The check in staff were efficient. The rooms were old and tired...renovation needed! Very 1980's and they had seen better days.\nThe food was very good and the room service was also good.\nI would not stay at the hotel again....for the money there must be a better place!
it was good nothing spectacular about it but a good one no complaints
The weather and location Not told about the extra charge for parking and no handrail in the pool
in transit door lock was loose and was difficult to open, should be repaired.
Location, friendly staff, great breakfast Extra charge to use intenet
the location and the rooms were fantastic
the staff were helpful once we'd got over the initial shcok of not having a room available for us despite them having the reservation in their hands. on arrival we were given strange looks and after a short while were told that they'd never heard of booking.com, and thought the confirmation they had recieved for our booking was a virus! the hotel was full as was every other hotel in the area and we had no choice but to sleep in the hotel basement with no bathroom/shower or hot water, and still had to pay 200 dollars. Unacceptable.
Location - close to CBD There was no hairdryer in the room and I did not pack my own.
I found the floor in the room very dirty. It needs a good clean rather than sweepinp. The floor was sticky. very dissapointing especially when you have a small child.
My mother had a single room, with more facilities, toaster, microwave, same size as our double room but lovely and the extra facilities were good for us travelling as a family group. the stairs up to the top floor rooms - long way up at the end of the long days for an elderly lady.
