I like that I could text someone with a question... I liked that they gave me an early check... in a different room with a $40 upgrade ...but that was OK ...and they let me stay till 2 o’clock... a late check out Room service was prompt and excellent quality.. I mean $600 for one night with meals I was not too bad at all
Our bathroom was small... But functional... and a proper dining table in the room... because we do like to eat in would’ve been nice.. But overall very clean very nice I loved the chair and ottoman that were in my room and I would like to know who made it because I want to buy one for my home

Very quick and efficient lifts : lovely bed : spacious Lobby with 1930's luxury feel to the place : no queues at Reception, always someone available : special mention for Mandy W., blonde smiling girl receptionist : housemaid remembered my name : air con/heat control easy to operate : great location : no extra charges for use of Fitness Rooms.
Sauna in the Fitness Rooms not at constant heat, and not really hot when at max, no timer on the sauna wall. Wrong kind of music ( soft rock 'n' soul ) piped into sauna area. Luggage Store clerk gave me the wrong bag and I had to help him locate the right one, despite giving him the correct ticket . There is no Hotel Directory of services to browse in the room, you have to access it on the TV. Thus if you don't put the TV on, there is no way of knowing this. The windows to our room on the 5th floor needed cleaning externally. Minor things maybe, but in the context of so much comfort and luxury, quite noticeable.

Need the hotel staff to contact me ASAP. Price taken from my credit card is nothing like price advertised on booking. Got almost 50% increase on total deducted form credit card

Nothing. Way too many charge glitches First created two reservations for me Second overcharged my by $250 Had to show my booking information to get it rectified Had to ask for more shower gel every day Luckily I brought my own toiletries Paid $38 for a room service burger that was subpar Fries were overfried and tasted stale Water should have been provided for at least one of my nights considering I was there for almost a week There is no way for guests to comfortably get their luggage in an out of hotel as there are stairs and no ramp. It was painful watching other guest trying to get their luggage through the revolving doors . There was only one bell man and he looked rather unapproachable The restaurants were cost prohibitive and did not offer value I ordered shrimp ceviche one night and it was ATROCIOUS in no way a ceviche in any form. I asked the server about it before hand and his response was "in order for a ceviche to be good the ingredients should be fresh which ours is" our server was nice but I found the food at the hotel to be poor quality and tasteless .
