Maybe I don’t like Tbilisi, for that I can’t guarantee my evaluation of hotel

Unfortunately, the air conditioner stopped working and we informed the reception’s best solution was to give us two fans!!!! Also they suggested to open the windows!! We were so tired and couldn’t argue with them!! I am pregnant and I had to sleep in a very hot room while there was a dog barking the whole night!!!!!! We got up so early and asked them to make it up for us. They said it was a technical issue and offered us to upgrade to a better room ( suit ) but they asked to pay the same price for the first night! We refused and said we want to check out as they were so rude and we asked to talk to the manage. They sent a fake manager to deal with us with no solution. We asked to pay only half the money for the suit because we struggled the whole night and I am pregnant. They took a long time to deal with this issue as we had to talk to our embassy to deal with them!!!!! The real manager came and apologized for us. They gave half of our money back after long argument and the deceived us making us think that we were talking to the manager. This is . the last time we deal with them
