that room, small bathroom. Breakfast - organisation and staff hospitality by staff is questionable, no engagement with guest etc.

Ventajas: Excelente localización. El personal muy amable. Buen desayuno y su restaurante es bueno.

Desventajas: La habitación pequeña y su closet y cajones para guardar ropa son escasos

Desventajas: - no coffeemaker in the room while there was stated there are coffee and tea facilities in the room( why not put a nespresso machine with cups in each room) - no bath - discussion about validation of creditcard which was not clearly stated before booking. Had to pay the same amount again at reception. ‘ well YOU don’t know your pincode’ Not 5 stars client service, hidden behind ‘ so sorry but that is our creditcard policy’ I wondered what they would have done with the money they took from the creditcard if we would have cancelled ( there was no refund policy) Pay it back because the card could not be validated in person? I am sure the would have not. Clearly no imagination what it means to have €800 less for a family weekend - third coffee not delivered in cafe. No excuse what so ever ‘ well we took it of the bill didn’t we??’

Ventajas: The hotel was in an ideal location, and the facilities and staff were excellent. A wonderful choice at breakfast! It is difficult to find fault with any aspect of our stay. Thank you!

Ventajas: - cosy and quiet rooms (ours was facing the inner yard) with a nice design - big and very comfortable beds - quite spacious and very clean room - great breakfast with a big choice of tasty food - very nice spa area, quite spacious with 3 types of sauna (finish, steam and hammam) and comfy quiet rooms - great location - very central - 15-20 min walks to Alexander Platz (TV tower) or Brandenburger Tor, various museums. The location doesn't offer too much of night life though, but it's quite easy to get to such places with a taxi/uber. - nice hotel bar (on Saturday evening there was a live music)

Desventajas: - as reported by other travellers, we had issues with payment - credit card was charged/blocked with triple the amount due. It was all resolved within 2 days, but make sure you have the same card with you which was used for booking to avoid similar situation. The hotel should find a solution, as this is quite a bad start of the stay. - bathroom was nice and clean, but was a bit small - in the sauna area the drinking glasses were not replenished. After asking the staff they confirmed they know about it but for the next 90 minutes nothing has been done to bring new glasses (they brought new water bottles/carafes, but no-one could drink it as the glasses were missing) - in the sauna staff collects wet towels. Unfortunately they have also picked up swimming suit which was somehow entangled with the towels. We could not recover it, as we left the day after.

Desventajas: Gran ubicación para el transporte en tren y a poca distancia a pie de la mayoría de los lugares de interés de Berlín.

Ventajas: THe location of the hotel.

Desventajas: The check in time was 15.00 but the rooms were not ready until 17.00.

Desventajas: The staff are not trained to be focused on clients. The pillows are uncomfortable. They didn't wake me up on time I told them to do so. It's 4 stars hotel and no water kettle in the room. No English speaking TV. Channels.

Ventajas: The room was clean and very warm(it was -1 outside). In general, it was better than we expected. The hotel location was perfect. Only 3 min away from subway station within walking distance.

Desventajas: The room seemed smaller than the pictures, but it's not a big deal.

Ventajas: We rented bikes as well at the hotel, cheap and decent bikes. Very friendly staff and good service.

Ventajas: The breakfast is great, the room nice and tidy, and most of all you are just next to checkpoint Charlie. There are also nice restaurant in the area and shops. There is also a nice bar in the hotel.

Ventajas: - staff were really friendly and all amazing all the time - the beds were comfy and felt quite private. Rooms were warm in winter and spacious. Had full length mirrors which is nice for a dorm room. Also little shelves in the bed and your own light and outlet. - bathrooms were great! Very private, clean and always available. Good room for hanging stuff and shelves away from the water. - super good location, close to underground and lots of restaurants, supermarkets and shops

Desventajas: - no kitchen available which is a bit inconvenient - no big common area, just a bar and space near reception

Ventajas: They have a nice bar with their beer also they have a little cafe in the entrance. Also they provide hair dryer, padlock(paid) and free sample beer from their brewery. Showers are big and clean. Beds are comfy and has two usb chargers next to your bed. Hostel located in a good neighborhood. Easy access to public transportation. Staff was very good, they have free storage for your valuable stuff also a pin secured locker room in downstairs(paid).

Desventajas: I didn’t face with a problem while I’m there.

