The Reciprocation manager is unprofessional person at all. Lo mejor, los arrecifes frente al hotel, lo cuál no es mérito del mismo. El funcionamiento del equipo de cocina del restaurante Citadel era bastante bueno. Las habitaciones eran amplias, las vistas al mar y la piscina desde la habitación muy recomendables. Pero la lista de cosas que no funcionan bien es bastante más larga.

El hotel no está preparado para el verano, sólo dispone de aire acondicionado en recepción y dentro de las habitaciones. No hay aire acondicionado en ningún restaurante, con temperaturas de 45º al medio día y de 38º a la hora de la cena. Las sombrillas de la playa y las piscinas son fijas lo cuál hace que sea muy complicado conseguir tumbonas a la sombra. tres de los restaurantes solo funcionan con reserva previa y tan sólo admiten unos 20 clientes (que no mesas) por noche. Además sin previo aviso pueden cerrar el Restaurante Citadel que era el único razonablemente cómodo, para dar servicio exclusivo a los tour operadores. El servicio de recepción es sumamente deficiente, no son capaces de gestionar ni siquiera un Lunch box a tiempo para llevarlo a una excursión. El Check-in, eterno con largas colas de clientes enfadados. Solo hay wifi en recepción, ni habitaciones, ni otros espacios comunes. Muy masificado todo el servicio, a la hora de la comida puede incluso que haya que hacer cola para entrar y ya una vez dentro siempre hay que hacer cola para conseguir las bebidas que son gestionadas para todo el comedor por un único camarero que raciona hasta los vasos de agua, y digo vasos porque no facilitan ni botellas de agua ni jarras, ¡sólo vasos!. En resumen el trato recibido se parecía más al de pastores moviendo ganado que el que correspondería a un Resort de 4 estrellas.
