The location required a 15-20 minute walk to heart of old town but enjoyable because you could walk through a beautiful park with fountain, statues and lively with people making walk pleasant. The staff were very helpful resourceful and generous with their time to ensure a pleasant stay. Ivo at the front desk had a winning personality. I asked about his name origin which he thought was maybe meaning John, but would like for it to mean Joe. So I called him Joe and told his co-workers to do the same. Every time I called him Joe he smiled. He liked being called Joe! The parking was easy 2 right turns from the hotel front loading zone and was gated with a second hotel entrance from the parking lot. Just in case a map was given by the front desk with diagram to lot. The lot was easily found the big blue door opened and in you go!
The breakfast was plentiful and well replenished, but the food quality was just okay. We also ordered dinner at the hotel the evening before. The Filet Mignon I ordered was for medium but came out blood red, blood flowing on the plate. The hostess had it return for more cooking. It came back just a tad over the medium level. Again the quality was marginal.....kind of tasteless lower quality grade of beef.

Elegant, clean and good location.
The Wi-fi of the room we stayed is very poor, perhaps the room is in the corner of the building. The bed area has no signal, the only place in the room that we can use Wi-fi is sofa area.

Only 500 meters (400 through a park) away from the shops, restaurants and bars in the “ new” part of town. Railwaystation even closer. Zagreb is fun. Hotel is ideal for exploring Zagreb.
To operate the 5 head shower was a little complicated. But help did fix that. Nothing else I am afraid.

They upgraded our room to a superior room so we had lots of extra space, a settee, a comfortable chair and a dining table and 6 chairs!
The food wasn’t great but on a par with other meals we had in Zagreb.
