The location was good because your basically next to the opera house. The room is well designed, so it feels very spacious (Superior Room with City View), I'm pretty sure even the regular room is enough. The minibar (drinks) is free (we were surprised) and they refill it everyday. They provide a free mobile wifi hotspot in your room that you can carry with you (we didn't use it but it was pretty cool they provide it). There's a pool (we didn't use it).
I can't really think of anything besides it's more on the pricey side, but it's worth it. If I was trying to be SUPER picky against other 5 stars these are by no means bad things: We refused help with our luggage (bellhop), however generally 5 star hotels would handle your luggage for you (have someone staged to do this). The elevator bank(s) get really busy during peak hour, and they are kind of slow. There were stairs in the middle of the floor plan (3rd floor) to your room, this was kind of awkward in terms of hotel design. The shower knobs in our shower were kind of worn in terms of "not exact" ie. turning to the off position takes a little fidgeting. The cold/hot knob needing a lot more fidgeting (the warm lock button was always in the depressed mode) to get the right temperature (water is super hot).

Everything in the hotel was excellent. The rooms are spacious and very confortable, the gym is well equipped, breakfast buffet has a lot of options with good quality food. The location is perfect, close to all main attractions and the You restaurant has great food and ambiance.

The pool is kind of meh, but thats not what we flew to vienna for so it was fine...
