Desventajas: Kayak updated me that my flight would be late. It wasn't. Missed it had to pay $700

Ventajas: The crew did its best to make up for the fact that the special meal I ordered was inedible.

Ventajas: The whole crew is so kind

Desventajas: Delta made my whole first flying experience the best.

Ventajas: Great crew and entertainment. Terrible experience at CDG airport but that’s the airports fault.

Desventajas: The seats was no to comfortable for the price . They charge for the luggage and any company for traveling internationally does for almost one luggage

Ventajas: They let me sleep and didn’t wake me for food or beverages.

Desventajas: Boarding was down a jetway, down a light of stairs, stand around in the heat while they get the busses to the bottom of the stairs, and then cattle call onto the jet. Other than checking IDs and boarding passes, there was no organization to the process at all.

Ventajas: Crew was nice. Airplane was in a good shape.

Desventajas: Crew was trying to avoid providing free drinking water. Checking in for the flight took more than 1.5 hours.

Desventajas: Flight left an hour late. Cramped seat. Only one drink service on a 4.5-hr flight. Disappointing.

Ventajas: The crew was pleasant and helpful

Desventajas: No free snacks just drinks! Its a four hr flight. We left late due to slow boarding and they were slow to load baggage. The legroom is just too small for a flight over 2 hrs

Ventajas: It was ok...I always find paris-jeddah better than Frankfurt-jeddah (in food service, plane size, entertainment...etc)

Desventajas: Food level need to improve...The chicken meal was not well prepared, and the chicken needed to be cooked well... flight attendent was nice and switched to a beef meal.

Ventajas: Nothing I couldn’t get this flight because of the delay of the previous one

Desventajas: The company could have hold it knowing there were travellers on connection. If not, knowing that they were no flight before the next day they could have prepare hotel booking for us because all hotels were full at midnight when we finally could get there.

Desventajas: Entertainment didn't work neither did the flight attendants. They sat in the back and quite literally did nothing, no juice and water. Worst service ever. I'll fly Delta from now on. American what happened to you?

Ventajas: Although the plane was fairly old and legroom tight, seat comfort was great

Flight attendants were MIA the whole time. Food service was regular. I am completely disappointed of Aeromexico

Desventajas: I can’t understand how airlines charge for the first checked bag in an international flight. I’ve traveled for more than 20 years and this is the first time I have to pay for that. I’m surprised they didn’t charge me for the oxygen I used

Desventajas: Luftansa cancelled my flight due to impending hurricane. Because of announced airport closure, I decided to go on August 31 on the only flight available which was Iceland air. I had to pay $4200 for the flight. My flight back to Orlando is on September 9 on Iceland air. How can you compensate me?
