Very nice decor and nice bistro. Good checkin and good location to use the public transport system.
The room we were in on 6th floor the bed was shocking the mattress was 6 inches thick and hard to lay on. We got house keepers to put a topper pad on it. The room is too hot and you can’t control the air conditioning not what I expected in a five star expensive hotel.

First the design of the hotel is fabulous, both interior and exterior. A true architectual gem. Rooms big and cosy. The service and staff were kind and helpful, concierge as well. He recommended and booked for us some pretty nice restaurants. The check in and check out great, very fast. Excellent overall. Hope to come again.
As I'm a frequent traveler, I noticed that there was no bottle of water in the room, only the cold one in the fridge. However, the reception sent us the bottle as soon as we called them. The hotel is awesome, but it's lacking of a indoor pool (the building is old so it was not possible to build a pool). It would be absolutely the best hotel if it had the indoor pool. Anyway it is just my opinion, not everyone look for it.

The historical side of the hotel!!!
The staff were so so rude , I checked in very late and when I asked to check out late they said we can’t confirm nowv ou can try again at the same date of the check out ! Which I did my flight was late night and I asked to check out only till 14;00 PM the receptionist said in a very bad way I would say no for you u can not check out late !! In addition I asked her to clean the room and nothing happened, besides I was suffering Clogged bathroom sinks and no one repaired !! And there was an unpleasant smell coming out of the bathroom !! Thanks you so much !!!