El personal muy amable, la localización inmejorable (te caes de la cama en el metro y en dos paradas estás en Alexander platz), las habitaciones muy muy bien - si es verdad que se oye un poco de jaleíllo de la calle, pero nada que no se pueda manejar. Hay que llevar candado ancho, si no puedes alquilar uno en recepción por €5. Alquiler de toallas €1. El bar del hostel está muy apañao y tiene precios de calle. No puedo hablar del desayuno porque no he desayunado alli - hay un BackFactory enfrente (panadería/cafetería). Una experiencia muy buena. Repetiré! :)

Ventajas: Es un buen hotel, tienen buena limpieza y el personal es muy amable, las camas son un poco incomodas y el baño queda fuera de la habitacion lo que es algo incomodo ya que es compartido con otras habitaciones, sin embargo son limpios, la ubicacion del hotel no es tan cercana a sitios de interes turistico sin embargo la zona es bastante comercial y linda, y ademas se puede ir en metro facilmente a cualquier lado.

Ventajas: La ubicación es inmejorable, a pasos del metro, Tram o para ir caminar por el excelente sector en que se ubica.

Desventajas: Para dejar las maletas antes del check in que es a las 3 pm se debe pagar una tarifa bastante elevada (4 € 3 horas). En la noche no es silencioso.

Ventajas: Very helpful staff, clean rooms and bathrooms

Ventajas: Servicio del personal muy amable, habitaciones amplias y buena ubicación.

Ventajas: Las instalaciones son geniales , las habitaciones amplias y las literas muy cómodas. El desayuno bastante completo por solo 5 euros y las cervezas artesanales del bar increíbles! La ubicación es inmejorable, frente a estaciones de tram y metro, además de tener bares y restaurantes super cool en los alrededores.

Desventajas: Nada, todo impecable

Ventajas: Everything was perfect. The room was big and comfortable. The team was working very carefully. The only one thing, they didn't control the refilling of mini bar.. anyway the hotel is really good. Looking forward to come back there

Desventajas: Charge for spa in 5* hotel?! House keeping one day forgot to clean toalet, next day forgot cleaning liquids in room. Every day i need to call for bathrobe beacuse they dont left clean in room. Guest service usualy need 10-15 min to answer on tel.

Ventajas: Everything was great. We got an room upgrade and everything was perfect. The room, the hotel and the smiling staff.

Ventajas: Very good hotel. Quiet, despite being located in the city center. Excellent breakfast. High quailty of service, and if any inconvenience occures, the solution is found instantly. Rooms are big enough and very clean. Good cosmetics/beauty products in the bathroom.

Desventajas: Only thing I would change are carpets in corridors which simply are used. And maybe I would add some TV programms in Polish. Poland is just +/- 100 km from Berlin. Now only broadcasts in English, German, Russian, Spanish, Arabic and Chinese can be watched in the WA hotel.

Ventajas: The location was good and close to the central station, it is just a 2 minute walk. At first, we booked the fifth floor but then we realised it was facing a construction site. Later, we were able to change to the seventh floor which had a balcony and was facing the courtyard. The beds were fine and it was a quiet room.

Desventajas: I booked through booking.com a grand deluxe room because it stated “one king bed, two twin beds” and “free minibar”. However, when I reached the hotel, the staff told us that there was only one king bed or two twin beds in all of their rooms. The staff said that it was a choice of either one but not both. I felt that I had been cheated because I understand that the description implies that both kinds of beds would be in a grand deluxe room. Besides this, I was extremely disappointed with the working attitudes of the night shift staff, especially the man with a moustache and messy hair (I forgot his name) and a woman who was quite tall and her name starts with a letter “V”. The man’s attitude was insincere and not willing to serve. When I asked him about whether the hotel had satisfied all my special requests (emailed beforehand through email), he said in an arrogant way that he was not the one who emailed me. Later, I requested for another staff to serve me and so I came to C.Rosner. She’s completely different from him. She had a smile on her face and sincerely assisted me, providing me with a quiet room. She was very patient in serving me and her descriptions were very clear. Her working attitude was totally different from all of the night shift staff. It was only later did I know that she was from Dresden’s Steigenberger and not here. On the day we checked out, it was in the morning. I was asked to pay for the minibar but my booking which was the grand deluxe and which should have a free minibar. However, they still wanted me to pay €27 for the minibar. I had already booked a grand deluxe which included a free minibar so why did they still want me to pay for the minibar? Be careful when you check out and read through your bills carefully.

Ventajas: This was our second stay here and would stay again. Location is convenient for day trips from the main station and walking to several key sights. Everything very quiet, clean and comfortable.

Desventajas: A mini fridge in the room would be handy for storing medication.

Desventajas: Staff were a bit short and snappy - they did not try to be helpful - apart from the receptionist that allowed us to check out an hour later

Ventajas: Great staff, very nice gym and sauna. Our room had such a great view!

Desventajas: The double bed was actually 2 single beds, put together. I could be put in a more comfortable way.

Desventajas: Escasas las atenciones de habitacion. No champú, no acondicionador, no reposición de algodones, no esponja para zapatos, ni peine ... algo austeros .
