Excellent location right next to the train and bus station. An easy commute to Venice old town and lovely clean, new accomodation. I’d highly recommend.

Excellent breakfast, best coffee ever! Enjoyed the crisp clean sheets, the spaciousness, and the electric kettle. A good light to read in bed at night and everything lovely and clean.
The air conditioning was too strong and we were cold.

Perfect location for work, restaurants and for the station. Room large and clean with good guest supplies and coffee / tea making facilities.
Room service menu was the same as the menu for the main restaurant which was limited and un-inspiring.
