    We had a wonderful stay at The Loden. The location was perfect for exploring downtown Vancouver, while the hotel remain on a quiet side street which was a nice respite. The check in and check out process was handled with care and the staff members were all exceptional. While the hotel may have lacked certain amenities and square footage of larger hotels, the care and thoughtfulness from the staff and the small details really make up for it.

    Rooms were very clean but chairs and bedside seating had rips. Minor details but updating furniture and decor could make this stay 10/10.

    Great hotel!

    My only issue is with the WiFi, which was spotty at best and sometimes non-existent. In 2019, this is not acceptable, and especially annoying given that I was travelling for work and needed internet access.

    Made reservations too late, so all comparable hotels in area were appreciably over priced, this one included.
