Hotel Playasol Bossa Flow - Adults Only

The night and morning reception staff on the weekend were wonderful - very friendly and helpful when I had a problem with my mobile phone. I liked the modern arty interior design of the lobby and the swimming pool area is also very cool. Great views of the pool from the balcony of the room. The twin-share room was clean, modern and comfortable. Although the hotel is away from the beach, it is a just a short walk to shops, clubs and the Sunday market.

I was surprised when the breakfast waitress came over to me while I was sitting on one of the Balinese daybeds in the sun at 10.00am in the morning (when there was nobody else in the pool area). She told me that I would need to rent one for the day for €25 if I wanted to sit there. I explained that I was checking out in half an hour and she replied smugly that those were the rules of the hotel and that I could sit on the other side of the pool (except those sun-loungers were in the shade). Obviously, I wasn't going to pay €25 for only 30 minutes use and it was too cold at this time of the morning to sit in the shade. In my opinion, if you work in hospitality, you should always think of your guests first and know when to use a little discretion.

Lovely small boutique style hotel set back from the main strip offering peaceful nights sleep from the 24 hour hustle and bustle of playa den bossa. All rooms have pool views, which we enjoyed other than crazy lifeguard who murdered our inflatable walrus!! Another lifeguard profusely apologised and told us this wasn’t normal practise! Breakfast was great, with eggs cooked as you like and served until 11am. Nice staff and grounds and rooms were well maintained and clean. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

A few improvements can make this lovely peaceful hotel even more special: Better music around pool Offer drinks package Should be given free water each day Free tea/coffee facilities in room or lounge area Should be able to charge drinks, food, pool towel rental to room Hooks in bathroom Shampoo basket or tray in shower Storage under sink Fix shower leaks

We requested to change location to be closer to the City Center as we liked it more and William at the reception did arrange it in a few hours which made our stay really as we wished it.
