Steigenberger Alcazar

Pretty much everything (apart from the Spa guy mentioned before). Have been to 5 hotels in Sharm, all 5*, and the Steingenberger is excellent all round, being at the top of the list. Really friendly and well trained staff, from reception, F&B (in all areas) to Spa. Buffet restaurant is excellent too. Special mention to Nadm (sorry if misspelt) from reception for a great check-out. Omnia from Guest Relations for checking how everything went during my stay, and Olga from the Spa for giving a great customer experience. Hamman Experience with Dada was 10/10, followed by a great massage from another male colleague.

Male staff member from the Spa acompanying me to reception (I imagine to make sure I paid since I'd checked out). Found it forced, giving an innapproprite vibe, and honestly stressed me a bit after a fantastic 2h Spa session. He is the only member of staff that did not convey a 5 star experience. Someone should have a chat with him. Beach is very nice and clean, but can only access sea via long pier. It's a "location thing" so nothing they can do.

Todo es excelente , el personal es muy atento siempre están dispuesto a ayudarte , la comida es fabulosa , hay mucha variedad y todo de excelente calidad, los postres son fabulosos . A mi hija le encantó el kids club, la piscina, la mini disco. Las instalaciones son nuevas y modernas. Superó nuestras expectativas. Lo recomiendo 100% ciento.

El wifi no es excelente, pero nada importante.

Teníamos check out a las 2.30 am y nos ofrecieron un desayuno - picnic. Pero no nos lo dieron

Muy buen hotel en general, bueneas instalaciones, muy buen desayuno y comidad en general, y personal muy atento y amable. Especial mención a Mahmouth, del bar de la piscina, por su amabilidad y buen trato.
